He explained, clearly, the new Michigan law. He clearly explained how it would affect my health insurance, depending on my choices. He also explained how an umbrella policy works. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer. I had previously insured with progressive and the customer service between them and Statefarm is beyond comparison. She did not make me feel rushed while I was asking questions or give me any sort of attitude. Jennifer was very kind and professional and made sure that I wasnt just getting a good deal, but that I was covered the best way possible and I still ended up paying almost 100$ less, including renters insurance, than what I was paying with Progressive. There was no, you need to pay this lump sum before you pay your monthly amount. I just payed my first month and that is what I pay for the remainder of my claim. I am just sad I had not went with State Farm sooner. Im beyond appreciative for Jennifer and the Kevin Shettler team.
