I had my veneer crack while I was eating breakfast on Saturday morning. In a panic I called my current dentist and was unable to find anyone to help! I would of waited until Monday but I had a party for my wife that evening. Dr. Chirnalli without knowing my situation called me back on his busy Saturday and met me at his office to help! He was able to temporarily fix it so I could attend the party. I am so grateful and he now has a new patient! Hard to find a level of service like this these days!

Any business that has all 5 Star reviews is a red flag. Either these reviews are bought or fake. The doctor office is sending us bills of 2018 in 2021 claiming insurance did not pay and we found out after 3 years!! Stay away from this fradulent business

I have been extremely happy with Apex Smiles, very friendly staff! Dr. Chirnalli is fantastic, excellent attention to detail. He makes sure everything is perfect for any work he is doing. One of my front teeth was discolored and had to be bleached from the inside. He got it looking great! I also got whiting service on the rest of my teeth and they look the best they ever have!

Dr. Chirnalli and the entire staff at Apex Smiles are the best of the best, I highly recommend choosing Apex Smiles for your dental needs. They are all extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly they are GREAT at what they do.What originally brought me to Apex Smiles was to be evaluated for two missing front teeth which I unfortunately lost. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr. Chirnalli referred me to a place to get my dental implants inserted (and he most definitely sent me to the right place for those). After my dental implant surgery (and months of healing) I returned to Apex Smiles to get my new teeth put on. While I was waiting for my dental implant surgery to heal during those months Dr. Chirnalli made me a retainer with fake teeth attached prior to that to fill that space. The retainer fit great and you couldn’t even tell they were fake teeth (and if someone noticed the retainer they thought it was Invisalign but hardly anyone even noticed that).Again, I returned to Apex Smiles after months of healing as scheduled to have my new teeth attached to my dental implants which were now healed. To this day I still CANNOT believe how amazing my new teeth look, they look extremely realistic and to be honest my smile looks even better now than it did in the past! Because of my situation Dr. Chirnalli was quick to let me schedule an appointment which helped speed the process up even more.I also had a gum graft procedure done at Apex Smiles by Dr. Chirnalli. My gum line had receded between my two missing teeth but the gum graft helped fill that void. It really is remarkable on how great of a job Apex Smiles handled my situation.I now visit Apex Smiles every 6 months for my routine check up and cleaning which is always the best routine dentist visits I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to quite a few places in the past). I’ll continue to go to Apex Smiles for all of my dental needs from here on out.Again if you are missing some teeth and want to get it fixed or are looking for a dentist for routine check ups/cleanings I highly recommend you go to Apex Smiles. They will take care of you - I guarantee it.

I had a crisis with a crown on one of my front teeth. I was seeing a dentist I had learned not to trust, so I tried Apex Smiles. And, what a good decision that was. They got me in immediately. Not only did they install a great-looking replacement, but in between put in a temporary crown that would not come out. This was critical because I was about to leave on a cruise and I was paranoid that the temporary crown would come out in the middle of the cruise when there was no dentist around.They not only solved my crisis but also became my permanent dentist. They cleaned my teeth and it was an easy experience. I really recommend this practice.

I came to Dr. Chirnalli as a referral - as I was told he could fix the issues created by another office. I have to say that was the best referral I was ever given. I am so happy I found Dr. Chirnalli at Apex Smiles! I had been taking my child to a pediatric dental specialist since her first appointment as a toddler! With the crowding in her back molars, she had developed a few cavities. When the talk of laughing gas and possible sedation came up I was scared! I did not feel comfortable putting any of that in my childs body unless absolutely necessary!My child is not scared of anything and had never shown fear or even discomfort at the dentist ever in her life! Nurses and other parents often remarked about how calm and good she was at the dentist (and any other doctor appointment). I have been a dentist for 35 years and Dr Chirnalli is my dentist. He is kind. He is gentle. He is personable. He is honest to a fault and he does the most beautiful dental work I have ever seen. He improved my smile in a way that I never thought was possible. He is an artist and on top of all that he is in network with most all major dental insurance companies which gives his patients the lowest prices possible. What else can I say, I picked him out of about 500 dentists in the area to do my dentistry. I know what makes an excellent dentist and Dr. Chirnalli exemplifies all those qualities. I have been going to Apex smiles for years! The staff is super sweet and really care about their patients. I never really cared for going to see the dentist because of the pain and discomfort I would feel during the procedure. However Dr. Chirnalli is awesome, he is very gentle when it comes to doing his work on my teeth. I have had a bridge, implant, and a cavity filled and I barely felt anything and it looks great! He has done wonders to my teeth and I would recommend him to anyone. He really cares about patients getting their desired results. Trust me, if you go to visit him you will not regret it!!

Of course no one likes to go to the dentist to have a filling or any other work done, but Dr. Chirnalli is absolutely one of the best! I have had several visits and each experience was so much better than any other dentist. A big plus for me is that he is very gentle (unlike most dentist, where you feel like you have been punched in the jaw!). I can barely feel when he gives me a shot of Novocain. After my 5+ years of stay in NC, I found Apex Similes definitely as one of the best Dentist Office within Apex , Cary, RTP area, they are very professional. I recently moved to Apex from San Francisco. Im usually not a fan of the dentist, so much so that I had made a point to see my dentist in San Fran when I traveled back there because I knew she was relatively painless. Decided to see Dr. Chirnalli after I took my son there for his cleaning. Ive had my teeth cleaned, gotten fillings and a crown. He does great work and is very personable. All the staff from Jean, the receptionist, to the different hygienists are super sweet. Because I was so happy with his preventative and necessary care, I decided to get some cosmetic stuff done (in office whitening and a couple of veneers) and I LOVE IT! My smile has never looked better. Everyone in Dr. Chirnallis office is awesome. I highly recommend them!

