I had been looking for a set of tires for my 2013 Ford Fusion for about a week. Called a few area stores, and couldnt find anything. Called Mr. Tire in Annapolis and had a great conversation with Ramona. She was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. While she couldnt find my tires that day, she gave me my options and told me to think it over and call back. Have Ramona a call Wednesday and she told me she could find the tires I originally wanted and could have them Friday. Dropped the car off in the morning and got it back in the afternoon. Extremely pleased with Ramonas service and would recommend her services to anyone.

Just had 4 tires installed today. The new store manager Ramona was an absolute delight to do business with. Will be bringing all 4 of my cars here for now on as long as shes there.

I went in for an oil change as I have before. Included in the service is tire rotation and top off all fluids. It took an hour to complete.I have new oil and new filter, but nothing else was done. No tire rotation, no fluid check, didnt even top off my wiper fluid. I dont think they even checked the tire presser.Where is Ron? He would have made sure it was done right.

Accommodating and quick. My wife went here on a weekday evening as they were closing because she had a screw in her tire. The manager accepted the late service request and assigned a tech to complete the repair. The tech did an excellent job in less than 20 minutes and we were on our way!

Ron was great! I was having a problem because my treads did not match from the last tire install somewhere else. He fixed it by putting on 4 matching tires and possibly saved my rear differential and maybe even the transmission.

I wouldn’t normally leave a poor review, but I can’t let the current 4.9 star review to sway anyone else.To give a brief overview, I needed two new front tires. One of mine had a blemish which had a risk of popping…so two new tires for me. Knowing the impending expense that this would cost me, I did my research in order to get the best price and the best place to do the job.I settled on Mr. Tire in Annapolis, Maryland. My first star deduction is from the fact that the online price calculation was almost $100 less than what I was inevitably charged. Some fees were neglected to be listed online. My total cost was approximately $450 for two Perelli scorpion STR front tires.My second star deduction is from the moment I arrive the morning of my appointment. I explained that I was a teacher and would not be able to answer the phone if a problem were to arise and they needed to call me. I asked to leave the phone number of someone who would be able to answer the phone, the store manager told me they shouldn’t have to call me and not to leave the number. Well, spoiler alert, they needed to call me (as these places always do).My third star deduction came from the up-sale that was attempted on “all the things wrong” with my vehicle. Now I’m not arguing that maybe I need some front end work, but what was being itemized as “must haves” was ridiculous and unnecessary. All of which amounted to nearly $1900. No thank you.My final star deduction comes from my pick up when I was inappropriately complimented and directed to leave a five star review. The manager had me take out my phone, find the store on google, and told me to leave a five star review.Well sir, I will leave a review, but you surely won’t tell me what rating. Now I have no problem with a proprietor asking to leaving a rating if satisfied, but to direct me there and ask me to leave five stars and mention his name? NOPE. No need to mention his name now, I won’t need it in the future.I will not be returning to Mr. Tire and suggest you don’t either. Thank you.The one star remains because glass half full I was able to get my two front tires replaced with 24 hours of my requested appointment.

Romona is spectacular. Stopped @ several tire places with a flat tire near closing & was rejected by all except Mr Tire on defense hwy. She was so receptive & kept me entertained to boot.

They damaged my brand new truck wheel and bought me an aftermarket wheel and the lugs didnt even fit. I returned the wheel asking for them to make things right. Then the Market Manager MARK HAMNER said to call customer service because there was nothing he was going to do about it. Called customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about and when I explained my situation they said they werent authorized to help with this kind of issue. So if you have a vehicle you value I wouldnt take it to this place. Im ok with mistakes but what Im not ok with is bad customer service. I will never use another Mr. Tire. You spend your hard earned money on your possessions and other people dont have to care if they damage your property? Youve been warned about this place of business.

Ran over a nail in a parking lot around the block. Walked in and was out in 45 minutes! Super fast service and reasonably priced for a properly patched tire! They don’t use plugs but patch from the inside! Thank you!

