Poor customer service on the phone. Whomever I was speaking to on the phone, you dont bad mouth your previous customers to a potential one (me). If you think you understand what the problem is then explain it without sounding condescending to the customer. Not only that, but as a tech enthusiast, it was disgusting to see the business practices I was hearing on the phone. Glad I knew better than to fall for a $9 test, but I worry for anyone else who doesnt know much about computers.

From the moment I walked in I was treated like family, Owner and sales associate were awesome answered all of my questions and updated my computer and did a complete diagnostic at a very reasonable price. I would recommend A2 to anyone in need of computer service or repair.

I brought my laptop in for fan noise and cleaning as I bought it used. They diagnosed the issue pretty quickly, and gave me a 2 day window. They called me 2 days later (they were closed the first day) and let me know the replacement part is not super available, so it would be a bit longer. When I got my computer back, 3 days before their new estimated completion date, they gave me the old fan. It was huge, complex, and not something I could have done. They even adjusted the price for the inconvenience of making me late. My laptop screen was cleaned, my keys look good, and it’s quiet again. The owner is super pleasant to talk to. They did replace it with a referb part, but gave a warranty on it, and I am beyond satisfied. I’d pay the little extra just to have them repair my stuff.

Great prices on computer products. Customer service is lacking. I bought a computer here and have been mostly satisfied with it, except that Im unable to change the screen brightness. I e-mailed the store regarding this issue and received no reply. Some weeks later I called the store. The person on the phone (owner?) took my number and said hed call me back in 5 - 10 minutes. I never got a call back.

Owner would rather recommend living with broken computer than standing by his work. After taking said computer to a real technician was informed that this guy disconnected the Connector so the system burnt out! Was able to recover files easily by new tech. Dont go to this guy! Hell turn cold on you quick after you pay him.

Had a slow, old laptop and dropped it off for diagnostic testing and hope to improve performance. I got a call nearly a week later (it was near the holidays so its understandable) that the computer passed all tests but they could improve the speed for $90 and it would be ready when I returned from travels in a few days, but I would get a call first. A week goes by, nothing. 2 weeks, nothing. I call and they tell me that due to unforeseen circumstances that the repair was delayed, but it would be ready the next day. I return in 4 days and the computer was still being worked on. They finally give me back my computer, cleaned the keyboard (nice right?) and tell me that the keyboard no longer works. I cant log into my computer to check their service. The cleaning of the keyboard and it no longer working are completely unrelated though. No communication, get back a computer with more problems than when I dropped it off. $90 bill, but they knocked off the price of the diagnostic testing ($16), so I got that going for me, which is nice.

Brought in the computer from hell with boot issues and data corruption galore. Bart and his team were exceptionally helpful, exhibited the utmost politeness and professionalism throughout every repair, and were extremely persistent in recovering my machine. Bart actually hung up on me. i was trying to ask if he/they could help me fix a power connector issue, on my laptop mother board. but bart hung up. maybe it is me. fair enough. but in a 3 minute conversation, it didnt seem right. --i called back. he is very busy, and says he didnt mean to hang up on me. he did say that the only way he could evaluate my laptop problem, was to see it in person. this company has mostly good reviews. i dont know why he hung up on me, but he was really busy. basically. ignore me.. and listen to other reviews. unless i can go to the store, they can not probably help me. and while i was disappointed at being hung up on, i think he is just very busy, and it was not meant in malice. decide for yourself.

Despite being informed they I would get a call for an update, I never received any. This happened multiple instances after waiting a few days then calling in myself to get an update. They never even bothered to call that they were done at the end. Very annoying.

My mac had a failing hard drive, and after speaking with the Apple Store, as well as their preferred provider for fixes, I instead went with A2 Computers, which had great reviews online. It ended up being a great decision - the service was great, the communication was very good, and the price very reasonable. The work and parts came in under the estimate, and even at full price I would have been happy. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend this place.

It was really prompt service. I wanted to have an estimate of repairing my chrombook, and they offered a diagnostic for 1 dollar. It was really helpful.

Bart and co. treated me very well. My desktop computer had a dead power supply, and he diagnosed it, replaced with new, and ran diagnostics on everything. The repair was very reasonably priced.

I have a little bit of computer knowledge and went in for diagnostics on two different Macbook Pros with charging and heating issues. The owner/operator Bart was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the possibilities after I explained the situation. He is a genuine and personable guy who confirmed some of my suspicions about the issues, gave me the truth without any salesman antics, and whom I would trust with complex computer repairs in the future.

