Went for an oil change and 1day later a puddle.of oil under my car. Good thing a family member noticed or could have blown my engine on the way to work next day. I called and fixed in 30 min that was good. But they forgot to put the washer or lock nut back on with oil screw. Seriously need to.find another place.

They have been my tire folks for several years! They manage to get service reps that are personal, friendly and efficient! They just recently replaced the rear tires on my wifes SLC300, great job!

If you want a trustworthy knowledgeable place to go I highly recommend this store. They diagnosed my car in a timely fashion repaired it kept me up-to-date as to what was going on during the repair and the prices were very fair. They made sure that I totally understood what had to be repaired and why it need ed to be repaired that made me feel very comfortable. As I waited I noticed the manager Nicole Thompson continued to speak with the different customers and keeping them aware of what was going on with their car that was a great service!

I have always had the most up front information about my car, never with any pressure to fix. I have been going her for a decade now, and will continue to in the future. BTW- Get the lifetime alignment

Excellent customer service and professionalism! I scheduled an appointment online for 4 tires and an oil change. The tires I chose online were not in stock when I arrived but they were able to offer me comparable tires for a similar price. The work was completed in a timely manner. I had a very bad experience at Pep Boys the day before so I really appreciated how well I was taken care of at Firestone. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

On January 21, 2021 I had gone in to this Firestone Annapolis location for the first time because my 2017 Chevy Malibu would shake when driving. They ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and checked for what may be causing the shaking and I received a FULL list of things that needed to be replaced; this list consisted of a new engine filter, a new cabin filter, a new battery, 4 new tires, and the two front axles replaced costing in total $2,696. Now, after hearing this list I was quite confused, being as I have a newer vehicle and I stay on top of its maintenance. In the past 8 months or so I had already replaced my air filters, my car starts fine so I’m not sure why I would need a new battery, and for a 2017 car with less than 55,000 miles to need new axles seemed ridiculous! So I got several other opinions at different shops and the ONLY thing that they seemed to have gotten right was that I needed new tires because they were worn. I am astounded at how they tried to add all these unneeded and unnecessary issues to jack up the price. I am highly disappointed with this Firestone location and probably will NEVER return.

Previously had decent experience at this Firestone, however two recent issues have caused me to not want to come back. 1st, I had new starter put in my car last December. I recently had trouble and the dealership said the starter is worn out, and its only been a year. Talked to Firestone and they say sorry, youre 1 month over the warranty, nothing we can do. I offered to pay for labor cost asking if they could do something and replace the part because its only a month over warranty and starters shouldnt quit after only a years worth of use, no sir, nothing we can do.The other issue was back in the summer I was getting tires replaced and front desk employees were often removing their masks and would allow customers in the store without masks as well.

Masks still required in-spite of mask mandate being removed. 15 year customer and will not shop at Firestone until they make those changes

The manager and technicians are excellent! I had a flat tire during a morning ice storm, and the crew at Firestone Complete Auto Care took care of it. Very professional folks!

I’ve always had a great experience at this Firestone location! I’ve been probably 4-5 times and I’m definitely a loyal customer. The front desk is so friendly! As a woman, I’ve been talked down to by auto mechanics more than once, but never once at Firestone. The last experience I had (yesterday): I needed air in my tires and Firestone was on my way home so I popped in and asked if they could help me out. The guy at the front desk told me to pull around and filled up my tires and taught me where to find the proper tire pressure (free of charge). I know it’s a small thing, but I love when someone educates me while doing their work and that’s how Firestone always is. They educate me on my vehicle and don’t BS me on price, products or the labor.. and the vehicle is always ready on time! I highly recommend this Firestone location!

My car has been at this location since Monday, December 21st. There has been little to no communication or updates from the advisor, Becca. All if not most of the communication has been initiated by me. She was supposed to call me today with a status update and I did not receive a phone call at all. I am highly disappointed and inconvenienced after not having access to my car for almost one week. I have contacted Firestone customer service and filed a complaint at this point.

I have had my car serviced at this West Street Firestone since 2015. Each time I am pleased with the customer and repair service. The Store Manager, Ramona, demonstrates exceptional customer service and leadership. She is upfront with the needed repairs and the cost. She does not attempt to mislead you to earn money for the store or commission for herself. She engages in warm and friendly conversations with the customers while they wait for their car repairs. Repair technician Brandon and Sonny are extremely resourceful in offering to fix minor repairs at no cost to the shop. Brandon took the time to show me the damage that would become worse if I avoided getting needed rotors in an effort to save money. Some mechanics would have totally taken advantage of my situation and would have sold me on things that needed repair that in actually would not need repair at all. I highly recommend this location on West Street. Be sure to speak with Store Manager Ramona. If she is not working, I would wait and schedule upon her return.

