Awful. Steve showed up at my house and bitched and moaned like a woman. Instead of telling me he wouldnt take the job, he played phone games the rest of the day. Another company came out and completed the job in four hours and did such a great job that no one would ever know that the basement had flooded and was full of waste. It wasnt a total loss like he said it was. Hah!

Servpro took advantage of my compromised position by demanding money up front which is illegal by state staute, then threatened to walk out on the job if I didnt pay up front as well as claimed they could not write an estimate/or work order beforehand. Without any other options and growing mold, I felt I had no choice but to comply because I had no time to properly vet a reputable company. Mind you I am a single older woman on a fixed income of which they felt no shame to take advantage of. I informed them of my mold allergy but they felled to tell me that once they started to clean the mold, I would not be safe to remain inside the house during or .for some tome afterwards. I could still smell a strong ordor of mold and still see mold.I pointed this out but they refused to do anything about it however, they did ask if I would pay even more money to complete the job that Id just paid them to do. I declined and stopped the existing payment due to the fact that I had to hire another company to actually complete the job for another approx 2k..SerPro then sued me and we are now in court all the while I am now thoroughly infected by the mold micotoxins released during the intial but partial cleanup.
