Great experience as always. Having been through several dentists over the years, Dr M is by far the best…, diligent team, uses latest techniques and technologies, and makes room when emergencies arise.

I went to the office for the first time last week . I had a great experience. The from desk person was awesome, it’s hard to find a front fest person that wants to be nice, the dentist was awesome and very kind, the lady the usually cleans teeth did my X-ray, she was fun and very helpful , and the lady that help him was so sweet , I will becoming back ! Everyone there gave me a great experience !!

5 stars, hands down! I havent been to the dentist since I was a teenager, and I am now in my late 20s. I put it off for so long due to dental anxiety, which I know that many, many people suffer from. My experience despite my anxiety was a very positive one. I had a painless extraction and I happily no longer have to deal with the horrible pain I was in for way too long. Dont put it off, its so worth it, and this is a great place to go! I recommend it 100%!

I had a very positive and comfortable experience as a first time patient. The staff was patient, understanding, caring, thorough and professional. Dr. Meiser provided a requested second opinion. His evaluation was much different and significantly less costly than my previous one. He did the necessary procedure, during the appointment, and quickly for me. I made a follow up, routine appointment.

The dentist and his assistant are wonderful. The “manager” is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered in the healthcare business. She enters the billing and generates treatment plan proposals. Nothing is ever accurately input and I have had to speak with the billing specialist to correct the managers errors of falsely double billing. She continuously adds unnecessary charges to each visit and if you question anything she will get an attitude. She threw her hands in my face today and insisted that “I shouldn’t be a patient and they shouldn’t be treating me and that I need to leave.” She insisted that I leave after I am already sitting in the exam chair completely numb waiting for my procedure. After the doctor returned he told me that I need to go elsewhere after today’s treatment since “you can’t get along”. The manger is his wife and clearly is allowed to mistreat his patients and get away with it. Needless to say, I will never be returning.

Ive been going here with my family for years and YEARS ago we missed some appointments due to personal reasons so we had to take my sister off the account, so I was still on there and making my appointments to go and they warn me every time that I cant miss any appointments because I already have a few missed ones on my account from the past like I said from years ago but I understand that but I dont need to be reminded with such an attitude every time I try to call and make an appointment, I was under 18 at the time when I missed those appointments so personally I was not responsible for taking myself now I am and I was ready to do it thats why I was calling. And dont get me started on the attitude from the lady at the front desk/ da, its either her way or no way and shes always shoving her beliefs down our throats when we didnt ask for it we asked to get our teeth cleaned.. and always talking about dr.meisner behind his back very unprofessional. Need some new employees. Its a FAMILY place.

What more can I say about the doctor and his staff!!! Stacy, Maryann, doctor meiser himself all were amazing. Fillings, crown and cleaning all in one day! Haven’t been to the dentist in years and they made me feel right at home! Doctor explained everything he was going to do and makes sure you are comfortable and pain free. State of the art equipment and no pain at all he did three days worth of work in one!! Can’t say thank you enough and Stacy did an awesome job! Highly recommend this place to my family and friends! Went there because they are listed in my new insurance network and Im so glad to found them. Front desk is really friendly and all the staffs are very professional and nice. They really care about their patient and explain each step as they work on the teeth. They use Dental Milling Machine for crown so it was created right in front of me in few minutes. Dr. Meiser and Stacy make sure that my crown was the right color and fitted perfectly. Im very pleased with the outcome.

Terrible billing experience. Me and my wife paid the initial estimate in full for us both and after the work was done they said since it wasnt as much work as they thought we would be getting a refund. We reached out several times over the next few months and we kept being told that they were waiting on the insurance company for final bill. We also noticed we were billed for things that werent done. We finally gave up on trying to get the balance returned when we received a bill for an ADDITIONAL few dollars on top of the 2000 we already paid originally. We made a partial payment while waiting for the insurance company supposedly, and without any further notice or contact they sent us to a collections agency during a PANDEMIC. Very unprofessional and great way to lose customers

I am always appreciative of the lighthearted administrative and dental staff, who greet me with a smile and put me at ease each visit. Dr. M is wonderful, because he listens, communicates and delivers on what he says! We have the best right here in Parole!

We had a wonderful experience! We had some questions and concerns with the dental health of our children as well as an aging family member and were given very practical and honest feedback. Finally, we walked into a happy office with a group of co-workers who all seemed to work together well (makes it easier to relax before DENTAL work!)

