My nails looks so beautiful 🤍 they are super friendly and know what they’re doing! Everything is so clean and the price is very reasonable. He gives my legs and arms a massage, love it! Will be coming here from now on :)

I went in there for a pedicure and a fill in. I usually get a powder pink but he said he couldnt do that so I opted for a shellac color. no way was a pedicure $35 and he didnt even use scrub on my feet he just washed it and painted my nails. when I went to get my nails filled in as he was Drilling some of my nail broke off so he had to redo two nails half of my fingers have dips in them and they are not totally smooth. when I went to pay he said I did hard work so Ill charge you $50 I paid $95 for a pedicure and a fill. I will not be going to this place again.

Absolutely amazing job with designs and acrylics. The pedicures are also very nice and are one of the best. The couple is very friendly and the environment is so calming and not busy and too loud like lots of other salons. Very clean and I notice they use their tools on one person which made me feel comfortable and safe.

I’m pretty irritated that I’m sitting here with broken nails that I got done here just 5 hours ago. I have to go to another salon to redo their poorly done work that I spent $60 on (incl tip).I wasn’t satisfied when I left the salon, but I wasn’t upset either because I just wanted something that wasn’t grown out.. and I guess I got that. Now I’m seeing I would’ve been better off with had I just not done anything at all.I called earlier today and asked if they had time to take me in or set up an appointment just because I wanted to refresh the dip I already had. I was told “I don’t know, but come in now”, so that’s what I did. I was in no rush to be there, and they could’ve scheduled me for an appointment when they actually had time. When I got there, I asked to do dip with a design. They were entirely too busy and should not have told me to come in. Because of this, the male worker completely rushed through my nails. I’m realizing the dip is way too thin (probably the reason for the breakage) and it wasn’t even smoothly done. It was even bumpier at first and I asked him to even it out, and he seemed annoyed. He also said “no design, your nail look too pretty”, I said “but I want design” and he said “next time we can do”. I know he only said this because he wanted to finish with me and tend to the next customers. I couldn’t even get what I wanted! This is something I should’ve been told before I was worked on, I would’ve found another salon that could do what I asked for. They just kept accepting the walk ins, when they should’ve been more concerned with properly finishing up with the customers that were already there.I know you want to generate more money, but don’t take on more customers if you don’t have the capacity to.

This is my favorite nail salon because the 2 owners do great work. Always super clean (EXTREMELY) clean and they are always timely and do perfect work. Very nice people

I recently went here for a shellac fill-in. I had a good experience. The nail tech took her time with each step, and did a great job with my nails. She took good care of my cuticles and shaping my nails. I will visit this business again

This is my new favorite nail place! I’ve tried others but this couple does a lovely job on their nails and the price are totally fair! They are very polite and understanding and always get my nails just right. Until I move again this will always be my go-to place ^_^

A clean and organized nail salon with lots of finger nail polish and ivy growing everywhere, but the service was not the highlight of my visit. Instead of a total Pink and White fill Tommy cut my old white in half, filled in the white, and called it a day. Oh, and hurt me...I cried...with his Power Ranger drill. No, I asked him to trim my nails with a nail cutter, not that wicked tool. See pictures. The pedicure wasn’t a party either. Tommy, look at my toes before working on them. And silly me paid and tipped! Run from this place fast.

I recently moved to Ann Arbor and I am so happy that I came across this nail salon!! They take COVID precautions very seriously - you sanitize when you walk in, and I’ve watched them sanitize their station, guest chairs, etc immediately after you’re done. They are extremely respectful with their clients and consistently greet you with a smile. I almost never have to wait when I come in and I’m usually in and out in no time. I also LOVE that they can do the CUTEST designs on my shorter nails (using shellac). I highly recommend you support this small business- they deserve it!

I absolutely love this place. I went today for the first time and took my mother in-law to get a pedicure, it truly the best and cheapest pedicure I’ve received in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. It was clean and they were very sweet and nice! Did a great job. I’ll be coming regularly.

I came in on August 22nd to get my eyebrows done for my wedding. She burnt underneath both of my eyebrow skins where I was in pain for a week and yes even on my wedding day. The makeup artist had to use color correction so you couldnt see the burn in pictures. I had my friend go in there for me today because I work during there business hours and I dont know when I would be able to next.My friend said the lady told her she can come to show me and my friend proceeded to show her multiple pictures of my burns. She said she needed to see the receipt and my friend provided the transaction receipt to her. The lady didnt apologize and just said I needed to come in. I will definitely be going in next chance I get.She also used the same stick to keep dipping in the wax. At other places, I have noticed they do not do that. Just wanted to throw that out there too.Here are my embarrassing pictures that I had for my wedding rehearsal, morning of wedding, and it started to get better on my honeymoon.I will not be coming back here and I really discourage anyone to come here for waxing.

I have never had to wait to get my nails done at this place and they always do a meticulous and quick job. My nails are always perfect when walking out their door. I love Natural Nails and would recommend making it your go to place to get your nails done.

I am so happy I stopped in as a walk in. When traveling I am always a little worried about a nail salon I have never been to. But Natural Nails is a very clean salon, has a welcoming staff, and provides a truly relaxing experience. The hot stone massage almost put me asleep. Will definitely be returning whenever in Ann Arbor.

