I do not recommend going through this insurance company. We are 2 months till our policy is up. Within the past 10 months they have raised our bill over $200 without explanation, they have ALWAYS been paid ON TIME yet canceled our policy for a $15 late fee that for one wasn’t late or even on our bill, then will not reinstate our policy over $15! Poor communication, poor service, and absolutely horrible service all the way around!

Was a decent experience. They finally got our policy together just the way we needed. It took a bit longer for them to understand what we were doing so we suggest some more training or to be more attentive to detail and listen closer to Clients. I still like the staff.

Several representatives did not know their job which wasted my time . I had one claim where the adjuster refused to cover a broken suspension part as he said the part was wornout before it was broken however he guessed by age it was wornout only. Liberty mutual kept raising other rates such as home and umbrella do to internal costs .

Aaron has always been available and prompt for all of our insurance needs. We have homeonwers and vehicle insurance purchased through him. Any time Ive needed to make a change I email him and he sends back a confirmation that its done within the hour. This is especially nice because Im not able to make changes online due to special underwriting on my policies. I stay pretty busy and not having to wait on hold for a rep is perfect. I recommend Aaron to anyone that enjoys email communication.

Constantly add people who they think may live with you and then dont remove them after you prove they dont

I just leased a new Honda, same model as last lease. My auto insurance went up $1,000.
