Take it from someone who works with these guys on a daily basis. I only call these guys when helping someone and they need a tow! Super nice , very knowledgeable, and out of all the other tow companies these guys are the only ones who know how to tow a vehicle safely, quickly, and professionally!

I called AAA and was going to have to wait 80+ minutes for help to arrive and I had a Dr appointment in 45.I called Brewer and at that point the polite dispatcher said all trucks were on calls and she could only estimate 60 minutes. I left my number in case one got free.She called back in 27 and said truck was almost there. I got to Dr only 4 minutes late.The driver was efficient, effective, and pleasant.Brewer turned a likely problem day into a minor incident.

I called because I locked my keys out of my car at work. The dispatch was friendly and didnt make me feel like a total dummy. The driver came in 20 minutes and he was super nice. $63 to open my door

Im a courier for FedEx Express, so I occasionally need my truck towed. Today, I was told my ETA would be around 90 minutes in Dundee... but my man Warren came through in just under 45 minutes. He got to work quick and was very polite. He knows his trade. Best experience Ive had with a tow driver in a while. Get this man a raise!

My grandson was in an accident. The vehicle was towed there. The office lady was very helpful in getting the car salvaged and letting us go back to get the rest of the belongings out of the vehicle

I was in a car wreck in early May and Washtenaw County Dispatch called Brewers to tow my car. Brewers did not give me an opportunity to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle before sending it to Copart Detroit for evaluation. Brewers informed my insurance company (State Farm) that they did let me retrieve belongings, but I had no contact with them and was surprised when I learned it was not in Ann Arbor. As a result of this miscommunication and then lying to my insurance company, the personal belongings in my vehicle were stolen or disposed of before I got the chance to retrieve them. At this point, it is unclear whether Brewers or Copart stole or disposed of the items, but the fault lies with Brewers for not giving me a chance to retrieve my items before releasing the car to Copart, and for lying about it.

Driver went above and beyond to bend my wheel back into shape to hold air. It was a very pleasant experience and I would suggest them to anyone in need

While the people here are very skilled at their jobs I did have some problems with their professionalism. My car got towed and when I went to pick up it I spoke to a young man. It was all fine until I got home and saw I got a message on facebook messenger. It was the man from this towing service. He said he had helped me get my car back and would like to talk more. I did not talk to this man in any flirtatious way nor did I even know his name. Completely unprofessional and unwarranted to contact me like this.

The gentleman how helped me was very nice and professional. He was able to get my car pulled out quickly.

Locked my keys in the car. Their cost was about $200 less than a locksmith because of the time of day and distance. Responded quick and the guy who came out was pleasant, not sure what his name was.

Daughter was stuck on the side of US23 with a flat. Everyone at Brewers was super friendly and quickly came out to assist. Thank you!!

We were fortunate to have Chad Brewer himself arrive in a timely and friendly manner to replace a car battery today. Cannot recommend this local family owned company enough. We have been using them for all their services (mostly towing) for over 40 years.

Brewers is a great, trustworthy towing company. I had a flat tire on my Mercedes Benz and while the other towing companies in Ann Arbor quoted a 3 hour wait time, Brewers was there in 25 minutes. The driver was great and extra careful with my vehicle, which I hold to a high standard, as I take very good care of it. The driver loaded up my vehicle and told me they would drop it to the dealership, as it was getting late. I was allowed to leave with my alternate transportation and the Brewers driver gave me a call at the dealership, right after dropping the vehicle off. This showed me that the company is careful with vehicles and very trustworthy. Its not everyday you let someone take your car without you. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dennis Brewer, the owner of the company. The gentleman, owning the company for 50+ years, still works at his shops, which also showed that he cares a great deal about his company. I had a very small dispute after the towing, to which Dennis called me, gave me his personal cellphone number, and invited me to sit down with him to discuss it the very next day. He was calm, collected, and very understanding. He took care of everything with the highest regard for customer satisfaction. As someone else who has run a business, Dennis handled everything, no questions asked, and with the utmost respect. Although we had this hiccup, I will definitely use Brewers whenever needed.

Thomas was wonderful, in a really distressing time for my sons and me he was kind and extremely helpful. If I ever have a need for a towing service again I will definitely be calling Brewers again.

