We went in yesterday to get my sons haircut and it didnt turn out exactly as planned. After leaving I jumped on google to leave a negative review. I was reached out to very quickly to bring my son back in for a complimentary fix up by the manager Jacqueline. Today my son left with a smile on his face and a great haircut. I highly recommend reaching out to Jacqueline if you ever have any concerns with your cut! She was great and definitely cares about the customers that walk through her doors! Thank you!

Cheyenne was extremely friendly (I believe her last customer called for her number) and professional. I asked her what she thought would look best as my look is consistently boring. She made a minor adjustment, which seemed to make a major difference in my appearance based on my interactions of late.I couldnt come up with a negative thing to say about this place.

Cheyenne did an amazing job on my head. Nothing feels better than a crisp haircut, its possibly the most important thing to looking and feeling great. Shes also a great conversationalist and very welcoming. Will be back soon when this mop grows out.

Unprofessional management.Unprofessional management like Ive not seen in years. Hope they try better not to flip out on people that mention a policy that makes no sense. Up until I was scolded, I complied with the mask mandate by staying outside. Went to pay with my shirt over my face and mentioned doesnt make much sense to wear a mask to check in then walk back out when, if needed, they offer free masks inside...Was met with a very unprofessional manager saying you should be wearing a mask anyways and if your teenage kid can comply so can you. I didnt plan on going in except to pay which I would have pulled my shirt over my face just to leave. I know what kind of person you are was the next thing I was met with by the manager Jessica. She didnt feel like going further into that statement and in fact denied it. When I asked for the corporate number, I was told to find it myself. And leave. Yes, I was not wearing a mask after the attitude and complete unprofessionalism. I was also at the front door nowhere near an individual or staff member after my transaction was made. Corporate will be contacted and a ADA complaint will be filed for discrimination.

My teen boys get their hair cut here and all the stylists do a very nice job.

Nice place, friendly staff, but honestly horrible hours. Why stay open until 5pm on weekdays? Most neighboring locations are open later than that.I want to go here more often, but their short staff leads to busy times during the weekends where you can’t secure a time to get a cut or they’re closed during the weekdays. If you’re worried about operating costs just open later during the week days and stay open later into the evening.

A good place to go and get a haircut

The stylist didn’t listen too well, I said to square off the sides and go short, but make sure it laid down on top. She cut the top round, not squared off like I requested. She didn’t blow dry after the cut to get any excess hair off, that should be a normal thing, right?? I shouldn’t have to ask her to get extra hair off my face and head.Then she cut it a little too short, which I actually don’t mind because my hair grows fast, but when she sees it doesn’t lay down she puts a ton of pomade in it so it “kind of” lays down, but now it’s super greasy. I will make the drive to Gurnee or Kenosha before going back to this Sport Clips. She was really nice, so I gave her a 2 star instead of a 1 star. The haircut and experience was a 1 star for sure. It was Christmas, so I still gave a decent tip.....

Tried to call to put myself on waitin list and the lady who answered said walk ins only and to go online to register. Even though i said that i could not do that she insisted in a surly voice onlinr only. They lost a customer

I know I have curly hair and I know that its hard to determine length but she shouldve been a lot more careful with how much she took off of it and asked more questions. I didnt catch her name but she has shorter red hair and was very talkative about nascar, and thats not always a great sign that the stylist is focused on your hair. I am planning on wearing a hat to my next date, if I see her again I will ask for a different stylist. It could have very well been an honest mistake but when youre cutting someones hair, one mistake is their image for the next couple weeks until it grows back, I hope she sees this and chooses to improve on focusing on hair and her precision and not how much she likes nascar.

Took my 18 month old in for a haircut.Didnt get the cut/style I asked for but she did the best she could under the circumstances. He was not cooperating at all. I will

I always get the MVP its great. They should add full body massage to the service. Been there more than a handful of times and never got coupons just a punch card oh yeah they didnt have any the last time I went. Punch cards that is.

*Checked in online with a 45 minute wait time. Arrived early and checked in 15 minutes before and was second on their display. When my turn came up they took the guy who walked in after me. The guy “Adam” got up looked at me for a few seconds and walked in to get his hair cut. Not sure what’s so difficult about selecting the next person in line. Left and I won’t be back.*UPDATE: I will amend my review and take into consideration that my check in was not processed correctly. A mistake is acceptable over a slight. I appreciate the manager’s response and understanding. So few reviews or concerns are addressed by business you have to give props to this one.

Maria has cut my hair twice now and has done a phenomenal job both times. Its kind of luck of the draw when it comes to wait times, but Ive been able to get in and out over my lunch hour on both occasions by checking in online. Something to note though is that checking in online does not equate having an appointment (no appointments here), so you may still end up waiting.

Sofia did a better job of explaining and advising me through a hair style change than the last 3-4 hair stylists Ive been to. My change requires 2-3 haircuts to complete, but the $40-a-cut salon I went to for the first haircut couldnt remember her plan when I returned for the second. So, I went to a couple Great Clips and neither could help. My first time here Sofia explained exactly what I needed to do to complete the style transition, despite my having a hard time describing the end result I wanted (bringing pictures helped alot though).

Do not let Mexican lady cut your hair! Basic guy wanted a basic haircut. Took 20 minutes for her to be “done” with the cut. I didn’t have anymore time so I paid her and left a tip btw. Next morning went back to see if another stylist could fix it, 40 minute wait and again couldn’t wait that long so now I get to spend vacation looking like Bert from Bert and Ernie

Haircut was good but advertising themselves as a barber is misleading. Barbers do more than just haircuts.

I went for a haircut today and it was a NIGHTMARE!! The woman said she could do the cut that I showed her a picture of, a FLATTOP. Well that didnt happen. In the middle of the haircut, I was clearly communicating what she should do. She called another person over to get suggestiind from. That didnt help either. Anyway, I left with 1/2 a haircut. I got home to try to fix this total f-up! Well, I was unavle to do so and I ended up shaving it all off. I really do nit like when someone says that they can do something and are not able to do what they say. Total INCOMPETENCY!!

I received a coupon for a free haircut here in the mail (never been to SportClips before). Ginn did a great job with the haircut, shampooed my hair while I sat in a massage chair, and styled my hair for me. I would highly recommend SportClips.

Location let me check-in online for a 7PM haircut. I got a text saying stylist would be available and when I arrived the doors where locked and lights off. Door and online says open until 8PM. Wasted 45 mins driving back and forth.

2 jacked up haircuts. First time was my husband. Last couldnt understand or speak English Thought it was a fluke Then my 2 year old looks so bad that Im embarrassed to even bring him to daycare!!!
