Had to pay damn near $20 just to ship back one pair or light weight pants. Wayyy to much. Go to the USPS drop box if you can. It’s free.

This store is charged more than usual.. same time they used the clients needs to shipping them items.. the man 👨over there doesnt smile looking like upset from the people.I hope from the main office to follow up this store and review them treatment and charges price ..

Beware of high insurance cost! This UPS location charges about double (if not more) than the normal insurance rate for UPS. However, outside of the higher than normal insurance cost, this location is pretty good with short wait times and friendly staff.

I paid for next day 8am delivery ($500), UPS delivered the package at 10.30 and the wrong address, it was a Oxygen Concentrator, my dad was in a desperate need it ASAP!!!To find the package i had to call UPS in EL PASO TX to contact the driver because this store could NOT help me!!!So disappointed not get the right support in the time of needed it!!Its easy to say sorry when its not your father who is in a desperate need it!it was not about sorry, it was about the right support!!

Rude employee.I just happen to live 5minute away from this store and had to send a mail to mail box in this store.The person wouldnt take it so now I am headed to USPS to mail it to store 5 minutes away from my house.

I purchased an item in amazon, they sent me the wrong size, then I let them know about it and they said send this back trhoug ups, with the level they sent me by email. I went to this store and they say I have to buy a bix from them $45 in order for me to be able to send it back.

I didnt have a box for my Amazon return. I was happy to buy the box for $7.99 to save myself a second trip, but am still in disbelief that the representative said it is simply not possible to allow me use a foot of packing tape that sat on the counter between us. I could buy a whole roll of tape, or pay them $15 to pack it for me. Ill avoid this place in the future.

Horrible service. Least helpful staff. Won’t print a label. I offered to pay the cost of printing and computer use. They can do it. They’ve done it in the past. But rather put you through using some archaic computer they have that takes 10 minutes to start. Zero for customer service.

This UPS store is the only one I will go to in Ann Arbor. The staff and management are truly remarkable. I love when Amanda and David take care of me as they are so genuine and kind; making me feel truly as if I was a princess. The service is also speedy quick and efficient as well as effective for all your service needs. When you read thier nametags and have service from them, or anyone else in the store, you will see what I mean and want to ship something or return something to Amazon just to come back and see thier smiley faces; Highly recommend.

Will not be returning. I was sending off my wedding dress to a company who will be preserving it. This came with a prepaid UPS shipping label. I just moved to Ann Arbor from Canton, MI where I was used to the UPS store there treating me like family and having a complimentary packing station, all you had to do was buy a box. Here I was told it was going to be over $8 to pack my dress. I asked if I could just buy a box and the employee told me (with an attitude) “well you’d have to buy tape too.” I was a bit shocked but let it go( the UPS in canton was a franchise so maybe they did things differently). I reluctantly agreed and paid. He said I was all set. My dress was bundled on the counter along with the veil and belt that was being included in the package. I asked if I could wait because this was important to me and I didn’t want something to happen or have one of the accessories fall out. He said “if you have 15min to wait”....again with an attitude. And I said I’ll wait. He then just leaves my dress bunched on the counter. I’m glad I didn’t leave and let something potentially happen to it. As that employee left to do something else, I ask another about this “packaging fee”. He said it’s usually only a couple bucks...then why did mine cost over $8? He quickly defended the practice stating it depended on what it was. Ok well stuffing my dress in a plastic bag in not a large box and using a couple of pieces of tape isn’t exactly $8+ worth.

I came here to return an Amazon purchase only to find out I had left a piece of the thing in my trunk....outside of the heavily taped box that the rest of the item was in. The chair was broken and originally shipped to me with no packing materials and the box was ripped to shreds....so trust me when I say the box was HEAVILY tapedThe person working (I didnt catch their name - I should have) printed my return slip from my Amazon QR code and said they would take care of it for me. Whoever that person was, THANK YOU. You are an angel.

Matt and his wife are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I am their office supply representative and when Ive been in there, Ive seen that they obviously go above and beyond for their customers. I never write reviews for companies but they are definitely worth a good word for what they do. Keep it up!

This store is great! They go the extra mile to make sure your items are sturdily packed. I shipped a bunch of boxes when moving. Without saying a word (or shaming me) they added a ton of tape to all of my boxes to make sure they would make it. I didnt even know it until I received them and found that had they just shipped it the way I taped it, Im sure I would have lost or found damages.Thank you!

Absolutely shocking service. Had a time sensitive job and asked ups if they could accommodate. They agreed. A young associate ruined my print job once, and the owner Linda ruined the job twice more. The lovely co-owner (husband of Linda) really came to the rescue. Three weeks later I still dont have a receipt or proof of purchase but Linda charged my credit card and promised three times to email me a receipt. Do NOT do business here. Spend the extra money at FedEx on state street. Worth it every time!!

Hands down the best customer service Ive ever received at a UPS store or any other shipping establishment for that matter. Matt helped me as I debated between UPS and USPS, and even offered me a discount. I couldnt believe what a pleasant experience I had theyre during the holiday madness!

If you like unfriendly, rude & crabby counter waiters this is the place for you! Been there twice and both times got an older crab man who just seem like it was a bother to scan my Amazon returns!! That’s all he had to do and he seemed totally peeved he had to pick up the scanner wand!! Will never go back!! Obnoxious! Should not be working the counter!! Stick the crabs in the back to sort the boxes!!

They day be for I explained my situation by phone. I came in next morning and they handled every thing fast. Was out in five min. Guy was nice enough to not charge me for tape since it was a little package. Boxs are not free though. Good place

Matt and Linda provided outstanding and honest service assisting my teenage daughter ship seven large boxes from dorm to home. Matts estimate of cost, made by long distance phone conversation prior to pick-up, was very accurate and the boxes were delivered earlier than expected to my house exactly to the spot by my side door which I requested they be delivered to!

Like most UPS Stores, when I went in I was pleased with how clean and well-stocked it was. Although I was just passing through, I could easily see myself using this store as the place were I did my business. The service was prompt and friendly.Here is the REAL advantage to using a UPS store....I mailed a package (returned Comcast equippment) while I was traveling accross the country (in the military, moving from one place to the other). A few months later Comcast claimed I didnt return the equipment and of course I had lost the tracking number given to me from the store. The good folks at this store were able to pull their records and give me all the information I needed IN THE SAME DAY!Thanks UPS Store!!!
