The team was punctual and arrived quickly, is exactly what you ask for in an emergency that could result in property damage. The team was thorough and came back every day to check on things to complete the job. They were extraordinarily prepared to help, and I wouldnt hesitate to call them again if needed.

Paul Davis Restoration has made a catastrophic basement flood notably easier to deal with. Their disaster recovery people were super responsive. Their project coordinator has been a true pro with great follow-through, and I feel very comfortable working with them on the necessary basement reconstruction. First-class all around!

Very satisfied. Top notch.We had a lot of water damage from a second floor toilet overflowing. The water ruined carpeting, and leaked into the first floor dining room ceiling and beyond. Floors had to be dried, furniture moved, carpet and ceiling replaced, and ceiling and walls repainted.The entire Paul Davis Ann Arbor team was wonderful. From remediation, reconstruction, and back to normal, they all did great work! I was very impressed and pleased.I have expensive dining room furniture that I was particularly concerned about. It, as well as bedroom furniture, had to be carefully moved to different rooms.I can be quite particular, but each guy was careful and attentive to my concerns and listened well to my apprehension regarding packing fragile china, moving the heavy dining furniture, being careful not to scratch it, rehanging a heavy mirror, etc. Thanks to Mike, Kyle, Carter and Ryan.I was also worried about seams showing when the new ceiling drywall was installed, but Justin did an expert job installing and painting it and the walls. It looks great!George, who removed the old carpet and laid the new, also did beautiful work.In addition, they were pleasant, respectful and nice people to deal with. The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce just used Paul Davis Restoration for a major issue that we had in the basement. They did a fantastic job. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He was well aware of what an inconvenience it was to have the loud equipment here to take care of what needed to be done and was sensitive to that. He made a difficult situation much easier and everything went as well as we could have hoped!

Worst company ever... I contacted them for an emergency on a water damage in my condo and they took it so lightly that they didnt do the water mitigation on time causing more damage to my condo. Plus when they finally decided to show up, they were so lazy to remove the soaking wet drywall that I made them come back 3 times. Plus the ridiculously expensive prices for a very low quality job. Go to another company because they will let you down.

We had a great experience with Paul Davis Restoration. Ron Barres was fantastic to work with. Despite many challenges with our insurance company, the company was helpful to resolve the problems and complete the project. The contractors and subcontractors were excellent and went above and beyond with the quality of work. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

Paul Davis Restorations handled clean-up and repair after a house fire. The coordinator, Ron Barres, was absolutely superb--professional, friendly, compassionate, and eager to make sure that everything was done to the highest standards. There was clearly an expectation of professionalism and excellent customer service set by Ron and Paul Davis: all of the workers--including all of the subcontractors--were extremely professional, personable and dedicated to the task. As in all major projects, there were unavoidable delays and small oversights, but Ron and his team were very quick to address and solve them. No detail was too small to ignore, and Rons overall organization of all aspects of the work was truly admirable. Although I wouldnt wish any mishaps or tragedies on any family, Ron Barres and Paul Davis made our own situation much, much better. I cant say enough positive things about them.

I had a great experience with Paul Davis Restoration when I sustained major water damage to a bedroom wall, ceiling and soffit, carpeting, and bedding while I was out of town. In my absence, they responded immediately to mitigate the water damage by removing the damaged drywall and insulation and placing industrial fans throughout. They worked well with my insurance company and kept me informed by phone and email throughout the whole process. When I returned to my home, they came back and did the drywall repair and finish work. They were prompt, neat, professional - and just very nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

My Facebook memories have been full of pictures of the tree falling on our house last year just before Christmas. I should have written this review much sooner. The tree hit the roof doing significant damage causing all the insulation to drop into the master bedroom, heavy roof and exterior wall damage and damage to four other rooms. I called Paul Davis Restorations of Ann Arbor and it was the best decision Ive ever made. They were on site within a few hours starting the removal of insulation, the project manager, Ron Barres, was excellent and kept us informed all the way through the restoration process. If he said someone was scheduled to be there, they were there and all very professional. The office staff were great and understood the complicated process involved with working with the banks Loss Draft process, insurance company and everyone involved. Thanks Paul Davis of Ann Arbor
