So far zales has been nothing but pleasant. Returns are super easy as long as you have a receipt, resizing my rings only took half the time they said it would. I definitely recommend

Employees are uneducated and unprofessional. Sold me a pre-owned diamond ring without letting me know and the ring was not even displayed in a separate pre-owned area. They are not helping me anymore with this issue and the store manager is telling me to sell it on ebay. Worst customer service. Wonder how they are still in business.

Rude employees! Everytime I come in contact with them they either lie or they are rude! I can see why zales are shutting down left and right. If they werent the only people with the disney collection I would of just went somewhere else!

Just picked up a beautiful necklace for my wife, and the online ordering made the experience easy. There was a slight miscommunication on my part about the order, but Brian was more than accommodating and set everything right.

My bad experience began when I purchased a watch on oct 12 2020 and had to return it a few days later because it kept falling apart!! Upon me trying to return it they said I would get a check within 30 days and they needed the watch now. ( so they have my payment for the watch and the watch at this point). Fast forward to December (around Christmas, mind you I was told the check would take 30 days) I called again Sales person Brian at this location promised me over and over I would have the check my January 21st. That day rolls around still no check I call corporate, no sign of my watch or return. I finally get issued a debit card refund in February for my watch. Fast forward again to today when I tried to make a payment on my credit card. Brian helped me (tried too) I told him I’d like to make a payment he said no problem we pull up my account and the numbers I was told on February 12th of this year to mar 1st of this year we’re 400$ off!!! I asked Brian why this was and I think he might not have known how to use the computer properly honestly because he told me he wouldn’t help me and go to a different store to make my payment. I have never in my life felt so be little for trying to make a over the minimum payment before the due date in my life. Needless to say I’m paying my card off today and will never shop here or at any zales again all be cause of the unprofessionalism of Brian. Thanks for showing me how zales operates Brian! PSA; I would give zero stars if I could.

Went Tuesday 12/15 to do a trade up on my bridal set we found one that we liked but it had to be shipped from another store was told it would be there by Thursday 12/17. No call nothing, Saturday 12/19 my husband went to check on it he showed up 10 mins to close and they told him they wouldnt answer any questions as they was closed so he went back Sunday 12/20 just to be told that they have no clue where the ring is and gave him a number to customer service. Called that number had a ticket opened to go to supervisor as she couldnt find any information about the purchase but the demand bond number was live on the ring. Waited and called back today Wednesday 12/23 as we havent heard anything and no sign of the bridal set. Was told by customer service that I have to contact local store so called the store to be told that we need to contact customer service. In the last 8 days we are still no closer to even figuring out where ring is and nobody is willing to help us. All while they have my original bridal set and a balance on the zales diamond card of almost 1300 that they want a payment for. Worst customer service I have ever seen!!! They arent trustworthy and at this point Im beyond mad as they have both pieces of jewelry but have their hand out for a payment but cant tell us where the new set it. Please save yourself the headache and go to a different jewelry place as you wont be happy if you have to order or ship your item from another store.

Went in today with my husband to shop for a necklace for Valentine’s Day. There was an older Caucasian male at the storefront that thought he was providing assistance. After looking at one item he persisted to say “this is on clearance”. And then he wanted to show me other items that were on clearance. Then later in the conversation he suggested layaway options. I NEVER even told him a price point. I felt as if he was being stereotypical( I’m African American btw). It was really insulting. Me and my husband left. We went to Macy’s to get better service, and the actual necklace I was looking for. I was super offended. Never going to this store again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ive made two large purchases at this store and both times I had a great experience. With my watch they worked with me to make sure the fit was perfect even when the links were very difficult to remove and add. There was no pressure to buy anything and no attempts to upsell me on something I did not want. The manager even remembered me when I came back in the day after my purchase to get the links adjusted on my watch.

I made the mistake of shopping for my wife’s engagement ring at Zales. I was sold a credit card under a 12 months 0% interest promotion by a sales woman who specifically stated the balance needed to be paid off within 12 months of my FIRST BILLING DATE to avoid interest, I asked her several times to verify the date and we wrote down the final due date on my credit card pamphlet. I had the balance fully paid off by the date we agreed upon, I am then sent a email saying I owe $650 in interest from the purchase. I called the credit card helpline to find out the saleswoman told me false information during and after the credit card sale. The balance needed to be paid off 12 months from the PURCHASE DATE. The credit card company told me Zales would take care of it. I contacted the Zales customer service line (spoke with Emerald) and was told the store manager would be able to take care of it. The store manager (Katia) refused to help in any way. She contacted her manager (Ethan) and promised to call me back. She called me back and informed me that I was out of luck and that the credit card company is the only one who can take care of it.. They illegally advertised and sold a false credit card promotion and instead of taking care of it they are giving me the run around. The saleswoman made a obvious mistake and Zales refuses to make it right. The sales people at this location are extremely disingenuous and very shady, at the very least extremely poorly trained.I was a loyal customer and had spent quite a bit there, now I will tell everyone about how unethical Zale’s business practices are. The customer service experience I had was horrible. On top of that my wife’s wedding ring had to be repaired within 6 months because the main stone started coming loose. I would avoid Zales but above all avoid this location.

Chad was very friendly, helpful, and an overal positive experience. He matched my engagement ring (which I had bought at a different store) with a wedding ring. Each ring complements the other. I absolutely love it. I didnt feel pressured about anything. He answered all of my questions, and I had many, with a friendly smile.I highly recommend this place for all of someones fine jewelry.

Thanks for ruining my engagement zales! Guaranteed Christmas delivery didnt happen! Then I canceled the order because of this, now the ring shows up way too late and you guys charge my card after I already canceled! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET BAD REVIEWS ON EVERY SEARCH ENGINE AND SOCIAL MEDIA SITE POSSIBLE

Took a Bulova watch in to have the battery replaced and the clasp tighted. They had the watch for 2 weeks before giving me a quote of $250 to fix the clasp, replace the battery, and perform necessary maintenance. I denied the work, as it was almost what the watch was worth, then had to wait a week to get the watch back. I ended up taking the watch to a very reputable local watch and clock repair shop. They tightened the clasp, polished all the scratches out of the band, and replaced the battery. I picked up the watch 2 days later, Total cost $12. They told me the internals of the watch were in great shape, and it keeps perfect time.Zales watch repair is a scam. Definitely avoid thier service.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered a custom wedding band off the internet. The stones kept popping out and getting destroyed. Zales ruined my wedding band. They never even offered me the original warranty on my band and I had to order it after. The first time my ring came back, they didnt even put the right stones in my ring. My husband got his first ring custom order through them as well and they offered him the warranty but never told him that his ring could never be resized. It took well over 90 days for the ring to come in so we couldnt even return it. Every time we go to the store, there are new employees as well. NEVER shop here unless you want to be in agony over every little thing.