I had a great experience at A2 Computers. My 5s iPhone battery was needing replaced and a friend informed me A2 Computers can install iPhone batteries. Since I didnt want to buy a new phone, I took advantage of their service. Nick was great explaining to me that if I were to replace my battery, that should give me another 2 years for my current phone. He looked this information up to confirm. Once my battery was replaced, he thoroughly went over a checklist to make sure all components of my phone were working correctly before I walked out of the store. So, for an affordable option to iPhone batter replacement, I would highly recommend A2 Computers! They also have a great new space with plenty of parking.

I took my laptop to A2 Computers, concerned that not only would it be irreparable, but also that the information stored in the computer would be irretrievable. My repair warranty had long since expired, and I needed knowledgeable assistance. I had a computer geek look at it and the prognosis wasnt good. Somehow I found out about A2 Computers, got it over to them, and to my surprise, they got my computer running, saved my data, and had the job done on time and within their estimate. If I ever run into a similar problem in the future, I know who to call first.

I dont understand what their claim Service By Next Day Or The Diagnostic Fee is Free means as each time I have brought in a computer it takes 9 to 12 days to repair. On none of these occasions was the $19.95 diagnostic fee waived.If time is not an issue, then the service cannot be beat. They always do a thorough job of fixing the problem and noticing contributing factors, such as dust buildup inside the chassis and so on. I still recommend them when people ask me where to get repairs done.

The staff here is incredible - they go through every option they can think of and keep you updated every step of the way. Plus, they explain everything in terms that someone with no background in technology could understand, which is very much appreciated. I went in after one of the hinges on the kickstand of my Surface Pro 4 broke. The staff told me that they might not be able to fix it, but that theyd look at it anyway to see what they could do as well as run diagnostics to see if anything else was going on with it. I left my Surface with them and they called me after about a day to let me know that the issue I had was not something they could fix. I came in to pick it up, and while I was there, they told me everything I needed to know and more about how the Surface Pro is built and why the issue was not something fixable for them, as well as talked me through a few options I could try in great detail to make sure I could keep using my Surface Pro! Plus, I went in about a week later to see if they could remove the broken piece for me, and they did it for me on the spot. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with A2 Computers and would absolutely go back and recommend them to anyone having computer issues.

Went to get D.C. jack replaced. 2 weeks later this place still did not replace the port. They stole 79.95 for absolutely nothing. Unbelievable!!! 20 minutes prior to dropping it off the computer worked fine... these con artists claim now it wont boot. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau today. Do they really think I dont know what they did? Claim they took apart the computer.... guess what? They never touched it. They literally stole my money. Oh and by the way.... it boots up!! I just have to manipulate the D.C. jack. Thats why I wanted it replaced!! And just booted up my computer and took a picture of my screen on Firefox nothing wrong with the computer!! I just cant believe you are so deceptive

They had the equipment to protect from over voltages and decided not to use it causing damage to my stuff.. Pathetic.. They still wanted me to pay their sorry asses.. Dont go to this shop. Youll get your stuff destroyed by them..1200 dollars worth of hard drives destroyed by these morons..

My 2012 macbook pro 15 screen stopped working. I took it to the apple store, thinking thatd be the safest route to go to get it fixed. Found out that if I gave it to the apple store with my third party ram and ssd upgrades, they might be removed and I might not get it back. So I had to dig out the original parts and reinstall them (good thing I kept them) and gave it to the store. Turns out they had to ship it somewhere for repair. about a week and a half and 500 dollars later, I got it back. It was not really made clear to me what the actual problem was, if it was hardware or software related. Fast forward a couple years, it happens again. This time I take it to a2 computers. I brought in my laptop on a Saturday, just picked it up this afternoon, everything works great. I also paid WAY less. They waived my diagnostic fee since they felt bad that I got scammed by apple. If theres anything else I cant figure out, you guys will be the first place I go.

Not a single thing to complain about. In this day, its hard to find reliable repair service, but these guys are very honest and know what they doing. My PC kept booting in Temp mode (erasing all my data every time I turn off the PC). Long story short, my 1TB HDD was too full. They put in a 2TB HDD (my choice) and kept the 1TB in as a secondary drive. They charged me list price for the part and the labor was surprisingly affordable. They started up my PC when I picked it up to show me that it worked, but I couldnt turn it on when I got home.I brought it back and they took a look at it. They could have easily said that there was something wrong with my motherboard and I wouldnt have been the wiser. They were honest and told me that a pin had come unplugged and they stuck it back in and didnt charge me anything.They also walk you through the repair process. They send you an email detailing what is wrong, what they can do, how much it will cost, and whether or not you want to go ahead with repairs. If youre looking for a good honest repair shop that wont charge you an arm or a leg or rip you off, look no further. A2 computers is my go to repair place.They actually have my PC right now for a 3rd time installing an SSD and upgrading my OS/migrating important files. I have the knowledge to do it myself, but its a headache and wasnt too expensive to have them do it. I just gave them the SSD in its box and told them what I wanted and they gave me an estimate that I was happy with.