On the 14th of November, 2019, Dan Hoover came to the rescue when my car broke down without any warning. I was stuck out on a cold, dark night for almost an hour. When Dan arrived with Brewers tow truck, he had everything under control within minutes. Dan is a skillful, knowledgeable, sincere, friendly, and helpful crew driver who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his customers and is an invaluable asset to Brewers Towing Company. Dan - I cannot thank you enough for helping me through my ordeal!

My van went into a ditch and down a hill. They saw us standing by the side of the road and helped us out. They had a call before me and even lent me the coat off his own back to keep me warm until they got me out of the ditch. Even drove to my bank and gave me a discount for not being able to help me right away. Best car towing place in town

The wait time for the driver was quick. It was under an hour as I did say not a huge priority. Driver was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Will use them again.

My car had to be towed to a dealership for service.I called Brewer’s, tow truck and serviceman arrived 20 minutes later.15-20 minutes my car was on its way to dealership.I could not have asked for better service.The servicemen deserves a raise. Great service. Did not take long for them to arrive and the driver was very professional. $63 seemed expensive for a jump start though, I guess it is a good lesson to get my own cables for the future.

The truck showed up fairly quick and the driver went straight to work. He was pleasant and friendly. Got me and my dogs home safe. This was likely the high point of my day, such as it was.

Fastest tow service I have ever used! It’s been a while since I had to use one but I remember it always took about an hour of waiting! They had a truck ready for me about a mile away. I was not thrilled to spend $170 but I can’t say it wasn’t worth it. 😀

Brewers service is outstanding . My 2008 Jeep was a no start . Instead of just towing my Jeep Cody who works for Brewers decided to try to get my Jeep started . He lifted the front of the vehicle up with the tow truck and climbed underneath it. After removing the plastic covers he was sbla to tap the starter while I turned the key and the Jeep started . He went way beyond what I expected and ended up saving me time and money plus I have the diagnosis of my no start problem . I am truly grateful for Brewers exceptional service . I would highly recommend this towing company .

I am not from Ann Arbor area. This is my 2nd time using Brewers. 1st time was in 2017. My car was in the U of M Cancer Center parking structure. I had partially driven into a parking space because the front passenger side tire rod broke as I was pulling in. The driver arrived quickly. He went through alot to get my car out of the space and onto the flat bed. Without causing any further damage to the car. This took alot of time. Today, the tire rod broke on the opposite side as I pulled into a driveway off N Main St to turn around. I was stuck and also blocking someones drive way. Their driver came quickly and was able to get my car out of the drive way and onto the flat bed without disrupting traffic. The 35 mile drive was smooth. He also gave me the name of a reputable auto shop in Ann Arbor that I can use if needed in the future. Drivers come quickly, are very professional, kind, patient and helpful!

I was in a bad accident back in 2011. They came and took my car to their yard. My daughter and husband went to see if they could get some of my personal belongings out of my car . I was told that they were so good to my family. And wanted to know how I was doing. Thank you for being so good to my family. Not many companies would do what you have done for use. Fabulous service. They went above and beyond.My 1 year old daughter was sick and we were driving in the middle of the night in a snow storm to get to the hospital. We blew a tire from a major pothole on M-14 that was covered by the snow. I was pretty shook up and worried since it was 3 am and during a winter storm and here we were sitting ducks on the side of the road. They were immediately available and promptly arrived to assist us (within 25 minutes). The driver knew we were on our way to the hospital. He quickly changed our tire and put the spare on. But because the spare was a spare and the road conditions were awful, he said he would follow us to the hospital to make sure we got there OK...and he did. I think his name was Eric. We will be sending a thank you to him for his excellent service!

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN ON THE PHONE. Every time I call this place, they are always extremely rude and there is always some sort of “problem” with my request so they are never able to help me. The first time I called I needed a jump and my hood was stuck. I told the lady on the phone this and she rudely replied “we are a TOWING service,” even though it states on their website that they do road service and jumps. The second time I called, I needed my car towed because the battery died, and they weren’t able to come for 2 HOURS and I had to go to work so I wasn’t able to get it towed AGAIN. DO NOT USE BREWERS EVER.

They got to me quickly and the tow truck driver (Bill) was extremely fatherly and kind in my moment of need and gave me all kinds of great advice. If you’ve gotta have your car totaled, having brewer’s to help you out is a good call!