I called Mr. Tire at the last minute because I had a slow leak they told me to come right on in when the other surrounding tire places did not have any appointments. They took very good care of my vehicle. Ron at the service desk has very good customer service and took the time out to explain everything to myself and everyone else that came in. Mr Tire deserves 10 stars I definitely will be a forever customer at the Annapolis location

Ramona and Ron was absolutely great! This was the most outstanding experience I have ever seen at a auto service facility. My friend and I had to drive from the Easton area because all the other tire service center’s mechanics were leaving early (Easter holiday)and his insurance’s roadside service took forever to come place the donut on his car. They waited for us until 5 minutes before the facility was due to close and went out of their way to make sure we got the service we needed. I would absolutely recommend them for your tire service needs.

The absolute worst experience at any Mr. Tire I have ever had!I had a 1:30 appointment and at 3 my truck was still not in the bay being worked on. I only had to have an oil change. When I asked the attendant behind the desk how long my truck would be he came after me pulling his mask off and threatened me. He later called and kind of apologized. He then offered me a free oil change if I ever come back . I then spoke with his supervisor and after a week and a half still not have heard from anyone . You would think they would at least send me a coupon a free oil change. I will never go back to this Mr. Tire again. By the way the one in Edgewater is amazing

So I told them to calibrate my new TPMS sensors in the new tire. The sensor is a universal TPMS (92-4001A QWIK-SENSOR) and emulates a standard chevy TPMS sensor. So you select the Chevy sensor on the activation tool. They did not know how to do this and said the TPMS was not on their tool list

We were very pleased with Mr Tire and would certainly recommend them to others. Our service was quick and efficient and the staff, especially Ramona, were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We will return in the future!

Ron was super helpful. Got me in the same day and had my Car with new tires and alignment in under 2hrs. He was super helpful. With exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend this location, staff, and its technicians.An update:After I got my rotors resurfaced I was hearing some ongoing noises. I called Ron and he was able to fit me right in. He took a look at the rotors again and made some additional changes. All at no cost given in had just recently paid for it. Again goes to show the folks here take pride in what they do and make every effort to help the customer.

On top of that, he shouted that he would “own this place” if he was not serviced right away. Ron kept his cool, asked him to stop swearing, and told him that he would be happy to help him, but that other customers waiting, like myself, would be serviced in the order they arrived and he was welcome to wait for his turn to be serviced. While the complaining customer did not like this, I appreciate that Ron stood up for his customers and didn’t cave to the squeaky wheel who, after spending money elsewhere, demanded free service before the other paying customers. It may have been an unpleasant thing to witness, but the manager kept his cool and took care of business.I’m not sure if there are better places to go for tires. But I am happy with my experience and appreciate the sense of fairness that the manager displayed. I’ll be back again.

My evening started out at 4pm by someone cutting me off & forcing me to a curb which blew out both tires. I start to panic and first call places that can get me in tonight. I called one place & was told no & they are not open tomorrow. Then I call Mr Tire & Ron answered. Without any hesitation he said yes bring it over & he will take care of it no problem. I was worried about a tow service getting there before they close. Ron said no problem, anytime bring it to him and he will fix it right up. I called AAA and luckily was able to get car and bring it to Mr Tire. Ron did what he said and took care of it. He stayed till the end to not only make sure it was done, but done right. In a world where Customer Service is lacking, Ron is the staple of how everyone should not only treat customers, but treat people in general. I really cannot say enough nice things about Ron. He absolutely saved my night & the rest of my weekend. For any future car needs, I will be taking to Ron. I wish I could give Ron 200 Stars because deserves every single one of them. Thank you Thank you Ron!!!!2 weeks later, back at Mr Tire to replace the only bad tire per Rons suggestion. No one likes going to mechanic, but Mr Tire, mainly Ron, has made each trip a good experience. Dropped the car off at the time of my reservation. Took a nice walk over to Home Depot to look around and by the time I was done looking the car was done & I was ready to continue on with my day. I have been to many different places over my years, but from here on out, will only be going to Mr Tire. Thank you Ron!! Very much appreciated!!
