I just picked up eight shirts and three pairs of slacks that I only had pressed. The bill was 30.00 and the shirts look like they werent pressed at all. The collars look ridiculous. The dress shirts were size XL and were placed on medium sized hangers so they are wrinkled in the front from falling off the hangers at the shoulder. . I am so disappointed. I had planned to set up an ongoing account with them but that will not be happening. I will have to press the shirts before they can be worn. Take your business elsewhere. This is awful.

Good: The people are very friendly, cheap prices, and drop off is convenient.Bad: I have had several shirts ruined by bringing them to this dry cleaner. Its always the same 2 or 3 small holes in the arm sleeve. I went back after the first time this happened thinking it may have been there before hand, but it seems every time I get my shirts back at least one has a new hole. These are not old shirts, they are all bought within a year or less time. For the record, I never addressed this with the store owner. As we all know, it would be a waste of my time.

Very frustrating experience. I havent been to a dry cleaners in years and I wanted to give them a chance. I brought 2 nice (and expensive) dress shirts, and 2 pairs of dress slacks (that were very expensive as well). In one of the shirts, they failed to remove a simple food stain that I had asked them to get out. On one of my pairs of dress pants, they left an iron mark, thus damaging my pants permanently. The manager was incompetent in returning my calls, and they also called me a liar when I took the receipts back and asked them for a refund for my pants. Unless you want your clothes ruined, dont bring anything here!

Best Cleaner Ive ever been too! I use them weekly... I have a VIP bag and can just drop off my stuff and go... In and out in 1 min.

Business shut down on a Monday for an inch of snow while most other businesses remained open. I had to spend a week working in Florida without the clothes I planned to take. Went back into the cleaners after my trip (2/20/16) and explained the situation. The lady working did not have any concern that I was inconvenienced and didnt offer any explanation or apology.Its amazing to me that people with no customer service skills are still able to find work. After she gave me my clothes she said alrighty.Ill never take my clothes to this place again. Learn how to treat your customers or eventually you wont have any.
