Nice shop. Friendly staff. Repaired a hole in my tire that was poorly patched by another shop for no charge.

This tire shop is hands down the best. The flat tire I had was fixed quickly and the staff was absolutely wonderful to do business with. John knew how stressed out I was and took very good care of me. They fixed the tire for free and had me on the road in well under an hour. Highly recommend.

Ordered a set of tires for my Jeep Wrangler and had them installed here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They put my new tires on fast! Stopped in on Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire. Looked to be extremely busy but John personally got us in and fixed the tire and had us back on our way up North In less than 30 minutes. Super happy with what the Ann Arbor Goodyear store did for my family and made a potentially bad situation actually very enjoyable. Update: Spoke with them this morning and Ill be bringing the car in tomorrow morning for a rebalance.I will make an update tomorrow after I see how it goes.So my tires were unbalanced so I brought my car in after they did a front end alignment and I bought 4 new tires from them. They failed to balance my tires when I bought the tires initially. I just brought the car in last week for a rebalance and they only did the front two tires and didnt touch the rear. They found that the tires were out of balance and rebalanced them however I am now experiencing worse steering wheel shake than before they rebalanced them. Ive had them balanced by discount tire before and they did a stellar job. I had zero steering wheel shake after they did them. I would have expected better service from Goodyear seeing as how I bought the tires from them and they costs me well over $500. Ill be taking it back this week to have the tires once again rebalanced. I know its not my rotors or brakes doing this as I just had all that replaced this weekend.

They do not respect appointments made online. I made an appointment online and they called to say they couldnt repair a flat at that time. Chose a shop that can maintain online appointments, if you cant do the work dont give people the option to book an appointment.

I have had 2 experiences with this location and John the store manager.He was able to squeeze me in 1 hour before they closed on the 4th of July weekend. I called 5 different places that day and no was able to get me in. I do understand that with such a short lead time I couldnt expect anything other then that.The second time there were some computer glitches that caused our scheduled tire change times to be different, we rescheduled and then I forgot my wallet the next time and John was able to get me in the very next day same time. He threw in a free wheel balancing to make up for initial schedule mix up even though it wasnt his fault.Johns personal and professional attitude is top notch. He seems to have many return customers which speaks clearly for his work.Per my personal experience I would highly recommend John and his team. Make sure you call in early they are usually booked full.

John was so helpful -- he knew exactly what we needed, and fit us in even when they were fully booked. And he did it all with a smile. Really appreciated that!

I love this shop! They are hard working and honest and do not rip you off! Another place recommended some unnecessary work and these guys told me so after checking out my car. They had me come back to get my car and charged me nothing! I have had a great deal of work done here and have never been disappointed. I am also grateful that they have an interest free credit card if you pay your balance in 6 months.

I love Goodyear on Stadium Boulevard. They have been so very kind to me twice in the last six or eight months, twice fixing a tire that had a puncture. Today I was on my way to pick up a friend and take her home from a chemo treatment. I backed out of the driveway to go to Saint Joe’s and noticed a warning light for low tire. I immediately turned the car around and went to Goodyear. Less than a half hour later I was on my way to pick her up, my tire fixed. I can’t thank Goodyear and its employees enough!

The Goodyear Ann Arbor store does a great job mounting and balancing. Been using them for nearly 10 years, usually have one set per year being replaced on the fleet. Never an issue. They do a proper job of fixing punctures as well (plug AND patch). Goodyear factory store, with good mounting and balancing equipment.

The service here was amazing. They took the time to help me choose a tire and listened to my concerns. I asked for an alignment (I have never had one on my current vehicle), but they advised everything looks good and I didnt need one. Most other places would have simply completed the alignment, regardless. Im sold after my first visit. Prices also seemed pretty competitive.

Tire exchange was good, but they stripped a tire nut in the process. Cant fix my breaks since my impact drill and socket wrenches cant grip the nut.

Decided on going to Goodyear because online they had the best deal and for their tires! I checked cheap not well known tire brands but Goodyear still had the best deal and I couldnt pass up being able to replace my old Goodyear with new Goodyear tires. Service was good and the new tires are awesome! I Recommend!

Quick service and nice people (John) but high prices. Needed alternator and John said he would quote competitive and fair price. Part cost was $301; you can buy one at Advance Auto for around $185. I understand they mark up prices on parts but 60% just seemed a little excessive to me.

