They Damaged film on the back edge.They should have warned me when I dropped it off. Then they should have disclosed the issue when I picked it up. I Drove back to the store. Clerk said sometimes this happens. I said Why wasnt I warned? He didnt know.I could have changed the back myself for half the price. Thats why I took it there, to try and avoid this.They could have least offered me a further discount. Or a phone back replacement.Whats really bad is that Ill telling many people of the issue, This issue could have been avoided by your company.

Got a new battery installed on my Samsung Galaxy S8 in Aug 2019 (original battery ran well for 2 years but had experienced fast discharge and an inability to fast-charge) over the last few months. Happy with their service - the quality of the installation is good and the phone is back to original state. The installation takes time because the glue takes a while to dry out and the batteries are glued to the screen in the S8, so schedule an appointment online, get the $10 discount and drop-off the phone for either a few hours or else overnight and theyll have it ready for you in the span of 6 hours or less.

Quick cell phone screen repair. The guys in the shop were very nice and helpful. Screen works well, but the colors look a little dull. $50 less than the Apple store though and they updated the warranty from 6 months to 1 year, which is great.

I dropped off my phone on Sunday just before the store was going to close and it was the day before Labor Day holiday and was told it wouldnt be ready until Tuesday. I did not have time to pick it up on Tuesday but did pick it up today Wednesday its amazing it looks like a brand new phone and works amazingly well, the price was what was quoted. I checked around and they had the best price. Had really messed up my screen and wasnt sure it could be fixed like new. I am very very pleased. The guys were professionals and polite, i had an amazing experience. Thanks for doing what you promised!

My iPhone 7+ battery was dying by mid day. Batteries Plus tested my battery, determined it was faulty and installed a new battery in about half and hour. And since I scheduled the repair on line, I received a $10 credit on the service. I am very happy with the experience. I just wish they had a store nearer to me.

I would have preferred that the phone would have been charged when I picked it up. They had my phone overnight and it would have been a nice touch if I could have picked up phone and had it fully charged. Overall, battery replacement went fine but it is the small things in life that make a big difference.

It was great dropping off my cell phone for the screen replacement but when I went back to pick up my cell the counter person seemed very preoccupied with everything else going on in the business. I would think you would finish one transaction at a time not dip into all other transactions going on at the same time.

Unfortunately the technician made a mistake and broke the processor of my iPhone while replacing the glass. Battery + did replace my phone. The inconvienence of being without a working phone for 3 days was disappointing.
