This was my first time and it was amazing! I unfortunately didnt catch the name of the woman who cut my hair but she was excellent. Very professional but light-hearted and an amazing price for high quality. I 100% recommend if you need a haircut.

Geoff is the barber you’ve always wanted. He will engage with you remember all the things you’re doing/going through and on top of that you get to walk out looking and feeling fresh! It’s been about 5 years I’ve been seeing him now and it’s the only time I get haircuts like when I lived In Miami me and my son will wait till we look like cavemen to see Geoff before going anywhere else! Ive tried to get my girlfriend her lining and there and even with an empty seat, calling for an appointment or a walk in there has always been an issue or a a judgemental tone or look due to her being a female. I have felt the bad vibe and negativity and we just dont appreciate it. Some kindness and understanding would be nice!

Ive personally know geoff and his mom who run this shop for a better part of my life they take very good pride in there work and you feel the family owned buisness right when you walk threw there door. Geoff takes extreme pride in his work every time i get a hair cut from him he takes atleast a hour on me to make sure his work is perfect! I highly recommend geoff and his mom and lakes area barbershop for one of the best places to get a hair cut in lake county give them a shout you wont regret it.

You will never find a better shop to go to. Geoffrey and Stephanie are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Before I learned about this shop, I drove 63 miles one way to the girl that was cutting my hair since 1994. Geoffrey is amazingly talented and makes this old man look his best. Found this place after reading all of the great reviews on Google and it lived up to the hype. Geoff is truly an artist with the clippers and takes great passion in making you look your best. First time I went I didnt know what type of cut to get so told him to just do his thing and I was completely blown away. This barber shop does an outstanding job. There friendly try to help everyone out with making them feel as good as they will look when they are finished cleaning you up. Geoff (one of the professionals there) cleaned me up with is precision techniques to make sure I looked great for my event I had the next day. Key to barber shops is being able to invision what looks good on a person also taking what the customers usually have done, putting them both together to make you look good. This place has exactly what they need to do it. Highly recommended!! Great job guys

The experience here has been thoroughly disappointing and I never even actually got to sit down in a chair. I called to make an appointment over a week ago and the person who I dealt with on the phone was extremely rude and short. She did not ask me what services I needed nor did she ask for my contact information. This morning I showed up for my appointment waited for nearly 45 minutes for her not to show up and for a neighboring business to come over and tell me that she would not be there today. Although I do realize that unforeseen circumstances can occur, had she taken care with me on the phone when I made my appointment and taking my information maybe she could have called me and prevented me from wasting my time.

The woman who cut my hair did a great job. I had shaggy long hair that Id like to slick back regularly. I asked her to trim it and she did it perfectly. She made me look like Johnny Depp from the movie Donnie Brasco. Than she even trimmed my goatee for free. Well worth the $20 i was charged. Aswell as the tip I gave her. I recommend this place for the skills they have.

This barber shop is hiding in a small mall behind the Chase Bank on Lake St in Antioch.Stephanie did a wonderful haircut in a very efficient time. She uses clippers for the most part and touches up with a scissors. Nothing fancy and great barbering with a reasonable price.I made an appointment and glad that I did. There were two others waiting while I was in the chair and a third made a walk-in appointment for later in the day.This says something about a good business.

If youre looking for THE new-age and old-fashioned barber of the area, look no farther than Geoff. First time in today, he used clippers to do a very methodical fade and cleaned my lines up with the straight razor. There could be a wait, but its worth it! Going back whenever Im in town.

A great old Barber shop! The new owner is very nice and gives a fantastic haircut! You need to call ahead for an appointment, but its worth the effort. You can walk in, but you might have a bit of a wait if you do, its a very old shop with only 2 chaors. One used by the old owner that is there part time.
