Never an issue with pay. The loads they have are the ones they actually have. Dedicated opportunities and dispatch is always honest and upfront. 24/7 response. Operations handles all breakdowns immediately. Accounting never messes up your pay. The owner really cares about quality and his employees. 5/5 recommend to work here.

Ok, when you talk with these people, they will make you think that in few months you will be millionaire and they will support you 24/7. But when you start you are on your on and they give you the worst rate and if you decide to leave they will charge you 300$ . Don’t work with these people as a driver or owner operator.
