Dr. Prusik is professional, explain the priority of the treatment and tell me those are just for good appearance so that I can make my decision. The front desk lady is friendly. Instrument is advanced, and work is efficient. Recommend!English is not my mother language, i need a little bit more time to review the documents. If the account lady could be patient, that would be perfect.

We’ve been with Olive Chapel Dentistry for four+ years and have always had a great experience. The staff and Dr. Prusik are just such amazing people! My kids (now 6 and 3) have NEVER had a meltdown with them and always leave happy. Sometimes I will have to do my own appointment with kids in tow and as you can imagine, sometimes they don’t sit still, but the staff is very aware and realistic about this and always keep an eye on them for me (if needed) and assure me they are “okay” so I can focus on my own appointment. They just go above and beyond! I always take the time to recommend Olive Chapel Dentistry whenever anyone asks because they are just that great. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot give the proper credit to this practice! First, extremely clean...well organized and the staff is amazing!!!! Second, the physician is super personable and such an amazing dentist. I came in at 39 weeks pregnant with a massive throbbing pain, he and his staff worked EXTRA HOURS To ensure that my pain would be taken care of prior to delivery. I cannot wait to bring my daughter here. I’ve told my husband and al friends about this practice. For the first tine I feel like provider care has not been diminished. Excellent dentist and staff! Examination is very thorough and Dr Prusik takes his time to explain all issues in details. Follow up appointments for fillings were quick and Dr Prusik did excellent work. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They take great COVID precaution as well, asking you to wait in the car after arriving while room is being prepared and then text message is sent when room is ready. Didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes after arriving. Overall great experience.

My entire family go to Dr Prusik, including my 4 and 7 year old. They love the staff, they are so friendly and gentle with them. Came in very last minute for an emergency dental appt. I’d avoided it for years, at first due to no insurance and then because i was embarrassed at having not been to the dentist for so long. They did not make me feel judged at all. They got me in right away for an emergency appt and even happened to have a cleaning open up for right then as well. The people were super nice and took great care of me. Highly recommend.

They texted me and when I went through the front door I went directly into x-ray then to examining room. Thorough treatment plan discussed. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Prusik and his wonderful staff. The dentist office is not a place you want to go BUT if you have to go this is the place to go. My 12 year old asks a lot of questions when he is having a dental procedure. In years past our previous dentist and office staff behavior when he asked questions was like he was asking them too many questions which as a mom is discomforting. Yesterday, my son had an appt to have a tooth removed and Dr Prusik was so kind with ALL of my sons questions which made him feel at ease-me too. I am so glad we switched years ago to this office. EVERYONE there is so kind and wonderful-I look forward to see their smiling faces when I go to my appointment. Thank you for being so kind to me and my boys. You have no idea how you make us feel at ease when coming to the dentist.

Dr. Prudik’s practice employs a staff that is professional, courteous and exceptionally personable. They also work well as a team. His dental equipment is modern/current.As to Dr Prusik, he is very competent and professional.

I had a complete set of x-rays taken, which was probably the most pleasant and comfortable experience I had with getting dental x-rays.Next, I had my teeth cleaned thoroughly by the dental hygienist, who really took the time to do a great job, while I laid back comfortably in the chair watching Netflix programs on a TV screen mounted on the ceiling.Usually, I dont enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, but this was a great and enjoyable experience for me!And finally, I got to see and discuss my dental health with the dentist. He was very personable and professional in talking to me.He explained the details of my x-rays to me and took the time to point out to me on the x-rays what was going on with my gums and the condition of my teeth. This is a great, well run practice. I have very sensitive teeth and was avoiding going to the dentist for a cleaning but Im so glad I came in to this office for a visit. They are very skilled and professional. I plan to become a long-term patient at this practice. I had been to another dentistry practice in Cary and had nowhere near as good of an experience.

I had a very good experience here today. The office is beautiful being that it is brand new. The staff was all very kind and engaging. The hygienist that did my cleaning was thorough though I felt she was a little rough during the flossing. Ill be bringing my three year old back for a cleaning soon and am sure it will be a positive experience.

Very friendly staff! My 3 year old daughter was pretty terrified to see the dentist again after a bad experience at another place. My sister recommended Olive Chapel and Im glad she did! Their helpful friendliness really put my daughter at ease and she was able to get a cavity filled and walked away confident and happy about her experience. My experience with dentists in the past have not been good. Most dentists see you for 2 minutes then proceed to next patient. Dr. Prusik was not most dentists he took time to discuss and educate me. It is very refreshing to have a dentist who truly cares plus the office staff was very friendly and accommodating!.
