From the moment I walked into the store, Ahmed and his staff were polite knowledgeable and attentive. He was patient with me and took care of my issue from the online store, seamlessly. I went back to pick up my ring today and I was received in the same manner. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking, confident and or needs help figuring it all out to go to see Ahmed and his staff at the Briarwood Mall Kay Jewelers! Thanks Ahmed!

My fiancé and I went into this location to get a few pieces cleaned and his watch resized. We were both very disappointed with our experience here. My fiancé went up to the register and talked to the guy there and was told nope we can’t clean your pieces and we can’t resize the watch. But you can take some soap and water to your pieces at home. Didn’t offer to inspect the diamonds in any of our pieces. Meanwhile I’m browsing around looking at stuff and no a single sales person came up to me. They were all huddled together on the tablets. Overall very disappointed.

Purchased a ring- was sized in store- came back not fitting correctly. Tried to get correct size and they tried to charge me more for the same ring because it was no longer on sale even though I was just wanting to exchange for right size for their mistake. They did not seem to want to help me because I wasnt spending tons of money. Worst service.

The store manager was very rude and refused to help me. He even threatened to call security to remove me from the store. I was on the line with customer service and she heard the conversation and his response. And couldn’t believe it. I know that there is a way to help any customer especially during the holidays.The customer service rep was wonderful however. I will not step foot into this Kay again until that person is no longer employed there. Which is a shame as my both my deceased husbands bought me a lot of jewelry there. Also it was my anniversary if my husband was still alive and I needed to get at least one chain so I could wear the cross I have. He would’ve made more money if he had done his job.

Ahmed the store’s general manager was very rude and arrogant. I called in with issues regarding my order and return and he blatantly refused to help me even after I called customer service where they told me what to have him do. Overall, he was very arrogant and I had to go above him to have my issue resolved. I will not be shopping here or at any Kay ever again.

We came in to get custom wedding bands using some family heirlooms and had the absolute best experience with Emilia & Ahmed! They gave very good advice remained very patient and excited for us as we changed our minds over and over again! Emilia made me feel very reassured that my family jewels were going to be cared for and respected while they were away and even found ways for us to bring down the price a bit.

Would give 0 if I could. Store Manager Ahmed is by far the worse person to represent the Kay brand. Went in to get my ring repaired that was purchased at this location. Associate didn’t even acknowledge me. Seemed put off when I said I was there for a repair. Got 3 IPads and could not get any of them to work. Called manager over who was super unhelpful. By this time, I’m feeling uncomfortable with leaving my ring there so I said “I’ll just come back another time” Manager rudely said, “good idea”. As I was walking away, I said, “and this is why I won’t shop here anymore” to which Ahmed responded “good, leave”. I asked for his name and he refused to tell me. Another employee walked out of the back room (she looked like she hadn’t bathe in a week) I asked her the managers name and she said, “if he won’t tell you, why should I”. I called corporate. I left message for Tim , district manager, and no one has called back. Stay far away from this location. Was much better when JB owned it.

I ordered a ring at least 7 weeks ago. Was told I would receive it in two weeks. Two weeks later, I go in for them to tell me that it was actually a six week wait..I go in past six weeks on a friday. They seem confused but regardless they tell theyll give me a call on Monday to update me. Monday comes around and no call..I finally go in on Thursday only to find out that my ring was still not there! Ive been patient with all the excuse but at that point I wanted a return. I paid in debit which really translates to cash. I told them I didnt have my card on me but they said they couldnt give me cash. They didnt even want to make the situation any better. Instead, they just said well wait As if this whole wait wasnt enough, now I have to wait to get my money back.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. I was put in the middle of two Kay stores arguing back and forth like children. The other store was at least friendly to me. This store, however.... I have never been treated like this by any store manager in my life. The manager was outright rude and condescending the whole time. He eventually told me he was done with me and gave me a phone number to call their “customer care.” To start, he gave me the wrong phone number. Likely done on purpose. So I looked up the correct phone number. Customer care told me I had to go into the store to get my refund and gave me a reference number to have the manager call customer care and give to them and give me my refund. I told the manager this, he took the number, thought about it, and returned the paper back to me saying he would not. He said he would never serve me in his store again as I left. I would like to point out that I was polite and understanding up until the very end when I was tired of him being so rude and flat out mean to me. I ended up leaving the store crying. I called customer care again, they called the store and said that the manager was rude to them and still refused, and that their bosses would hear about the incident, and I got a $20 Kay gift card as my refund. The end. So please drive to any other Kay store to avoid this store manager, Ahmed. I could not believe the way he treats people.