We’ve dealt with other competitors, but good year tires are worth the money. John and the team at this location are wonderful people and easy to deal with. We will continue to give them our business on a regular basis. Highly recommend them!

This team is great. Came out from work (across town) and found a bolt (road debris) in one nearly-flat tire. Put air in and drove over. I arrived at 4:00 pm. All four tires were old (I knew that) and they had me out a bit after 5:00 with 4 new tires. In time to leave town on schedule for the Christmas holiday. Much appreciated!

I had a tire with low tire pressure. They found the cause (nail) and quickly fixed it. I asked them what they thought of the tires and they said they were in excellent shape (no tire sales job). I also told them that there was a wobble at 75 mph and they said that the tire repair would likely fix that (again, no balancing sales job). They were friendly, time efficient, and honest. I am very happy with this store and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Excellent staff. They did not have the tire I wanted because it was on national back order. However, they went out of their way to locate the desired tires in my size and found it in Ohio and had the tires shipped to Ann Arbor for a minimal shipping charge. Great experience all around.

Over the top terrific service. Repeatedly honor their rotate & balance for life of tire agreement. Investigated significant vibration that I noticed immediately after they moved rear tires to front. One tire was very unbalanced due to my can of Fix-a-flat goo that I used during winter and then forgot about .Cant be balanced if goo settles in new locations every night. They cleaned out goo, fixed nail hole and rebalanced all without charge!

Made an appointment online due to my hectic schedule. Walked in and the guy told me to just call next time and they’d get me in. Had a slow leak on one of my tires for the past week and had been filling it with air from the gas station. Was there less than 15 minutes and all tires were filled and my bad tire that had a nail in it had been repaired, all free of charge. A+ customer service. I will be returning.

Buy from Tire Rack they give better service to Tire Rack customers than their own. I bought 4 snow tires from them year before last now every time I have to have them put on it costs me $100 plus they always too busy and I have to make an appointment two to six days out. I just called...soonest appointment next Tuesday (6 days) said too busy with Tire Rack customers. Belle tire service better, Tire Rack pricing better.

Ordered some tires online. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the online and real world and we had to come back later to get the tires installed. But they were extremely friendly and apologetic during the whole process and when they did get put on it was a smooth, fast, and easy process.

Outstanding customer service!! John went out of his way to help us as we were leaving after the football game. We had a flat tire and their lot was full and I thought this was going to take hours.Nope!!! 35 minutes and we were on our way back to Illinois.I will be a Goodyear customer now here at home!!

What happens with Goodyear auto service on stadium Ann Arbor?Made an appointment online for 11:00 but they called about 30 minutes later saying they couldnt accommodate me at that time.Worst customer service ever.

My low tire pressure light was on so stopped in quick to see if they would check it for me. While the store was completely empty I was told it would be 15 minutes before his mechanic arrived at 8am and another 20 for the compressor to be available. Told the gentleman I dont have 15 minutes so Ill go somewhere else, but thanked him. He continued to talk to me from the desk as I walked out the door saying it would be that way anywhere around here unless I did it myself as a gas station. Drove next door to Uncle Eds and was in and out in 30 second, no charge. Sounds like somebody is good at excusing poor service. No wonder Goodyear is always empty.

Hopped a curb and dented a rim pretty good which caused a flat. I made sure I was the first customer in the morning and they took care of me right away. Turns out the tire was undamaged and they bent the rim back into shape in 20min. Im always expecting to get screwed with any auto shop, but the manager insisted the work was of no charge to me, saying, Thats what we do here, we take care of our customers.They sure do! I will definitely give them my business next time.P.S. The lobby opens at 7am, but the mechanics dont arrive until 8am.

Avoid this place at ALL costs with your car.I came in here to check out my car because I had a tire pressure sign blinking on my car. As soon as I came in, a fairly large man with a wrist tattoo, was not only extremely rude but literally farted during our conversation... Who does that..?I told him I really needed to check it out to make sure that my tires arent flat because I was headed out for a 5 hour road trip to Illinois. He gave me a lot of expensive options which I told him I wasnt interested in. Once I came in after to see what he did with my car, he told me my tires were okay and that I have a electrical problem and that he cant fix it. I trusted him and went on my road trip.On my trip, what do I find out? My left tire is FLAT. Thanks for being too lazy to check my tires. These employees are lazy, and are liars, and resulted in me being put me in a life threatening situation.

