I had a great experience working with Margaret and the abracadabra staff on my now fiances engagement ring! I knew very little about jewelry going into this process, and they gave me multiple designs to build on. As I went back and forth with different designs, colors, and number of gems, they were very patient and provided helpful guidance all the way. We ended up with a ring that was jaw dropping and my fiance absolutely loves it!

I went to Abracadabra Jewelry with a custom engagement ring design I drew. I had a very specific set of ideas for the design that Margaret/Abracadabra worked with me on to thoroughly help me understand the process, limitations to my design, and wonderful solutions. They were very, very easy to work with, very reasonably priced, and Margaret stayed in constant communication with me, even through a Pandemic! In the end, had the PERFECT ring finished and my (now) fiance LOVES it!!

We had such an amazing experience with Abracadabra and would definitely recommend! We went in back in January, just to check it out. I was thinking I would want a custom made engagement ring, but didnt know at all what I wanted, as Im not a jewelry person. Vittoria and Courtney were amazing! They spent so many hours with us. The first day we checked out rings, and I was pretty overwhelmed with all the different decisions that would need to be made. They were so good about letting us take a break and come back. When I came back, I told them about an idea I had for an engagement ring. They spent another couple hours talking it out and sketching some quick designs to get an idea. After that, they sent us our sketches, and a couple weeks later we went back in to check out stones. And again, they spent a couple hours with us playing with a bunch of different stones to get the right look. Through the shutdown, they kept in contact with us, and although the mold was done, was happy to let us wait until we could see it in person, at which point their safety protocols were on point! They kept in communication until the ring was done in August. Again, an amazing experience, wonderful staff, and would highly recommend and will go back myself!

Had 2 rings made here. A sapphire white gold ring and a custom platinum engagement ring for my now fiancée. I cannot express how wonderful of an experience we have had every step of the way working with their team to get our dream ring made. All of the staff are without a doubt the best service I have ever experienced in my life, and are able to create the highest level of expertly made art imaginable, and pull every idea in my mind to create exactly what I envision for every piece I have challenged them with. Prices are competitive with jewelry franchises, and the quality is 100x superior to anything a person would settle for at any other place. They will be the only jeweler I will ever go to for jewelry.

He handled the initial interactions with Abra and was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to craftsmanship.In 2020 I lost a gem on the ring, requiring us to going back to Abra for repairs. They did a phenomenal job replacing the gem and making repairs on the ring, from beginning to end. Communication, service, and attention to detail were all on point. This all happened during COVID. They made the repaid process easy and seamless in time in which the process could have otherwise been difficult and complicated.The ring itself is beautiful. A Magical ExperienceI grew up in a small town in Kentucky, where you knew the jeweler that you used because your entire family has used them for generations and, of course, you knew everyone in town. When I moved to the Ann Arbor area last year, I was worried that I would not be able to find the same kind of experience in a new place. I was wrong. I was given an heirloom piece from a family member and wanted to make it my own. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I came to Abracadabra to ask them some questions about creating a custom piece. They took the utmost care in ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. From the wax mock up to the finished product, they worked with me to create the perfect piece. I ended up with a gorgeous ring, two sets of earrings, and a repair of my wedding band. I could not be happier with the results. They even did the appraisal for each piece free of charge!Whether you are looking to purchase one of their gorgeous and unique pieces out of the case or want to create your own masterpiece, they truly are a one-stop shop. I wont be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs, and I am glad to have another jeweler where I can send family and friends for years to come!

I got a ring resized here last summer and had a wonderful experience. It was a ring that my grandfather gave my grandmother, who in turn gave it to me, so it has a lot of sentimental value. I dont even think it is worth much but that doesnt matter to me and staff still handled my jewelry delicately and with respect. My ring was done on time and for the price they quoted. They have a lot of cool pieces here and will definitely come back if I am ever in the market to buy something.

How do I even begin to describe the love I have for the Abra crew? My husband had my engagement ring designed here by Pippa. They were patient and helpful and managed to understand what I wanted even when I wasnt entirely sure myself. We have gone back regularly since for other pieces and are always pleased to see everyone there--they are kind, creative, and so very helpful! I LOVE this place more than I can even put into words.

Katelyn and the Abra crew helped me with a ring purchase, 2 ring sizings, AND they gold-plated a charm that was very special to me. I find the prices here to be lower than what I would expect, and the jewelry is surprisingly reasonable. The customer service here is simply the best, and Ive been to quite a few local jewelers. I always feel a little intimidated in jewelry stores because I dont know the terminology of things, but I have never felt like an idiot at Abracadabra. The staff is SUPER helpful, respectful, and really on top of their game. I felt like I was the only customer they had (but that is certainly not the case), THAT is superior customer service! Kudos to Katelyn and the Abracadabra crew!

Very helpful and patient customer service. I needed an inexpensive brass ring resized, and they provided an affordable option. I was a little nervous to step into a nice jeweler with my less than expensive ring, but the woman that helped me said No way... Its a super cool ring! Lets get it to fit you! Very kind service.
