This was my first time at this Salon. I have blonde hair, So I wanted blonde highlights and to trim my hair up. I’m New to this area So I took a leap of Faith & Hope. The Highlights are PERFECT. They always rush through my services. My pedicure was so amateur. I could’ve just done it myself at home with the results I got. So disappointed. Waste of money. I’m never going again after today’s experience. They also messed up my hair color. I do not recommend this spot, ladies. Especially is you’re super picky like I am!!

I came in today to get my nails done for my wedding. I brought my own polish that I wanted for myself and my bridesmaid that was with me. I explained that I was getting married in 2 days and needed my nails to still look great the day of. The technician patiently explained to me the risks and benefits of going with a simple manicure. I ended up getting a gel set for longevity and she did an amazing job at helping me pick out a colour that matched exactly with what I had brought in. She was meticulous in applying the gel layers and in applying the sparkle dip at the end. I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this shop and will definitely come again the next time I need my nails done.

Today is My 26th Birthday, Super hard to find places that are open and to know most places are closed. I was thankful to walk in, until the work was done on my nails. She charged me $55-$60 but omg... As she was doing my nails I knew I wasnt happy! You broke my nail and then said I could leave and go somewhere else. Which I did.... Photos provided!!

I had by far the best experience, the location is slightly difficult to locate if youre not familiar with Antioch. But from the moment I called them it was excellent service. I walked in and it was clean, warm and inviting. They were not pushy and very nice and patient. Also, they took the time to talk to me and I feel like Ive known them for years. I will definitely return and the view is great to people watch.

This is my new favorite nail spa! The atmosphere is calming & relaxing. It is very clean, something that is really important to me! The service is wonderful and the manger is nice! I would definitely recommend & Im telling all of my friends about it.I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

They ruined my daughter hair. They we5 to highlight it but dyed it bleach blonde. But they left dark brown rooms 1 inch wide. And they charge double what other salons charge. Beware.

You get what you pay for. If you are looking for an nice intricate cut, go to a salon. If you just need a trim and dont care how it looks, then go for it.

I love this nail salon! Its affordable and very clean. Ive had a different technician the 2 times Ive been there and I think they both did a great job. Ill continue to come here.

Best nail experience Ive had in such a long time. The ladies are so sweet and cute and fashionable with great attitudes. The salon is very clean and trendy Im definitely coming back when Im in town/will definitely recommend to a friend. :)

She messed up my hair and then charged me ridiculously alot to fix her mistake 🙄 And all she could say is she didn’t understand me ( more like she did what she wanted ) I was clear, And for my daughter I told her shoulder length and she cut her hair too her chin and uneven I’m extremely upset never again!!

The staff is always friendly and more than willing to make you happy with their services. Fair pricing, easy to get in for an appointment, or just drop in. I will definitely come back here where the wait time is less and the staff very friendly and customer oriented!

Great GOLDEN HAIR & NAILS . I do dip powder gel and the technician i had was great. My only recommendation is making an appointment and letting them know so they can prep in advance.Many nail polish and dip color options. Also VERY CLEAN, which is the most important!**

The owner did my nails today and I love them! Very through and gentle. She took her time and not once did I feel rushed. So happy with the outcome! Ill def be back for my fill in a few weeks!Thanks ladies!

I love it here because of the one nail tech who I cannot remember her name sadly but shes from somewhere in the Middle East I believe. We had such good conversation and she took the time to connect with me. Not just to do my nails but enjoy our time together. I loved her and my nails and Ill for sure be back.

Just moved to Antioch and needed my nails done desperately since they were falling off. Technician did a great job removing the old nails and didnt hurt at all. She did a wonderful job with the new acrylic set

She did what she wanted with my hair I didn’t ask her to cut half of all my hair all I asked for was a fade. Never going there ever again!

I love this place. I got a haircut and the lady did a great job in less than 15 minuets. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Their prices are decent as well. I will definitely come back for my nails and more!

Very friendly but was the worst haircut I received. I asked for a 4 on top 1 on the sides high fade. She gave me a low fade and when I asked , is this a high fade? she said oh its a 1 -1/2 fade.And the top hair was so good uneven I just sat in devastation. I politely asked her to fix it and she tried. Most barbers will ask how you want your sideburns cut, she just assumed and gave me an even line when I usually ask for a point. But again I was polite when I told her she made a mistake. It was the older lady with glasses. Never again will I come here that was my first and last time. I dont think these barbers are licensed. But it is Sunday. Good thing Super Cuts was open.. Fixed me up properly. Was irritated about having to pay for 2 haircuts tho

This place deserves a 0. Not only did I tell her about how I ONLY WANTED MY END TRIMMED and she said shed take off an inch. The left side of my head got cut to my chin the right side goes to my shoulders. No where near even. Not to mention my hair went to the bottom of my shoulder Blades. I specifically told her NO LAYERS. And this is what she did. Ive been crying since this happened and when she realized I was mad she tried to butter me up by saying I show u how to style. I dnt do fancy things with my hair. Thats why its long and one layer. Her excuse was I didnt tell her. Then it was oh I didnt understand you. If I was able to file a lawsuit I would. They gave me a discount so I would be satisfied. How can a customer be satisfied when u just ruined their hair!!!!

I come here every chance Im in town. I travel for my job and have been disappointed countless times in the past with cuts and color anywhere else. Because of my difficult schedule, I usually come in without an appointment and I appreciate how hard they try to be so accommodating . Ive always left very satisfied and get numerous compliments on my hair, my highlights in particular. The prices are reasonable and as a bonus, Thao, my favorite, gives the most wonderful scalp massages. 👍👏

They do great work for a great price

Horrible customer service. We waited for her (only 1 stylist working) to finish cutting a little boys hair, which is expected. Then she her 4 pm appt showed up 15min early. We had already waited 20 mins. As she motioned my son get in her seat she looks over to the lady who has an appt and says she is going to cut his hair first. The other customer said she couldnt wait for her to cut his hair first. She was 15 mins early to her appt. The stylist then asks my son if he would wait for her to cut the other customers hair. I said hell no and left. We had already waited 20 mins, she had plenty of time to trim his hair before the other customers appt. For customer experience alone I would not suggest this place.