Pleasantly surprised that a towing service arrived on a relatively distant site in a timely manner just as the dispatcher had promised. My cars grill requires some disassembly in order to attach its tow loop, but the driver took care to complete that task without cosmetic damage to the bodywork. Much appreciated!

Guy who came out to tow was incredibly rude and unreasonable to work with, didn’t listen to any requests I made. I was forced to pay a towing fee when I said I could have my insurance company bring a tow. They were ridiculous about my insurance papers and made my company fax all the papers over. I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars.

They got there sooner than expected which was awesome, because my feet were starting to freeze in this 2 degree cold!! The driver was very nice and personable and was able to drop the vehicle exactly where I wanted! Thanks so much!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. We had our car break down/battery die with our 9 month old with us. It was so stressful. We were thankfully only a parking lot away from Broadway Auto who did a marvelous job assisting us and getting our car to their garage. They changed the battery but our Ford is having transmission issues that only the dealership can fix. All the dealerships are closed this late on Saturday and we needed to get our car towed out of the mechanics lot. I called Brewers Towing and they were charging quite a lot buy we didnt care at this point, we needed assistance. The HORRIBLE woman I spoke too was impatient and rude. It was 4:30 and the auto repair closed at 5pm. They cant tow from Auto repair unless its open because they need to know that we dont owe any money still. Understandable and I made it clear I understood the issue. I then asked if there was anyway this clerk, who Im sure was sitting there without much to do, would kindly call them before closing so that they could tell her that they were in fact done working on my vehicle. First she began lecturing me, obviously misunderstanding my request, and stated, we arent going to make them wait after 5pm. They want to go home too. Annoyed, I kindly re-worded my request so that she could understand that they were open for 30 mins and if she could please call them so that my family wouldnt be stuck. She literally said, disgusted that Id even ask for help, UGH WELL, NO. WE TOW HERE. THATS IT. IM NOT CALLING UP THERE FOR YOU....We could do it Monday. Wow. Talk about queen of thats not my job. How about help a family in need trying to utilize your services and are willing to pay your ridiculous costs?!Worst service Ive ever had. I hope that woman never finds herself stuck with a baby and without help during bad weather. I hope you go out of business, completely unethical and selfish company obviously.

Shady tow company, totaled my truck while illegaly towing without my permission, then tried to charge me over $1200.00. Avoid at all costs. Gave 1 star, because you cant give -5 stars.

Outstanding, did an excellent job of hooking it up and positioning my car on the trailer.

We got a car stuck on the mud and they did an impressive job winching it out between trees. My only complaint is that my roadside assistance insurance didnt cover it. Their charge was $160 for 2 hours.

My son had his car towed and he lost the key. The people at Brewers were very professional and friendly making a bad situation feel better. A pleasant young lady towed the vehicle to Belleville from Ann Arbor and was very quick showing up a few minutes after I arrived. The parking brake was set however she was very knowledgeable about getting the car off the flat bed truck. I was really impressed by the great customer service I received. Thank you for making my bad day a little better.

At first I was a little skeptical because the person answering the phone seemed kind of pissed off, but the guy that came out so nice and so good. I hope he gets additional cold and hazard pay. I wished I had cash to give the guy a well deserved tip. Also as a reminder give tow trucks the lane. I couldn’t believe the amount of people speeding by in the closest lane! People protect these roadside heroes!!! Or at a minimum don’t be a jerk and move over.

They were faster than expected. They were careful my (low) vehicle wasn’t going to scrap when driving up the flat bed. Didn’t have any problems.

My work AWD van stalled in Chelsea and needed a flat bed truck to tow it back to Ann Arbor. Brewers had a truck there within 15 minutes. Cody was extremely helpful and professional.

We qere stuck called the closest towing company which was Brewers. They were quick to come out and the driver was curteous, proffesional, and very helpful. I would definetly use them again if ever in a jam in the future.

Amazing service. Tim was my saviour today. Car battery died and I was stranded. My insurance called them. Tim came before ETA and knew what he was doing. He first jumpstarted my car and then evaluated the battery health. Turns out I needed a replacement. He had a replacement battery with him and took him less than 15 mins to replace it. Quick, painless, professional and affordable- highly recommend!
