They’ve done an excellent job cleaning the system.Our house has a partially constrained routing of the dryer vent - Chris spotted it on an initial walk-through, and figured out quickly that it was the only way the routing could work. That portion of the vent was a nightmare to clean. Chris spent the time to ultimately replace the constrained part of the vent and fixed it for us.We’re very impressed with Chris’ professionalism. What was especially nice, was his recommendation on what to do with our cat during their service. It made the whole process a lot less stressful and we (and our cat) really appreciated it!

Chris and Lee did good work at a fair price. My only complaint is that they left the floors covered in lots of dirt and dust, especially below the basement ceiling tiles which flake easily. It wouldve been nice not to have to clean the basement floors afterward, especially considering they were carrying around a large vacuum!

I contracted for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Chris took time to explain how the heating system worked as he cleaned the ducts. Great experience with this company. Everything was quoted up front. No surprises and I knew exactly what I was going to get and exactly what I was going to pay. The technicians were prompt, courteous and respected my home. They wear substantial shoe covers when working and were very careful around furniture, etc. They provided me with photographs of the before and after condition of the vents. Everything about this company, from the front office to the final billing was handled professionally. You cant go wrong with these folks.

These guys were perfect. Friendly, in and out quickly. Some dust left on the floors. It would have been great if they had vacuumed the areas around the vents before they left. The tech walked in and immediately identified the smell I was concerned about. Said, Yep thats pet smell. This will take care of it. And he was right! The smell I couldnt seem to get rid of since we moved in was gone in about an hour! Awesome.

After checking carefully the air ducts using a camera, they determined that it didnt need cleaning yet, so they left without charging me for the visit. The house I bought dates back to the 1940s, or earlier, and I dont think the ducts had ever been cleaned. I became aware of how bad they were after I dropped something and had to pull the grate. I cant even begin to describe the yuck I saw under it. I remembered a coupon Id seen online and called for an appointment asap!The guys came out, checked out the vents, trunks, etc., and told me what any additional fees would be before they even started. They explained what they would be doing along the way and once finished, showed me before and after pictures of the vents.I pulled the grate Id noticed previously, explaining what Id seen and why Id called, and was totally thrilled to see not even one small dust-covered web remained. The vent and underside of the grate looked squeaky clean!These guys were pleasant, courteous, and professional. You couldnt ask for anything more.

Everything during the service was great. Quick, professional & personable. I only gave 4 stars because it took an extra long time (2 or 3 days) to get pictures of the vents that were cleaned and I also realized all of the floor vents that previously were screwed in were not screwed back upon completion. We have them screwed into the floor because we have small children who like to remove them and stick things down the vents!! None of my screws were left, so I could replace them back either.. odd! Either way, I would recommend them.

Although they dont offer photos, the technicians answered my questions about how dirty the duct work was. They put on booties while working in the house, too.

I just bought the house, and the previous owner(s), seems to have never had the ducts clean, so you can imagine the amount of crap that was in there, but the guys cleaned all of it up, even if it meant more time (stayed twice as long as they should have)!! Two guys from Airduct Clean came and not only cleaned the duct, but they reattached my dryer vent to the outside, and even removed a surprise dead possum from my crawlspace.Highly recommended as a company that will get the job done right.

Overall our experience was ok. We are pretty wary of whether or not duct cleaning is necessary or would improve my allergies. We did move into a new construction home and figured that it was worth it as there was most likely going to be some drywall/construction debris in the air ducts. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. However, the quote I was given was off by 20%, so I was pretty upset that they wanted to charge over $1,000 in total, but they did end up meeting me halfway and we ended up paying 10% more than quoted. The guys that did the cleaning were friendly, professional and seemed to do a great job based on the photos they shared. However, I was disappointed that while they had cleaned the air ducts, they left more dust and debris in the house then there was before they started (around the vents they opened; we have dark wood floors and some dark furniture so it was very obvious). I went around most of the vents to vacuum and had to clean the dust and debris off furniture by the vents. Also not sure the cleaning helped with my allergies. They dont appear to be any better. Air duct cleaning was very expensive and we dont plan on even thinking about doing this again for 10+ years.

Their physical office is no longer here when I stopped by in May, 2017, but the number still works. Very great people, and excellent service. Make sure to let them know if your vents have fire dampers because they will need special equipments to clean those.

The guys are polite, come in 10 min late but it is fine. but the cleaning was not the service I excepted, the vent cleaning was so easy just simply air blow of the cover. What I saw from youtube of a classic air duct cleaning is they remove the vent cover and blow or clean the duct and also tape off the other vents. Obviously I didnt see those for my cleaning. After vent cleaning is done, I removed one of the vent covers myself, I saw a lot of dust still there (of course, because no clean), I had to ask them to clean that. Totally 30 mins everything is done. I dont think it worth $300. I have to pay another company to do the real cleaning.

The crew was on time. They explained what they were about to do and were very businesslike and cheerful. The before and after pictures were great. No problems at all.

They were fast, efficient and thorough. One thing I wish Id understood more clearly, if they take off your vents to take before & after pics, they have to cut into the trunk vents. Id rather not have had them cut, though they patched them afterwards, I didnt know they would have to cut them. I also didnt realize when they took the vents how much the paint near the vents would chip (I have an old house). I should have gone with the option to keep the vents on. Thats not the techs fault though, but it would be good to better know the consequences of both options before proceeding. Im sure it varies with each house.

The men who serviced my air ducts were polite, agreeable, efficient. I found out that my furnace had mold in it, which they removed, and they also cleaned out each vent and removed debris, dust and cat hair that had collected inside. It was a good experience.
