Was there to pick up a rug for a friend who prepaid and arranged for me to do so...took three trips because of time it took, and a call to said friend by the employee to get me the rug.

Rug was stiff when i picked it up and i could hardly unroll it.

We called to see if our rug was ready. We were told it would be at the store the following day but it was not. When we went in the next day we were told they would call us when it came in it must have missed the truck. They sent a text to our home phone which we dont have texting on. I had to call them again to check on our rug. Next time Ill just go somewhere that wants business.