I always get a great, thorough pedicure here. Sometimes I swear, I dont even recognize my own feet when shes done 😀The prices are great, cheap even. Less than 50 for a great pedicure and basic manicure.During my last visit, I got the organic pedicure. It comes with its own kit, so no sharing of tools, it has a wonderful fragrance, and it added a little more pampering and treatment for my dry, neglected feet. I got the mother of pearl variety, but next time I will try the Hawaii one. It was only 5 dollars extra, but well worth it.And I promise this is a real review. Im just an English teacher, so this is how I write!

I have always had a good experience here with pedicures. Because it is a small shop with only 2 workers, my suggestion would be to try and visit when not busy or to come back if it is. I like the walk-in nature of the place, but if you are on a tight schedule it might not work for you.They got new chairs/stations recently and the place is decent. If you make your needs clear, like “don’t cut my nails too short”, etc. they do a great job. Once I failed to tell them not to cut my stubby-looking big toe nails too short, and I came out looking like I had mini-chicklets glued to my big toes! Just a personal preference of mine, my fault for not telling him so.Anyway, this is my go to place after trying many in the area. The proprietors are really nice folks and will fix anything that breaks or bad polish finish or other unexpected results. I like the low key nature.

I absolutely love Lena and her family at Natural nails. She is absolutely amazing at doing nails! She has been doing my nails and my daughters nails for approximately 8-10 years now. She is seriously one of the hardest working people I know. We stumbled on her store many years ago, and have not left since. She has many wonderful and loyal customers. This is a family-run business, and I would much prefer to support her than some of the corporate nail chains in the area. Although Lenas English is broken, she knows exactly what to do. Her color selection for polish and shellac is great too. I highly recommend Natural nails. We love you Lena!

I have been getting my nails done at Natural Nails ever since Lena and Tommy have been the owners. Not only do they have a beautiful family, but they are a sweet couple, as well. I always look forward to seeing them when I go in for one of Lena’s amazing, and detailed designs on a full-set gel manicure. I receive numerous compliments on my nails. They’re very hardworking, caring, pleasing, amazing, and friendly nail technicians. Before I moved out of Michigan, I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. When I come back to visit, I’ll go right to Natural Nails, where I know that I’ll be extremely satisfied with a new design from Lena. I hope that they stay in their great business for decades to come.

I have been going to Natural Nails for about a year consistently now. This business is run by a husband and wife and theyre always very thorough regardless of how busy they are. I definitely have had times where they will be quicker if theyre very backed up but thats understandable. This speed never takes away quality however. I have also been to one or two other places in Ann Arbor (as I received gift cards from friends for holidays/birthdays) and still find that Natural Nails does the best job for the best price. They have an extensive color collection and do some nice hot stones and hot towels if youre getting a pedicure done. Always love going there and would highly recommend!

Amazing nail designs! I just came in for a pedicure but saw another woman leave with a beautiful design that I’m thinking I might want to finally try acrylics next time. Pedicure was good with the works like hot stones and towels. Too many polishes to choose from (not a bad problem haha) ! The salon was very quiet, which was fine with me for an after work treat. Will be back!

The salon was not busy when I came in so I was serviced right away. The decorations were nice with ivies growing on the wall and a huge, like serious gigantic, polish colection! So many gels to choose from and they have a polish shaker thing that I assume is used to make the polish go on better which must have worked because its been two weeks and no chips! Nice service as well so I will be back!

Only thing good I can say about this place was they have nice colors for nails everything else’s is a joke. My pedicure was done in less then 15 min and it was so bad. No scraping of the feet and they used hot stones for maybe 2 seconds. I will never come here again and I recommend you don’t either!

My favorite nail salon in AA. If youre looking for an inexpensive, quality mani/pedi, this is the place! Their basic service provides extras that would cost twice the amount at other salons. At this salon, you get more than you pay for!I cant believe the negative reviews on their page. I have been here both when it is busy and when its slow, and the service I received has been top quality every time. Give them a try, and decide for yourself!

The pedicure I received was pretty good, I also got an acrylic full set and I felt like she was rushing a bit. The acrylic was a super thick layer making them look less natural in my opinion, the polish was alright but started to chip after only a week. And one nail cracked right off when I hit it on a wall. I dont think they were put on very well. Basically I wasnt impressed and I dont see myself going back. Very nice staff though, super friendly but that doesnt make up for their work being mediocre.

I called ahead to ask if I needed an appt or if I could walk in, they said “no wait come on in”! So I arrived in less than 5 minutes, and was told there was now over an hour wait. I asked if I could set a time to come back, and the gentleman said “maybe but it might be busy”. If you have hours to waste waiting then go here! Otherwise take your money elsewhere.

Worse place to go for nails.. they dont do what youve asked.. I first said a certain kind of nails, they said $60 for what I want. So I said a fill, thats $17.. and she ignored my request.. DONT GO THERE 😠😠 😠!!

Seriously the pedicure lasted for 12 minutes before she started painting my nails. She was trying to go so fast she was hurting me. Painful not relaxing at all. So disappointed

If your looking for good service this is the wrong place to go. Spend your money with someone else who will actual want to serve you well!