I’ve lived all over Maryland and in the NYC metro area! Lighthouse dentistry is by far the the best! I’ll be the first to admit I’m a wimp when I comes to dentists. Dr. Mieser and his staff are by far the best! He is so gentle and he does not want you to feel and discomfort at all! He does amazing work also! The work looks so natural and trust me I’ve had everything done from crowns to root canals to fillings. They also take the time to teach you proper at home care. Since I’ve been following what they have taught me my teeth have never been healthier. I wish I could give them 10 stars but 5 is the max! Not to mention they play relaxing music and use aromatherapy to give you a spa like experience. Thank you lighthouse!❤️

The dentist made me feel very uncomfortable. Taking pictures of me and my teeth without warning. Calling me beautiful etc. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Ridiculous my son has an infection and needed to be seen, I told them the circumstances and that he’s 5 almost 6 they set up and appointment for him same day, because this is urgent. I come to the appointment, unsatisfied with their professional and on top of that they tell me they will need to refund me my payment because they can’t treat kids under 6?! Thanks for wasting my time I could have had my son seen somewhere else where they could AT LEAST give an antibiotic. No regard for his comfort or health.

I love how friendly and accommodating everyone at Lighthouse Family Dentistry is. When I called to scheduled my first visit, they asked me if mornings or afternoons worked better for me and sorted about a best time to get me in. They also got me right in. I have been to doctors where I have waited in the waiting room for a while before they even get me in for my appointment. Im so glad that I found these guys, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Meiser is really funny and such an easy-going doctor. He has such a great sense of humor and from the first time meeting him, you immediately feel comfortable around him. He is also supported by a great staff. They all take pride in making sure each of their patients have the best dental experience possible.

My wait time was minimal and both Karen, the hygienist and Dee, the assistant were absolutely delightful, as usual. Everyone is very professional. Dr. Meiser explained the situation about a tooth that Karen wanted his opinion on and he is always very clear in his explanations and tells you his reasoning in arriving at his conclusions which I really appreciate.

Honestly, I think everyone at Lighthouse Family Dentistry is awesome but the hygenist made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever felt before at the dentist. She was very friendly and talked and joked with me while she was cleaning my teeth which really took my mind off of where I was and everything they were doing. They are great here.

Dr. Meiser and his staff are great. I never have a problem setting an appointment, its always very clean, and the dental hygienist I usually see there is very thorough but friendly. Its always clean and everyone there makes me feel very comfortable, I always recommend them when people ask me who my dentist is.

Dr. Meiser and his crew of professionals are hard on cavities and soft on U. Dr. Meiser gives great numbing shots that are very mild. Hes done 2 crowns on me--using his fancy high tech measuring device networking with a contraption that functions like a 3D printer and VOILA, theres the crown which each time fit like an old favorite pair of gloves--no fooling with a temporary! Karin is my hygenist and has helped keep my gums humming along. Merriam handles the business part. Everyone including the Dental Assistants are friendly and competent. Started coming here about a year ago and since them Ive had about 3 appointments and they work so well around my scheudle. Very happy I found them.

By far the worst dentist i have ever been to! My teeth never felt clean after leaving, there always seemed to be a step that was missed. Dr. Meiser never took my concerns into consideration he rushed through the work as if he didn’t care. The ladies at the front desk are absolutely rude! They charged me for a service i never received and when i brought that to her attention she argued with me in front of everyone in the waiting room telling me she it had to go under investigation to figure out if i had the service done or not, taking my word and or going to the back to ask would have killed her. Absolute trash of a dentist. Would never recommend.

It is bad enough that you did not give my wife a choice when it came to her crown material; but then the crown procedure itself was botched not once; but twice! so now my again came back for the same crown that chipped, and you CHARGED HER $150 to smooth the bad work down? and then to add insult to injury you tried to charge her for a fluoride treatment she didnt receive? do yourself a favor folks and stay far away from these folks.

Ive never had an official dentist before. Ive always just gone to the department of health or been referred out to other chain dentistry practices. Going to a private practice was a change for me and I really loved it. The whole staff from the receptionist to Dr. Meiser were amazing and very efficient during the whole thing. It didnt feel so clinical and thats saying something since its the dentist! He was fun and personable telling me the flavor of toothpaste for the day was chocolate and that he would give me the job of being in charge of the suction tool. Not even as a kid did I ever feel so comfortable at the dentists office.

Overall I enjoy the staff at the practice. Very clean, quiet facility with comfortable waiting and treatment areas. Seen on time for both visits so far. I did have some concerns the first visit about a lack of communication from provider to me (he delegated that task to assistants instead) but after stating that the visit left me somewhat frustrated due to that, communication at second visit was much more thorough. Second visit however, was mischarged due to front desk associate processing my insurance incorrectly (170.00 for something that should have been free.) While promptly and politely handled by staff after I called them, a little irksome since its not the patients responsibility to ensure insurance is processed correctly. All in all a quality practice and seem to take patient feedback to heart to give best possible care. I will continue to use their services.

It was nice..in and out ..no complications..even have Spanish translator because the oneyoung lady knew 2 languages..a busy team..hanging in there with the busy public...4 wisdom teeth out.on the way to healing.they even schedule follow ups.give them a chance..

As always, my visit went very well and all of the personnel that tended to me during my appointment were excellent.
