I was very impressed this company! From scheduling to the cleaning of my dryer vent and ducts. They were super friendly and I felt went above and beyond to explain everything. They were very kind to let my kitty stay in another room and let me know when they needed to go into that room. As expected the rug was slightly damp after cleaning and so a fan was placed over the cleaned area. Would definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

When I reached out to Royalty on Thursday they contacted me back immediately and was able to get my appointment set in 2 days (my request for a Saturday appointment). My ducts were incredibly, heavily filled up and blocked air flow to the back of my house (which I didn’t even know until I saw the pictures). It was an amazing difference and I cannot be more happy. The house had never had this done and I am so glad I decide to have this done. When the ducts crew was finishing up, the carpet cleaning crew showed up. They also did a great job. I used this service at the recommendation of a girlfriend of mine, and I’m glad I did. Justin and Adam came to my condo at the exact time of their arrival window, and I got automated texts when they were on their way. They stayed about an hour and cleaned out the ducts and dryer vent, which were sufficiently gross. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They took pictures of the inside of the ducts and showed me the before and after. Also, I love that when they clean the ducts, they actually sanitize them too! These guys were amazing. We had vents and air ducts filled with 33 years of construction debris, dust, dirt, mites and who knows what else? Who knew you are supposed to clean your vents every 3 to 5 years? They came in, accessed our vents, sealed off everything appropriately and went to work. Two hours later they were all done and the before and after pictures were telling. But the biggest thing was the next morning, when I woke up without the stinging, swollen eyes and sinus symptoms I’ve been treating for years with an allergy nasal spray! The day after that was even better. I might be able to get rid of the nasal spray altogether. Oh, and they also cleaned out our dryer vent, giving us peace of mind. Thanks, Royal!

We used this company for the first time Friday to have our vents cleaned. They did a great job and were very professional. We will be using them going forward..Justin was wonderful. I forget the name of the person who was with him but he was graet also! They were fast and efficient..we noticed a difference in our air quality immediately. The pricing was very reasonable.

Wow - I am so impressed with this company. They cleaned my air ducts and carpet. My carpet had embedded grease stains and they were able to get those stains out and made my carpet look like new. Josh and Mike cleaned my air ducts today and it went almost seaming less. They were very polite and took the covid measures of wearing face mask and shoe covering the whole time.
