I am a professional photographer. I had a custom suit made and needed it to be dry cleaned for a client who booked a photo shoot. I brought the suit in a week before the photo shoot and picked it up the day before the shoot. However, the suit is damaged due to their Negligence. The owners to this establishment to whom I trust would do the right thing were not willing to help me resolve the issue. So now I will need to compensate my clients for their inconvenience. I have been a customer with this cleaners for years. I am just appalled how they handled the situation at hand. I was calm and polite the whole time. I am very disappointed how it turn out. I will no longer do any business with them and I will not recommend anyone to them.

I needed a pair of shoes repaired. Sign says they offer this service. Asked the gentleman if the shoes I brought were worth repairing. They needed work on the leather lining especially behind the heel. He looked them over and stated No solution. Fair enough I do appreciate a straight answer. I will go back as needed in future as honesty is valuable today.

Ive had a pair of pants hemmed and a pair of boots reheeled. Both services were done by the quoted time and came out great. As a bonus, they were able to fix a clicking in one boot that it had done since new. I have yet to have any shoes resoled here, but plan on it in the future.

Shoe Repair: Great results! I was given kind and quality customer service. I took in one pair of shoes to get resoled and replace the heels. I was so satisfied with the results I immediately dropped off a second. The prices are great and the product quality was top notch. To anyone who actually knows the price of resoling/repairing shoes, Yang’s is VERY fair and provides great value. I would highly recommend.

I have been using Yang cleaners for a very long time. Living in Western Wake county for 18 years, they were the only cleaners in town (before current growth). Such a nice family run business. Never a bad experience and always done as expected with a smile. So nice people, living the American Dream.

I took a football jersey to them 2 weeks ago to have a number altered. They promised me it would be done by this Friday 8/23. Receive a call today telling me they cannot do to time. No big deal. Bummer but okay. However when I arrive, the jersey had been half altered and numbers not sewn on back in spots. That’s bad service.

Tailor is awesome, definitely one of the best. You can feel confident to trust them with your clothes. (they tailored a suit and a tux for me)

This man is outrageously priced. Has a heavy accent and what I thought I clarified at $17 to resole an old pair of clogs turned out to be $70!!! I didnt know it until I saw my credit card bill. When I asked him to refund my money, he was belligerent and refused to do so. I left the shoes (they cost half that new!) and called my credit card co. to dispute the charges.I will never go there again - if you do, have him WRITE DOWN the price because you cant understand him. He was extremely rude - bad way to run a business and treat your customers.
