You will pay more here with all the fine print and scams. Your better off at a reputable rental agency.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!! They charged me hidden insurance fees that were not mentioned on the website and I ended up paying triple the amount. Wasted my time and money and didn’t even upgrade me to accommodate for the amount of money I paid. Don’t be fooled with the prices online or you will get scammed. Uncooperative disrespectful people. This is the last time I will be renting from this god awful place!!!!!

I love using next day car rental service, I have used them several time and my experience with them was awesome and the sevice was awesome. Totally horrible experience there! The one star rating is for the young woman at the service desk and the young man doing shuttle service because they were great. Otherwise it would be a negative star rating. This is due to the poor service I received from the manager! FYI if you book from a site other then their direct website, you may be missing important info needed to rent a vehicle

Horrible experience. Ive used Nextcar before but never this location. I had a family emergency that caused me to keep the car longer. The Manager rudely called me and told me that if I didnt have the car back by 3pm. They would get the car and I would be arrested, seriously over 4 extra days which equated to 151.64. Mind you they attempted to steal money out of my account two days in a row 1st amount of 320.00 and 2nd 202.00. Then tried the next day of 302.00 and 222.00, but my institution denied the charges for fraud. NEVER AGAIN!! Avoid at all cause and just use Enterprise or a more well chained rental establishment. Saving $50.00 on the deposit and cheap price isnt worth the disrespect. Oh and I definitely reported them to the BBB.

Just got into my second rental today from Next Car Annapolis. The first car was extremely dirty, the second vehicle I’m in now has an ant infestation!!!! Ants were all over the vehicle, in the vents, in my reusable cup I recently purchased! Very upset with this level of service. People you have been warned.

Horrible company to work with. They dont greet you when you walk in even though you are the only people at the counter. One employee just walked away the other employee just looked down. Then after 5 minutes decided that they wanted to talk to us. Cancled the reservation and will never use this inconsiderate company again.

Went in to rent a car,and the lady was on the phone talking about some body that had a surgery .I guess her phone call was more important than a customer

Price were perfect. Got a pick up truck for 50 bucks. Truck was very dirty with half a tank of gas. Process to get the rental car was extremely long. Make sure you have your car insurance policy on hand and phone number because they call to verify. Also, parking was hard to find since it was inside of a Mazda dealership.

The price was great, they are conveniently located, the staff was friendly, the car was clean but they arent open after 3 pm on Saturday and are closed Sunday. I have used NextCar before and I will definately use their service again.

Always a great experience.

We rented this car to visit my dying father in law, and returned it 7 minutes (yes, 7 minutes) past the time they closed at 6 PM and they charged us for an entire day. Gary, who works at the Annapolis location, was unapologetic and unsympathetic to the fact that I called several times on the way there and why we needed to rent the vehicle. Gary said that is our policy. I hope when Gary has a need during a death in the family, he experiences the same callousness.

Cost very little for the car. Not as polished as other companies, but the other companies offered me a car for 17 times the price.