Made an appointment online for 1:00 but they called about 10 minutes later saying they couldnt accommodate me at that time, but could at 3:00. Went for an oil change. Workers were friendly. Oil change took about 45 minutes. Went to leave and got about half a mile until my car started acting up, barely accelerating. Took it back and they forgot to put something back. Will unlikely return.

Not cheap, but they have always done a good job for us. We have bought a couple of sets of tires, and had a tire patched once. Also nice guys at the front counter.

Be careful about the promised rebates being offered. I bought my tires back in September 2017 and still no rebate. Several emails and phone calls to the rebate center. This could be a scam.

Brought my Audi in to ask if they could loosen the wheels - previous Nashville oil/lube torqued them too tight. These guys said no problem and helped me out without charging and it took 8 minutes!! Love these guys...will take all my vehicles to them for tire replacement and oil changes!!

Needed brakes checked out on handicap van, they said Couldnt work on van because it was too tall, ??,,, Brakes can only be done on a vehicle in the air?? Excuses,,,,,,, Have a nice day!!! Second Visit; Brake Light pops on. One car in the bay, as another customer and I wait for 20 minutes while he talked on the phone. After he was done, (other customer left) He asked if he could help me, I said yes, My brake light came on over the weekend, Could you check it out for me? He replied Yes Can You Leave it for the day? I replied All Day? Yes were kinda busy (Really!!) Lol!! As I write this, they pulls the car out of the bay. No Cars In The Bay But Busy!!!!! Smh

So let me take you through my Saturday. Get a nice early appointment so I dont have to wait forever when they inevitably fall behind, drop off the car for an oil change and youd think Id pick up again in an hour ish and the story would be over right?No, of course not. We wait until its after noon and Im thinking Im going to call them to see whats going on when they finally call me. They tell me the dipstick broke. Ooh a design flaw with Chrysler blah blah when they get old this happens blah blah. We can get a new one in on Tuesday. Well thats not gonna work because my fiancee has a 5 hour car trip shes making on Monday. So I drove over there in my car an they tell me no places nearby have it (which I double checked and they were actually telling the truth) they put a call into a Chrysler dealership to check for the part and should know more in 15 minutes and will call me.I dont trust them to get this resolved and I dont so much care about being able to measure the oil as much as I want to make sure oil doesnt spit out where the dipstick was supposed to be during the trip. So I call the dealership and the guy immediately knows who I am, oh is this the car at Goodyear?. He told them it could be picked up today at Brighton, gave me Brightons number and I called and ordered the part and immediately drive over there as fast as I could. Literally got there 5 minutes till close and got the replacement, and drove back.Now, Brightons about a 25 minute drive on a good day but the way there and back is under construction so it took a little over a half hour both to get there and also coming back, so this all going in for over an hour. Im pulling into Goodyear and they finally call me (so much for 15 minutes) and tell me there are no replacement parts available. Funny since I talked to the same guy you did and he told me a different story. He tried acting like he had no idea oh you must be part of a network or something since they didnt tell me. Yea sure, the Chrysler dealership has me in a secret club even I didnt know about and they didnt even need any info about me to verify my secret membership... I give them the new dipstick and go home while they finally change the oil.Now I have a low tolerance for bs, but my fiancee will have none of it. When we go to pick up the car they refuse to reimburse us for the part they broke or even offer a discount on the oil change for the tremendous inconvenience they caused. I get they are trained never to admit fault but how can you possibly try to explain this away. Ooh but he did. The best part of the story is how he tried to talk down to my fiancee like she was some clueless git because shes a woman who cant possibly know anything about cars. And he tries to tell us if anyone should reimburse you its Chrysler... Dipsticks are made of metal and plastic and expand and contract with temperature changes... We didnt use any excessive force.... On and on with excuses. I thought my fiancee was going to jump the counter when he started explaining what a dipstick was. Chrysler doesnt have a design flaw, almost all dipsticks are made the same with slight variances for each engine.Conclusion: theres literally 4 places right next to goodyear who do oil changes and even more less than 2 miles away. And if tires are what youre looking for I recommend the nearby Belle Tire, thats where Ive always gone for tires. Better prices and staff are far more efficient, friendly, and in my experience dont flat out tell lie after lie.

Im not sure how the service will be, but their customer service is disturbing. The two employees would hardly talk to us, even when we asked questions about the work we needed. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I wouldnt return if I could avoid it.

They were busy Saturday, came back Sunday and got my tire mounted quickly.
