When our community suffered a massive flash flood, restoration services were inundated with calls. I called six or seven on a Saturday morning. They all told me they were busy and would put me on a list. Quest was the only company that called me back that day. Pete Smith personally visited and inspected the premises and gave me valuable advice that I could understand. He was professional and courteous and most amazing of all, told me that I didnt need to hire his company. He instead gave me self help advice that turned out to be sound and a perfect fit for my circumstances. I would highly recommend Quest.

Called Quest at 7 on a Saturday night and they had someone out within the hour. Pete Smith was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and honest. We had a minor leak from our second floor bathroom to the first floor ceiling and he gave us an honest assessment. We ended up not needing Quests serviced because the problem was so minor, and Pete never tried to push us into a service we didn’t need. However, if some larger problem ever does manifest I won’t hesitate to call Quest.

Quest was great to work with. The entire process was smooth and fast. They came out immediately when our basement flooded and handled mitigation efficiently, thoroughly and professionally. Everyone on their team was very polite and friendly!They were also great advocates for us, including submitting their own estimate and repeatedly following up with the insurance company to make sure everything was on track. Once everything was approved, the entire remodel was completed in less than a week. We HIGHLY recommend them as a one-stop-shop for all things mitigation & repairs!