Called them at 11:30 asking if they could repair a tire that was leaking air. Sure, they said it to take about 1.5 hours. Took car in at 11:39 and went for a leisurely lunch. Called at 1:23, itll be half hour more. Returned to Firestone after 45 minutes they say they cant fix the tire. We have to buy a new one. $280. Finally finished at 3:24. Every so often they would say half hour more. I wish they were honest. They obviously didnt look at the tire for a couple of hours. If they had been honest we could have gone somewhere else.Edited: I have yet to here a response to this post. I sent them all the documentation and pictures requested and provided additional information on our flat tire. Waiting

Got TPMS changed on Cadillac CTS. Service tech jacked the car up improperly. Metal casing not protected, pinch weld not used.

I came into Firestone with a tire leaking air (after leaving Carmax service). They were beyond helpful. They weren’t able to repair my tire but Brittany and the technician got me going safe and sound! Very honest service!!!

I had a 11:00 am appointment and waited 3 hours with no phone call I arrived at the store and was informed that my car was never pulled into the shop. No phone call was made to inform me that my car was not going to be completed on time and no attempt was made to right the fact that I waited for 3 hours for no reason. I will not be returning to this location ever and it is a poor reflection on the company as a whole.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful. The store manager Nick does a phenomenal job at helping customers with any issues. They all very family friendly and helped keep my toddler entertained.

I bought a tire from another Firestone 5 days ago. Picked up a nail and went here for a repair. After waiting 45 minutes the manager shows up and says they cannot do a repair. Proper training would help and dont sell tries to people that you refuse to service.

I drove in with a flat tire and Jim and his crew were very courteous and quick to assist and resolve the matter. I highly recommend the Firestone Annapolis service center for quick, friendly and honest service.

Nice job with the set they put on, and great deals/prices/warranties.I do recommend you get an appointment either by phone or online. If you do it online--make sure the order details are correct (not the shops fault, some hiccup in the program).Parking lot is -cramped-.

Installed my tires for me and they did a good job without damaging anything. The service was good and they had a competitive price for the area. I have to take one star away though because they didnt clean the mounting grease off of my wheels/tires after the install. I would recommend/use them again but hopefully next time they would finish the job.

My son was in from out of town and had some maintenance items and need a tire evaluation on a set of Firestone Destination LEs we had purchased several years ago. He had a tight timeline in which to get in and out. I set up the appointment and ended up bringing his truck in and had a fantastic experience working with Tamara. I had to change appointment times twice and then needed an opinion on a couple of tire issues. I got great feedback and a quick service turnaround. All in all an experience that far surpassed expectations.I don’t typically write testimonials but I was so pleased with this interaction I felt I had to. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Tamara.

Not all heroes wear capes. These guys really helped me out when I had a small but manageable emergency.. on a Sunday no less! Rodjel got me back on the road and has earned future business from me. Absolutely cant recommend these guys enough. Thank you again!

Bad customer service i had. I took my car there 12:50 pm and was told to come back in the next 3 hrs got back there 3 pm waited till 5 pm, all they could say is i would have make an appointment before coming after waiting for extra 2 hours. Honesty is part of good customer service please adhere to it.

These guys did a great job. I brought my van in to have a tire repaired but as it turned out I needed a whole new tire. They got the job done fast and got me out of there so I could go pick my kids up from school on time. I felt like they went above and beyond to help me out at a price that was fair. I highly recommend bringing your car/truck/van to this place for all your service needs.

I wss impressed by the quality of service we received. Nick took the time to explain what was required and suggested. When he called for final approval he had all pricing separate. they finished brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush and fill, with oil change in 3 hrs and cheaper than my mechanic friends could offer. I dont know how they do it, but thank you!

I’m very disappointed with this firestone location in Annapolis MD. I scheduled an appointment during the week and took off work to have my oil changed, but when I arrived the employees at the front desk told me that I would have to wait 4 hours because they were short mechanics. So they suggested that I reschedule , I decided to rescheduled and came back two days later for my appointment and the same thing happened , they were short handed once again . This time I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere , I am extremely frustrated and unsatisfied with their service . In my opinion if you scheduled an appointment that was confirmed by them, then you should be able to have the work done on your car at the appointed time . I would not recommend this location to anyone . You all need to work on hiring more mechanics.

