As a woman going to a mechanic I have always ran into issues with being taken advantage of in the past and you never have to worry about that with him! You are in amazing hands with David. These guys get it. They go out of their way to get your vehicle scheduled, advise of any issues, do the needed work correctly, on-time, and for a reasonable fee. If you live nearby and need transportation home and back to the shop, they can usually accommodate you. I’ve been one of their customers for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

I had a headlight out and called Accurate about replacing it. They told me to come in the same day and in less than 20 minutes the headlight was replaced. They are unbelievably honest and fair. They fix whats required and let us know when issues dont need to be addressed immediately. Our last repair cost far less that i thought it would. Honest and efficient. They were personable, they were informative, and they did not rush me when I was trying to figure my car situation out. They even went above and beyond when they knew I was in a sticky situation.

Ive dealt with this company and gotten good service in the past. But for some reason, theyve made me wait five weeks to get my LCD backup screen repaired. When I call to find out the status of the repair order, the service manager is either never available or doesnt return my calls. When I finally went into the shop two weeks ago to find out what was going on, they told me they were in the process of ordering the part. But no one has ever gotten back with me to let me know the part has arrived and my car is ready for repair. Am I supposed to think it takes that long to receive a part? Ive never experienced such poor service, anywhere. I do not understand it either as they have been good to me in the past. Perhaps its because this repair is technically out of their league and they dont want to admit it. But if thats the case, they should have told me, and not left me hanging for five long weeks.

Went to Accurate to fix a vibration problem w my van. After paying $2500 based on the owners recommendation, problem still persists. They continually forgot my appts and liked to joke a lot in the office but did not seem too concerned about wasting my money. Sloppy all around.

We had a rough start with accurate auto. If you have a time sensitive item you need to make sure you stay on them. That being said, after some issues we had, the owner took over and everything went smoothly after that - the truck runs great now and the work was very reasonable.

Ive been going to Accurate for some time now and I have to say that every single time my expectations have been completely exceeded. The level of service and detail is paramount compared to other shops (including the nearby Acura dealer). David and company treat their customers as family and always seem to go above and beyond when the situation doesnt require it. Id recommend Accurate to anyone looking for friendly and trusted shop for most import cars, specifically Acuras and Hondas.

Fair and honest, with quality work. Ive had them work on my Toyota 4Runner and Honda Civic and I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
