I love this place and Dr. Worm and Kim the hygienist. Conservative approach -- youre not walking out your first visit being told you need crowns on every tooth -- and charming personalities. Kim cleaned my teeth so well that there was a noticeable difference when I looked in the mirror in my car. She is detailed and diligent and has a golden scaler award to prove it! Cant recommend this team enough. Excellent and compassionate care.

This clinic is wonderful! The staff is kind and patient, and they really eased my dental phobia. They are my dentists now for the rest of my life. I cannot recommend them enough.

My dentist is Dr. Don Worm. Ive been his patient for the past 18 months. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honestly puts me at ease. Im not always the best dental patient, but I have had zero problems or pain in the last 18 months. His exams are very thorough. Today I met Kim, the Dental Hygienist . Kim was fabulous!! My teeth feel amazingly clean. Kim is also friendly and knowledgeable. I Highly recommendDr Worm and his staff. Keep up the awesomeness.

My husband and I go back many, many years with this practice with Mike Berger DDS. Now, with the change over to Dr. Waddell and his associates and staff, we remain as more than satisfied patients. The care is excellent. We have both needed procedures above and beyond the usual 6 month checkups, and are more than pleased with how they were handled, and with the outcomes.Everyone in the practice is friendly, helpful and informative. Also, they almost always take you for your appointment on time, which is rare in health care today.If you are looking for a dental practice, I highly recommend Annapolis Dental Associates.

Do NOT recommend them. I made an appointment back in July, soonest I could get in was end of September. Got three text reminders, then the Friday before my appointment, they left a message canceling my appointment. No one called me back, no texts, nothing. Waited three months for nothing.

I tried to go to this place and honestly it’s not worth it based on the fact their staff can’t offer solutions to your paying customers. You call me over and over rescheduled twice after you shut down from getting COVID internally the. I call you to tell you 4pm I was running a little late due to traffic and all you offer is drive there and see what I can do. What a joke. You won’t get my or my family’s business and I will share on every review site I can.

Office is closed for COVID-19. Had an emergency visit...in pain & that tooth couldnt wait. Dr Waddell got me in quickly, he & his assistant took great care...evaluated what needed be done & we decided on the right plan. Thank you! On the mend now.

My partner referred me to Annapolis Dental Associates after my original dentist left me hanging with sharply broken molars on each side of my mouth saying I should be careful and not chew with them. The quickest they could get me in was THREE weeks off, so I called and had a next-day appointment to get patched up before getting my temporary crowns fitted. I LOVE Dr. W (Ann Warfield) - shes a smart cookie that really seems to enjoy her job, but also is laid back and honestly a pleasure to be in the chair with. I like that this office isnt heavy on the frills or the opulence that a lot of dentists seem to need. I feel like theyre more focused on what actually matters at this office, which is listening to their patients and doing solid work.

I started with Dr. Waddell DDS and I had an overall pleasant experience. He was a little rough at times and seemed to hurry through his procedures... but I guess after so many years of good professional work anyone would speed up. I must say that I always received a perfect outcome at the end of every visit. One day I went in for a scheduled appointment and they had switched me to Ann, and multiple other members of my family had had bad experiences with her so I requested a different dentist. It has now been over a year of me seeing Dr. Bjorklund and I must say she is by far the best dentist I’ve ever used. I can honestly say that I don’t dread the dentist and it is always a pleasure going in to see her. Her assistant is very sweet and ‘Dr. B’ is the consummate professional and very intelligent, always making sure that I am informed on how to best take care of my dental hygiene, making sure that I am comfortable during the procedures. The office staff is so welcoming and Kelsey always has me in and out; scheduling at my convenience. I highly recommend Annapolis Dental Associates and Especially Dr. Bjorklund or Dr. Waddell!

When I first saw Dr. Waddell on March , 2012 I thought the initial consultation went great. Then when the procedure started, I was shocked when he stormed off in a fit in the middle of the procedure for at least 20 minutes. He was upset his assistant did not have the appropriate “tips” in place, something he probably should have ensured before he started the procedure. He had already drilled deep in to my tooth and was ready to start, suddenly my procedure did not have his undivided attention. When he returned, he was verbally stern and had an aggressive demeanor with his assistant (and me) hardly nurturing the “good two-way doctor patient relationship” he claims to seek with his patients on his website. I can’t help but wonder if his anger took some of the attention away from my needs as a patient as well as his focus. I thought that maybe you were having a bad day, but his assistant assured me that “This happens all of the time.After all of the procedures were complete and a few weeks after my permanent crown was on, I complained of significant pain that I thought was an infection. He prescribed a 10-day course of antibiotics and sent me on my way. After 10 days, I returned complaining that the pain was significantly worse and that it did not get any better. He then drilled through my permanent crown and found additional nerves that he missed (Thats not why I gave you 1 star, I understand this can happen.) Was it a simple mistake or was his focus off due to his being angry at your assistant? I don’t know. I think if he had given me his undivided attention, and maintained a professional temperament the outcome could have been more favorable. After this procedure I got a bill for the full amount (A crown with a hole in it) and a letter following a few days later dismissing ME, not the other way around as he asserts. I sent a response letter to him and his partners (individually) outlining his behavior and business practices. I never considered or pursued legal action or any other nonsense and I assure you if I were to ask for a dental lesson (as he offers in his review response), it wouldnt be from Dr. Waddell.This all happened 6 years ago and from what I can tell Dr. Waddell reported my original review until it was removed and gave himself a 5-star review in a ‘response.’ Other review sites have multiple bad reviews that I suppose couldn’t be removed, which is interesting. I didnt dismiss other dentists, I explained to Dr. Waddell that I had recently transitioned from the Navy at the time and the dentist who diagnosed the issue didnt do root canals, so I came to him. Ive had the same dentist since, without issue for the last 6 years. I sincerely hope my review and Dr. Waddell’s response alerts other potential patients/customers to whats in store if you go to Dr. Waddell. I hope you catch him on a good day!

I had been going to Berger Waddell for 5+ years. The way I was treated by Jean, the dental hygienist, had me switch my family to another practice. I informed the office of all the rude phrases and jabs provided by the usually delightful Jean. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or what, but that is no way to speak with your patients.