Went in for an alignment. Manager was very friendly and welcoming. The technician done a superb job, especially considering the state of my car. Service was done on time and faster than expected. Will visit them again.

I had a flat and was able to put the spare on. But couldnt get the cap off to put air in the tire. I was 1/2 way done with my drive from NC to NJ, They were able to get the cap off and checked the pressure in all my tires for me. Service was friendly and quick. Truley appreciated it.

I am from out of town and noticed I had a headlight out and Tamara squeezed me in between appointments and gave me an alignment. She gave me helpful advice and went above and beyond to make it happen. Definitely recommend for any little thing you need

Took my vehicle in for a wheel balance and tire rotation at 6 PM with close at 7 PM. They actually stayed slightly past close to finish the job. Overall did a great job, my ride is much smoother. Friendly service and good price.

Did an oil change on my van, was fairly quick compared to Mr Tire :) nice folks, courteous service. Even replaced a tail light I didnt know was out! Only trouble is location traffic, very difficult if not impossible to turn left out of here at certain times. Also, parking is pretty tight, so if you need an accessible spot to park, consider calling ahead, as completed vehicles sometimes get parked in the HC spots. Other than that, will return :)

After I learned my lesson to always schedule an appointment and never wait on my car, Ive had nothing but great service here. Theres almost always a monthly/weekly service discount or rebate, so you end up way less out-of-pocket than going to the dealer for your routine oil changes and other preventative maintenance.

Was quoted at $720 for front brake pads and a brake sensor light($125). Called pep boys $212 for the pads $135 for the sensor....went to pick up my truck and it was on the rack without tires. I was charged $150 for a diagnostic fee before they would give me my keys. Never had an experience like this one before...terrible!

I was sold a tire and told it was going to take about 45 minutes to complete the repair job. A hour in, I hear the mechanic say they cant find the tire. The guy who sold me the tire tells mechanic there is suppose to be one tire, but never says anything to me. He then leaves for the night. 15 minutes later I was told by his associate they dont have the tire. After waiting a hour and 15 minutes for my tire to be repaired; I end up having to leave my car and uber home. Ridiculous!!! If I really did not need the tire, I would not have given this business my money. But since the other local places did not have the size I needed and it was not orderable until Monday. I had to do what I had to do, smh. Never again. Very unprofessional.

We had a brand new tire put on at another place and the tire went completely flat. Pulled off the highway in Annapolis and thought that Firestone was still open, it wasnt but the employees decided to help us anyways. They figured out the problem and fixed it for us in less than 20 minutes! Bekka and the technician Bryan were so amazing to help us even it was after hours!

The are able to locate and correct problems. When describing them to customer, they provide other alternatives, which other garages rarely want to mention. Very impressive!

I called ahead for a simple oil change and they told me they could get me in right away. I got there 10 minutes later and was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I was fine with that so I ended up waiting in the waiting area. It ended up taking just less than 3 hours by the time my car was out for only an oil change. I came to this location for a drop off oil change before and had no problem, but really this experience was enough that I won’t be going back. They ended up fitting in one of their regulars before me about two hours into waiting (took his service about 45 minutes) when the oil change takes 15 minutes if that. Disappointing to say the least

Im usually hesitant about the upsell on products, but I have found the buyer protection plans to be very useful and always pay for themselves in the end.

Brought my car in today for the third time because the check engine light was on. When I dropped off my car, Id left my e-cigarette vape pen in the center console along with some other things in my car, closing the cover. When I picked up my car, the pen was gone (Ive turned the car inside out looking), though thankfully nothing else had been stolen. It was only probably worth $50, so I guess things could have been worse. Then again, others should be warned about bringing your car to this location. Very disappointing, as the service was otherwise great.

It was a bad experience. I purchased 4 new tires last year from Firestone with hazard insurance. I ran over something and my rear passenger tire couldnt be plugged..they are telling me i have to purchase 4 new tires. What is the purpose in purchasing road hazard if they wont either patch the tire or replace it at a discounted price...will never go there again. I have been a loyal customer for many years..im telling anyone that will listen qbout the poor service i received.

