My insurance carrier made arrangements. Driver called just before arrival. Prompt, polite and professional. Good service. Car arrived at repair shop undamaged.

Waited for 4.5 hours and they never showed. I had to get a tow from someone else.

After another towing company dropped the ball on me, I gave Packard Towing a call. Mohammed showed up within 20 minutes and got me to the dealership on time for my appointment, he really saved my bacon. Clearly very practiced and professional, Ive never seen another tow manage to get me loaded that quickly 5 stars

Packard is very professional towing company. They were convenient , and fast. Also, the price was about what I had expected. The driver was very polite and helpful.

STAY FAR AWAY from these people. My wifes truck broke and needed a tow. This company was dispatched by progressive for our roadside assistance and we were told it would be less than 90 minutes. 3 hours later they havent arrived. When she called after 2hrs of waiting they said they were dropping off another car just outside of town and would be there right away. They never called & still never showed up. My wife called progressive and they had to dispatch another company. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 3 hours in 37degree weather with 2 children in the truck and they didnt care.

Great Service and someone you can trust. Treat you like family and you always can call to ask question. The only problem I have that they did a great job on my car I cant find any excuse to go back. love the service. KEEP IT UP GREAT PEOPLE.

My car wouldnt start at the gas station. Month came with a flatbed checked the easy fixes (it wasnt any of those) and took me to the dealership faster than the initial response even said hed arrive to get me. Top notch service all around . Very professional

Worse experience ever! Dispatched through my road assistance service, I gave them the name and address of the repair shop but then they tried to deliver to some address not even close to what I gave them! When I asked why they didnt try to locate by the name of the shop, they said they didnt write that down!! Really?! Then because I wasnt available to take their call they took my car back to their shop to be delivered the next day. Just after I called them back I see my car up on the truck at a McDonalds near my house and 15 minutes from the repair shop. When I asked why they didnt just take the car to the repair shop then....the guy gave me some bs about after hours etc. Really, 15 minutes to save a trip back the next day?! I had to spend over an hour the next day while the guy argued with me and the road assistance rep, the guy from the towing company basically calling me a liar about the address. Then a few more hours getting Road Assistance to only count it as one towing incident not 2! Ugh! The driver was really nice and polite... the ones in the office not so much. Plus they did not deliver it to the shop until 3 pm the second day! Ridiculous!

Ive had my car towed by them twice in the last couple months. They were polite and on-time with the towing both times. Price was reasonable.

Big shout out to the guys I wish if I can rate them 100 start @ Packard Towing you guys are a life saver. My daughter slid out on the freeway into the ditch and she was very scared all alone in the middle of night around 3am when she called me and told me what happen I was freaking out because she was 3 hours away from home.I called packard towing and Sam the dispatcher was so nice a very knowledgeable and he really know his area very well. Based on what my daughter explained to me where she’s at he pointed her location in no time and he side the driver should be on location in the next 15 minutes. And boom 10 mints later my daughter called and she side the tow truck is here and the driver was very kind he checked on my daughter and made sure she was ok pulled her out of the ditch very quickly and absolutely no damage what so ever on her car he even towed off the freeway to the first exit and checked her car to make sure she’s ok to continue driving.And there price was very reasonable for their quick response.I really don’t know to thank you guys best of wishes to everyone at packard towing.Keep up the great service.

My tire blew and I thought I was going to wait for hours and the young man who came and picked me up, not only arrived within 30 minutes of me calling but was off work and assisted quickly and professionally. He was friendly, I cant remember his name either. Good job guys!!!

That’s my third time using this company they Always arrive on time. My mom had also used them when Big House Twoing came and messed up her car AAA called Them and she was very happy with their service and how professional and knowledgeable the driver was. And the most important their trucks are very clean from inside out. I needed my car towed from a shop in Ypsilanti to a VW dealership in A2 and they provided quick service with the most affordable price I could find. I was impressed with the tow truck itself it was new very clean inside also out side even thou the weather wasn’t great to keep things clean but honestly the truck was spotless as much as I was pleased with the customer service. I definitely will be using them again. Highly recommended Thank you so much you guys are best

As a young women stranded on the freeway I was worried about who would show up. As soon as the tow truck arrived, he was courteous and helpful. He arrived quickly. I was going to tiake it to one place, but he made a recommendation for another. I looked up the shop I was going to take it, and I am so glad I didnt! He gave me a really good price, too. A lifesaver!!! Highly recommended.

This is a generous review. If I could give a lesser grade I would. This company charge my daughter $80 for a tow and told her she had to pay cash only. She thaught that was expensive for a 2 mile tow but had no choice do to a breakdown and out of town. Was never given or offered a receipt. When she call the next day to question the charges they told her it should of been a $50 tow. Then never offered to give her any money back. This company took advantage of a female stranded. I would never ever in my life time recommend this company to anyone. If you think of using this company think twice they will probably rob you.

Packard towing driver Shows up and leaves us stranded. Had a service shop lined up that was north of Ann Arbor and driver would not tow our car because he said he was too busy and would only take car to a local shop. We were in Ann Arbor! If this is truly a family owned business, I hope the owner reads this and contacts me. Meanwhile we are stranded even though a Packard truck and driver was here. Too busy to provide a customer with the exact service they are supposed to provide - that is a new low!

Deceptive business practices. Took car to their lot instead of where I told them to drop it off to, 4 different times from 8 am to 8 pm. Wasted a whole day of my time when shop could have inspected and ordered parts today and got the ball rolling. Insurance agent was waiting at shop for the car. Now they wont be back for a week! Now you wasted a week of my time loosing me 1000 dollars! All because you couldnt follow simple instructions.