I would not recommend this place at all. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from here 2 years ago. Since then we have been back to the store several times, my husband had to have his ring re-sized twice before it was done correctly. And in the last year I have had to take my ring in twice now because of one of the prongs holding the main diamond broke. I went to pick up my ring after waiting 2 weeks (again) only to have two of the sales associates tell me that I cant pick up MY OWN RING because my husband dropped it off and I didnt have the yellow slip since I went right after work and didnt think about grabbing it, again it is my ring that I personally dropped off and picked up for the same reason less than a year ago. And I have been the one who brings it in every 6 months for a cleaning and inspections. The sales ladies refused to look in the system to see this.Not to mention my husband was able to pick up a different ring he had bought me for valentines day that was supposed to be black and white diamonds but ended up being black paint over the sterling silver that was supposed to look like diamonds and after the paint wore off in 3 months I didnt wear it for a while and I dropped it off to get fixed. He was able to pick it up no problem.Poor customer service!!

Horrible service! Claim I would get info emailed toMe about inspection, never did! In fact I’m pretty sure the guy barely even looked my jewelry over at all!! I am so displeased with how my inspection went I am going to another location just to make sure my jewelry is ok and good to go! He stood there just scrolling back and forth on an iPad and didn’t even do anything!! This location is ran horrible!!

I would not give any stars, but was unable due to the settings- they deserve a zero.Went in to the Kay’s in Briarwood to have my diamonds evaluated for my warranty. The evaluation took less than 10 min for 3 diamond rings and a bracelet. Put them in the ultrasonic and we’re done in less than 5 min and associate proceeded to give them back to me. When I asked about actually examining them the associate grabbed a pair of office scissors and “ checked my diamonds “ I asked if that was the proper tool for the job and he said it’s what he uses. Ok- so when are office scissors standard procedure for examining jewelry...... maybe in a black market underground diamond trade!????? C’mon???? Really???Extremely poor, lazy associate. Apparently, you can still get paid for being useless. Don’t waste your time going here- the workers don’t want to be bothered with doing their jobs.I will give their corporate office a call and see what they have to say regarding diamond warranty procedures and approved examination tools. Kay took over for JB Robinson- and I never had anything close to the shoddy service I received today- ever!

I went to Kay today to get my rings cleaned and inspected and i had one of my best experiences there. the whole staff was so eager to help me out. My husband bought me an Ever Us ring last year, I didnt know you guys did trade ins until they mentioned it. I loved the 1.5ctw one and i got my full trade value back from the .50ctw i had.I will definitely tell my friends and family of all the great offers that Kays has .

Called to make sure ring was ready for pickup and told me it was. Drove out just for that only to find out lady told me wrong and it would be ANOTHER week+ before I would be able to get it. Also, this was supposed to be the worst case last date that it would be ready. Guy didnt even care that I was upset or act apologetic.

I bought a small cross-shaped necklace from Kay in the mall. The manager sold it to me directly, and this was two days before Christmas. The necklaces super-fine chain was broken 5 days later, and the pendant slipped off and was lost at an ice rink. I called the Kay customer service number to see if they could replace or fix the necklace, they said that it was a loss of merchandise, and that no, I could not get it fixed or replaced. But then my girlfriend suggested we go back to the store to talk to the manager in-person, which I was reluctant to do. She and I went to the mall, talked to the manager, and he immediately, no-questions-asked replaced the entire necklace, chain AND pendant for free! He remembered me, and now hes won a loyal customer. Thanks, Kay!

I went to Kay to look for a ring, and the employees there were great in helping me find the right one. I also had to send it out to get re-sized, which I was a bit worried about after reading some online reviews, but the ring came back in about a week, which was great timing!

Absolutely horrible place to buy jewelry. The service was horrible. I purchased a necklace for valentines, the latch broke right away. They refused to fix it and charged a $120 service fee after only 3 days from purchase. The staff is very rude and will try and push you to buy something outside of your budget.