I’ve always generally liked Firestone and followed my father’s lead in using them for multiple aspects of my car maintenance. I will certainly be hesitant to use them again, and I won’t ever step foot in the door of this specific location again. I went in for an alignment because I thought I needed one and bought the lifetime alignment about 6 months ago. My appointment was for 4pm and I walked up to the counter at 4:01pm, only to have an employee basically ridicule me for being a minute late. I’m sure it was meant to be funny in a sarcastic way, but that’s not how I like to be greeted, especially by someone I don’t know. Fast forward about 1.5 hours (they were busy, which I fully recognize). I’m told that my car is indeed out of alignment but they can’t complete the alignment because my tie rod ends have seized. I had a hard time believeing this and did not want to go ahead with the $500+ quoted repair to have all new tie rods installed (much to the chagrin of the employee assisting me). I sought out a second opinion from an independent shop. Turns out, my car was barely out of alignment, and my tie rod ends were completely fine! The only thing wrong was my sway bars were starting to wear, which interestingly enough, was far less expensive. I’m so disappointed in Firestone for this, and feel like they were purely interested in the profit they’d make off of me. I bought the lifetime alignment believing that they, in good faith, would honor that honestly and not try to upsell some repair/maintenence. How wrong I was. I sincerely hope that this Firestone location treats their other customers better than they treated me.

RIPOFF alert !Watchout for this place they will rip you off! I sent my wife there to get a lifetime alignment.When we went a second time for a free alignment after I told the man at the counter I need the aligment because I installed new struts, he appeared to be offended that I didnt use his shop for the job and said I was just using him for a free alignment. I told him I had done the job myself and he just smurked.A year later after getting new tires at Costco, we went for another alignment. They told us our car was in need of over $300 of work to replace a Cam bolt ( available online for $35) and now the car is pulling to the left and obviously out of alignment.Despicable!

In town from PA for a fishing trip. We noticed a flat tire when we awoke on Saturday morning. Hubby wanted to use fix a flat but I noticed a Firestone down the street from our hotel and said why not have them plug it. We stopped by they charge $30 plus dollars $20 just for labor for a plug we said ok and they said we will have it ready in 1 hr. 2.5 hrs later my hubby got there and they had not started on the tire, he had to wait for it. Ugh. He paid for the tire, put it on and then we drove back to the hotel and parked our truck. Woke up the next morning and the tire that was plugged by was flat again. Less then 24 hrs. My hubby said I am going to get my money back since we had to drive back to PA that morning in order for him to get to work. He asked for refund and explained the situation to the clerk. She immediately said we dont give refunds. My hubby said it has been less then 24 hrs and you did not fix the tire so please refund my money. She again said I cant. Then proceeded to tell my husband he has an attitude...huh. All over 30 dollars. She was rude and arrogant. We were tugging a boat and had to get home. We had no time for this. We will never ever ever ever shop at any Firestone again. After giving my husband a refund after 20 grueling mins, she still talked $#it on his way out the door. My husband told her the customer in this situation is always right and she said not true. She needs a class on how to deal with people.

In regards to the gentleman that wrote about his experience, 1.the quote was not that much money. 2. he began to be belligerent with the sales associate, 3, you have to pay for the diagnostic work that was performed, 4, and just because you found the part cheaper has no meaning on the place, some places are able to get the parts cheaper, that has nothing to do with the store, its corporate. that complaint was completely false and should be taken down. I have been taking my car there for years, yes it is pricier than other places, not by much, but there service is quick and easy. thank you

The worst customer service ever. They promised me to take care of my one flat tire in couple of hours but after 5 hours that Im back to the shop, nobody even touched my tire.

I went into this store for the Interstate battery that costs $119 but the agent at the front desk told me there was none in stock that the only ones in stock were the $139 batteries. I needed one so I had to accept it since it was my only choice. Some lights came on on my dash and because the battery was the only thing I changed, I had to open my dash to look and realized that the battery that was installed for me was actually the $119 version that was supposedly not in stock. How do you even explain that? I have my receipts to enable you confirm my claim. I went back there to give the lady a piece of my mind but someone else (who said he was the store manager) refunded me the difference. I certainly wouldnt be going back there because I am not even sure the oil changes I pay for had always been done. Please avoid them!!!

Brought my vehicle here after I had troubles at another Firestone Center up in Rosedale, MD. The staff at West St was very nice and they fixed the issue that the Rosedale staff could not (a simple alignment and centering the steering wheel).I watched customers come in a get upset. The two service people were very good at addressing peoples frustrations and concerns. They actually communicate, which makes a huge difference.

Love this place.. Their only fault is theyre so good theyre always busy!!! Needs a bigger building with a bigger staff!!!!
