This was by far the worst experience ever. I had a flat on 94 headed home. I pulled over in Ann Arbor, MI and called this guy who told my husband and I to meet him. We get there he pulls up with a child in the truck and says he should be able to patch the hole but would go get a tire just in case. He then called 2 hrs later (now its dark) to say he isnt coming back. He told me to add air in the tire and Id make it 2 hrs on the highway. He even laughed when he said it. The fact that he was not only unprofessional but rude enough to laugh made me feel that he did this because we were African Americans. I hope no one ever allows him their business. Im going all over social media about his service. Trust me I have a lot of followers on my natural hair blog that will share this review.

Saved the day

They charged me four hundred dollars for a road call but my injector was too big of a job so ended up towing it for eleven hundred dollars and had to wait two weeks of sitting in the parking lot before my turn came. Then it was thirty five hundred dollars for that. All told it cost over five grand. It’s a good thing I’ve been through this before and know it’s normal for an injector

THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER JIM GARRISON WAS BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP HIS TELEPHONE NUMBER AND REFER HIM TO OTHERS. JIM SHOWED UP IN LESS THE TIME THE AGENT SAID THAT HE WOULD BE THERE AND HE TOWED MY TRUCK WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AND GAVE ME A RIDE HOME.

I found Whitneys Auto when I needed him most! He was open on a sunday and helped me get back on the road ASAP. Whitneys quality and care for his work was also applied with his customer care. I live an hour away and will never go anywhere else for my auto repairs! He is a wonderful, trustworthy mechanic and I would reccemend him for any repair to everyone,also to make sure you bring him bagels :0)

I have never been treated so poorly over the phone by a place I was trying to get service from. I was asking for a tow to the nearest repair shop for a flat tire. The man I spoke with was very pushy and said the following: unless youre a hermit or something Im sure you could find a big burly boyfriend or a friend to help you with your tire. I told him that it was in the interest of time, but I didnt want to pay the 200 dollars he was asking for the service fee (on top of tow and tire). He later said, the problem is you dont know what the hell youre doing and you dont have any money. I told him I was going to take my business elsewhere and he continued to text me afterward offering deals saying surely a poor person like you would appreciate a discount.. bring your 18 year old car here. Unbelievable.

Called to inquire on how much it would cost to diagnose my car’s electrical issue. After a brief description of what is wrong with my vehicle, the gentleman on the other line said “I’m going to end the call and block your number..” he then proceeded to hang up.. Very rude and unprofessional. Please take your business elsewhere.Edit: It’s quite evident from the owner’s response what kind of shady operation is going on at Haye’s. Services listed on the google page include: oil change and mechanic. Yet he says he only works with large trucking companies and dispatchers. He also posted a picture stating that they do not offer services under $90, yet reading through the comments, the owner changes this figure to $240 and even $400! Please update your page to reflect current services and fees instead of rudely hanging up on a potential customer without any explanation.

Garbage garbage garbage. All those 5stars are FAKE! these dudes charged over 400 dollars to look at my truck for 20mins. Didnt bring a tow truck. After seeing my radiator was cracked (I seen as he was still under truck) they did not provide any ride to assist in my patching up...did not provide any tow service or number. Said I couldnt leave unless I paid 400+ dollars and did NOT provide ANY assistance except showing up and saying.yup its a cracked radiator!. When I first called I was told 90$ and other hoopla no other prices just to say 400 bucks. Totally screwed me and my company to place his own pockets knowing his work did not remotly justify the charge. STAY AWAY!....I ended up fixing it my self with job weld and stopleak after having to fill it constantly with water until I got to an auto zone. ...keep in mind they didnt even give me a ride to do that! Greed kills.

Called to get a tow, person who answered was very aggressive from the start. I was sweared at for asking about prices and when I told them I would go else where, they hung up, and texted me after saying how stupid I was. They threatened to bash my windows in if I did not take this review down while calling me a terrorist, and saying they did not serve my kind. I wish I could post pictures on the review. The aggression and defensiveness made me believe the business is a shady one. I would not go here as they are extremely unprofessional and racist.