My upper radiator hose broke and with the coolant leaking out I had to pull over and call a towing service. Packard Towing happened to be the closest to where I had pulled over in Ann Arbor, so I gave Mike a call. Mike was extremely nice and gave me approx. $20 discount off of a 15-mile trip to Canton (30 miles round-trip from where I was).He sent out his courteous and friendly driver Sam who arrived in less than 15 minutes, hooked up my car on the flat bed and drove me back to Canton. Great service and an unbeatable price at only $95 (cash). Sam even stopped at the bank for me to get cash.Definitely recommended!

Worst service ever. Their company is in Ann Arbor, my car was in Ann Arbor and would not start. I waited 3.5 hours. I was told the car wouldnt start because I left the light on. After he got my car running, tow driver told me it was not necessary to take my car to the dealership as I had requested from my insurance company. Then the driver ask me if I wanted to drive the car myself. After telling him no, I had pre-arranged, through my insurance, to get a ride to the dealership. I can now understand why he ask if I wanted to drive my car. His truck did not have working seatbelts, driver or passenger and he was keying the directions into his cell phone for the dealership while he was driving.

I am exceptionally impressed by Sam; the mechanic that saved me time and money, heartache and physical pain; Sam knows what he is doing 100%. I have never been more impressed than his service. I find it hard to believe that service of this level in quality and expertise still exists. Sam provided exactly the services I needed with the utmost respect for my vehicle. Sam is more knowledgeable than any tow driver I have ever encountered. Even thought Sam is not in the emergency responder services, I feel that Sam is my life saver. I could not be more satisfied with the service I recieved today. I will be requesting Pakard Towing Service in the future to be my service provider and I will be asking for Sam if he is available.

I have a car that I drive every day. It was fine today, it was fine 2,000 miles ago, and it will be fine in another 2,000 miles. Its not perfect but its also 14 years old. It runs and drives great. No issues with the motor or the trans. I decided to list it for sale for cheap, $3000, and someone asked for me to take it to Packard for an inspection. I called the guy and said, youre not one of those scam artist shops that is gonna look at the mileage, and look at your checklist, and start spitting back BS, like it needs the timing chain replaced because its at 120,000 are you? He said no. I bring it in and they tell the buyers who liked the car that it needed $2,500 worth of repairs! Everything from struts (unecessary, absorded bumps great) to timing chain to tires to control arms, sway bar links, etc. They are confused between A) The car is 15 years old and it runs and drives, you are good to go and B) with an unlimited budget and a life mission of doing a total car restoration, trying to bring the car back to factory settings, here is what you can do if you are a moron...Big waste of time. Funny thing is they have 2 or 3 junk cars in their lot. I said, Let me guess, you dont do that type of analysis with your cars, do you? He replied, For honesty reasons we take it to another mechanic. In other words they probably have some mechanic buddy of theirs that goes with analysis option A described above for their own cars! Even more sad the bimbo buyers believed these crooks that they needed to put $2500 in a $3000 car! Hysterical.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! After waiting over 3 hours and watching the tow truck sit 400 yards away Doing Nothing, we finally cancelled and called DAVES TOWING IN MILAN. They showed up in 10 minutes! The worst !

I called USAA Roadside Assistance and they chose Packard Towing to tow my Jeep. It was on the fourth of July so I suspected it would take longer but I waited over 2 hours for a tow truck. When the guy got to the gas station I was at he drove right past me despite my jeep having a obvious flat tire. He must have not been told what vehicle to look out for. Along with not being told where to tow my jeep. The tow truck driver barely spoke English so it made it very hard to communicate with him. Also he took zero care to make sure my rims were not bent when he put the vehicle on the ramp. I called trying to explain my concern and basically was quickly hung up on. Very rude company who hires people who cant speak the language to provide some basic customer service. If you have a choice find a different company.

I would never want this company to touch my car they are a rip off plus on top of it all they had to change there name from Packard towing to first class tow because of a lawsuit that one of the driver cause the company an they still have that same driver driving for them plus do not work for the company either because the boss will rip you off on money they still owe me $385 an is refusing to pay me its just a bad company all together

Wasnt sure how else to get this across to you guys, if youre not a provider for AAA please become one!!! Triangle towing is terrible and I would really like to ask for a better company if the need arises again!

They gave me a jump for a reasonable price so I was able to go home for the holidays!

Worst service ever. My car wouldnt start so I call for a tow to a shop 2 miles down the road from my car. They tell me the driver would be there within the hour. 1 1/2 hours later I call to see whats going on and they tell me the driver got held up and hed be there in an hour. Another 2 hours pass and still no truck. Call them up the next day to see whats going on and they tell me my car will get picked up first thing. Well it didnt and I ended up getting a different tow company and they showed up within an hour...dont ever call these unprofessional people they have no idea how to run a business or how to deal with customers. These guys suck call someone else.

They were supposed to pick my car up last night at 5pm, and instead left it unlocked with the keys IN IT OVERNIGHT 😠😠😠 and then didnt pick it up until after 9 this morning. Awful company.

Worst service ever, our car broke down in the interstate and they showed up over an hour later and said they were too busy to tow us. Because we were having our car towed 70 miles away they were cancelling our service and left us stranded on the side of the road. The driver was rude and very disrespectful. I wouldnt even give them 1 star....
