Stunned and pleasantly surprised best describe my experience with Healthy Carpets. I had been using a big name carpet cleaner for many years, but decided to give Healthy Carpets a try as my last experience with big name wasnt very good. Marshall was great, did a super job, and all at a very competitive price. I thought my carpet wasnt too dirty, but I was stunned by how much dirt was removed, and how much better the carpet looked. There was a distinctly different, and more comprehensive cleaning process followed, and better quality equipment used as well. Drying took half the amount of time it normally does. Tried so many Carpet Cleaning company in Ann Arbor. Nobody takes the time like Healthy Carpets to clean carpets. They pre vacuumed before they start cleaning. All the stains were pre sprayed. And their equipment looks like a very expensive spaceship. We will be using them again.

I was one of the first clients of Healthy Carpets back in 2007. Marshall (the owner) has always been so polite to me and my family. He is always on time and always motivated to help out. Marshall and Joseph just left my home and I cant be more grateful. This team did a great job at cleaning our carpets. We have hired just about every other carpet cleaner in Ann Arbor and no one does it better than Healthy Carpets. I watched them clean our living room and I really like how they go over the carpets more than one time, they actually make a dry pass to suck up the water for a shorter dry time. One thing I really liked is that they have this blue door sealing thing that covers the door opening so the AC doesnt go out and bugs dont come in. This is our second time hiring Healthy Carpets. The first time we had them clean our living room carpets a month later we scheduled to have our bedrooms clean. We own a Golden retriever dog and I was a little hesitant on how well the pet dander would be removed. Healthy carpets doesnt just vacuum the carpets they agitate the carpets with a special machine that pulls out all the pet dander. This step alone is worth using Healthy Carpets.

We had large area stains and they have been removed. Marshall was very professional and we were pleased with the end result. We will have him clean our carpets next time.

Marshall arrived this morning around 8:00 a.m. to clean my dryer vent. I have been having an issue with my dryer not drying my clothes thoroughly and I would have to run a second cycle. When Marshall completed the dryer vent cleaning my dryer dried my clothes within 30 minutes. I am very impressed with Marshalls business ethics and compassion for his work. A+ from me.

Ive been using Marshall for years to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting in our home. He always does a phenomenal job. I recently hired him to help clean the carpeting, area rugs and upholstery at my in-laws house. We needed to get the house ready to sell and were looking to get it show-ready. My in-laws had four cats when they lived in the house, and the smell was quite overwhelming. On the day of the cleaning, Marshall was as timely and professional as always. Healthy Carpets was great, They removed our urine stains from our dogs and made our carpets smell great. There is not a trace of urine in our home now. I was actually thinking about replacing the carpets before having them cleaned but now I think I can get a few more years out of them. This was probably the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had. I have white carpet that definitely needed help. It looks great now. I also had an additional process done that cleaned the dark edges between the carpet and the baseboards. It looks sooo much better. It requires an extra fee but it’s so worth it! Marshall (the owner) is very professional and hardworking, gives up front pricing over the phone and verified the total before performing the service when he arrived. He was very honest and didnt try to sell me stuff he didnt think I needed (and gave me pointers on getting my tile clean in one problem area where it wouldnt have been worth paying the minimum for him to do the tile cleaning). The carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning was really thorough and even cleaned a couple of smaller area rugs for free.