And, have been very please with the quality of work, the time he takes to explain my options and what is happening during a procedure. Ive had some quirky dental issues and hes a problem solver. I see him at least twice a year and then for some other issues. He calls back if youve got a concern. And, for forming the fillings and bites, I think hes a real craftsman.I like that he does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist when the work requires it. Its not that he cant do the work, but if he thinks Id benefit from a higher level of expertise (crooked/crossed roots, etc.) he has a good selection of periodontist, endodontists, and specialized surgeons. Thanks to heredity and age, Ive been to them all!Bottom line: 100% happy

I have been coming here for over three years and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Dr. Chirnalli is an excellent dentist. I have had cavities filled by other dentists in the past and the teeth were never quite the same but after going to Dr. Chirnalli my teeth are completely restored and even better than the originals - you cant tell that there are fillings, and they are smooth and even easier to floss. I had no idea what a difference that makes. Dr. Chirnalli and his staff are the best! I had not been to the dentist for close to 20 years and was very gun-shy about going in for my initial cleaning. Allison was so patient and gentle with me, stopping every few minutes to make sure I was okay and not in any pain, taking her time and explaining everything, that it made it so much easier. Both of my kids, 3 and 5, love going there as well. My daughter begs to go there and actually does not want to leave she likes it so much. My son was a little unsure in the beginning but, again, they were extremely patient with him and did not push so he gradually overcame his fears. His last visit he let them clean his teeth and even got fluoride painted on! I cannot recommend them enough for any age.

I went from being an extremely high fear patient who avoided the dentist even in an emergency to loving it in two visits. My husband and I both go and they took great are of him as well.Emergencies, cleaning, fillings, root canal they do it all with such friendliness and kindness. They take all the time you need and explain everything they are going to do and the cost associated with it. Jean at the front desk is amazing and always remembers you and meets your needs. Stephanie was the dental assistance that took care of me over last few weeks. She is so kind and put me immediately at ease knowing about my anxiety. She even teaches at a localProgram training the next generation. She worked me in today from just putting on a crown that had come in to addressing pain and cavities. Her bedside manner puts you completely at ease. Dr C. Is so knowledgeable and kind as well. I feel so confident in his abilities and he never makes you feel bad about the state of your mouth. I love the office hours, location, and the whole team. They are a wonderful group of people to take your family and dental needs to. They work with insurance and if you are self pay, they make a treatment plan that you can work on at your leisure. They take the fear and pain out of dentistry!I look forward to having a healthy smile and they even talked to me about getting braces (a dream come true!) in the new year and starting to work towards my cosmetic dentistry goals!Run dont walk to see this team! Dr. Chirnalli and his staff are fantastic! They are friendly and welcoming and create a very comfortable easy going atmosphere. With every visit, they take such good care of us from routine cleanings to more extensive work. I recently had a bad root canal and crown redone by Dr. Chirnalli and for the first time in 8 years that tooth is pain free. He really listens and cares about your health. I had been told by other dentists that it would just take time for the tooth to settle down or that it would have to be pulled. Im so glad that we found Apex Smiles!

I had another dentist who was well regarded in Cary, who was addressing my extremely poor teeth. They basically wanted to extract everything. Dr. Chirnalli gave me another option and saved the teeth others wanted to extract. As I face thousands of dollars in treatment, I do feel Apex Smiles is a great option for me, especially when Im so difficult for them to make my appointments! I highly recommend Dr. Chirnalli to anyone in the area. Theyve been amazing and affordable even in the most worst dental cases like mine. Dont extract or give up before talking with Dr. Chirnalli first.

Dr Chirnalli and his staff deserve 10 stars.Last week I had a sinus infection but by Thursday evening my lower molar which I had just had a crown put on 4 months ago was really hurting. I was up all night in pain. Called my regular dentist at 7am and he said that I needed a root canal but he didnt do that procedure and I could find an oral surgeon online. So I contacted several with no luck. After some serious prayers, I called Apex Smiles & the most wonderful lady, Jean, answered the phone. I explained my situation and she told me to come right over to the office. Within a few minutes, I was in the chair & Dr Chirnalli came in the room. He was compassionate, kind and I felt like I had been his patient for years. He moved his schedule around for the full day to take care of me because I was in such pain. The root canal was a difficult one but Dr Chirnalli and his assistant, Stephanie, were the kindest people that I have encountered in a long time. I have decided to not let my regular dentist replace the crown but allow Dr Chirnalli to do it so I will not have anymore problems. They are the best.

My dentist is officially Superdentist. Dr. Chirnalli was referred to me by my niece who swore she loved her dentist. I immediately knew why and have had nearly three glorious years of being smitten myself. But this week, my Superdentist really rescued me. He constructed a temporary replacement bridge across my upper front teeth with precious little left there to work from. He accomplished this engineering feat (with able assistance from Stephanie) in under an hour. Leaping tall buildings in a single bound is nothing in comparison.When I got home and had a good look in the mirror, I discovered that hes an artist as well. Its amazing the beautiful work he put into something that will only have to function for a few weeks until the permanent bridge is made. Despite my admiration of his artwork, I have not restrained myself in the biting and chewing department. Dr Chirnallis dental engineering is as sound as it gets. Now I just have to convince him to wear a red cape!

I had a great experience with a filling that i received at Apex Smiles, everyone was very friendly and helpful especially when i was having some nausea from the anesthesia which made what i imagine is usually a less than comfortable experience into a much more tolerable one.
