This was the nicest car Ive rented from this location, but I was disappointed that the car smelled of cigarette smoke for the first five days I drove it.

This location is obviously struggling to bounce back from Plague (COVID 19)...normally use other brands but due to lack of availability in rental cars in DMV metro due to Spring Passover Easter holidays this specific Budget location had rental available.it..vehicle was fantastic...pricing very high due to shortage....the physical condition of facility was very poor and service was lacking probably due to business stress

I highly recommend Enterprise or Hertz. West Street based Budget rentals have rude employees that could care less about satisfaction of their clients. I was a first-time customer with the company and was offered 30% off. Didnt happen. then they tried to charge me $278 for smoking in the car. I had to fight real hard for that credit. the car was filthy when I picked it up and I lock cleaner when I drop that off. Pay a couple extra dollars and get much better service through the two previous companies mentioned. A friend of mine said that he would never rent a car with Budget. Lesson learned!

I get absolutely great service at the Annapolis Budget. My vehicle is always ready to go.

The trucks were all in pretty bad shape. Ours got us where we needed to go, but I would not have been surprised if it had broken down along the way. I went from MD to NC carrying everything I own. I used about 1.5 fill ups of fuel for my 12 ft truck, and that was about $52 dollars a fill up.

Good location that is close to everything. Family moved to the area and we needed to drop off the moving truck. Had a very tough time getting people to answer the phone (tried like 15 times over a day). Eventually got a hold of someone. They DO have night drop off.

I have rented from Budget Rental in Annapolis for several years. The staff is always courteous and prompt. The service is quick and the cars of have been great!! The manager is more like a friend, he even remembers me by my old Red Jalopy! I recommend this rental car service to everyone!!!!

I would of gave them 0 stars if I could! I’ve been renting cars for years and quite frequently but I usually go to enterprise... budget had a good rate but horrible service and will try to charge you for things you are not responsible for. Enough said I will stick with enterprise where I never have had any problems!

My old car broke down again and I needed a vehicle for a couple of days. Budget is quick, the staff courteous and they always have cars available. The location can be challenging on heavy traffic days but its worth going there as they are so helpful.

Have rented here numerous times taking my daughter back and forth to college. Very satisfied. Of course, they always offer a pricier vehicle, but work to find one that satisfies your needs. Will return to this location.

I have rented with Budget Rentals twice. The first time I rented, I had to wait in line for 30 minutes or so both when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. The second--AND LAST--time, I booked online, and they called me when I was about 5 minutes away to tell me that they had just seen my reservation request, and that they had no more available trucks. Bottom line: Go somewhere else. You can get a better truck for a fraction of the cost and sanity.

I have never been to a rental car facility with no cars available. My sister died and I needed a car to drive to her hometown. I went to Budget and I got the only car left, fortunately. I used this facility years ago. I guess with the change in ownership, the service has deteriorated. Probably, my last rental from there.

I captain a private yacht and cruise from Annapolis Maryland to Chesapeake va twice a year. Since my car has been giving me some issues, I decided to rent a car for the weekend for a beach trip. I received a VW Jetta 2016. Loved the car, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I definitely will be renting a car from Budget again.

We rented a truck from then for our moving day, a Saturday. Friday evening they called to let us know that no trucks were available, despite our reservation. No explanation, no assistance with looking elsewhere, nothing. Beware: look elsewhere.
