Indoor comfort replaced a 31 yo furnace and 27 yo AC unit. They were on time and on task until the job was finished. Install is neat, and they cleaned up well before they left. I have worked with this company for 31 years. They always have done a good job. I highly recommend them.

Towards end of June, Indoor Comfort repaired my AC after trying multiple other companies. This was during a busy AC season. Interior identified that the issue was missing caps (and not anything wrong with AC) and also created vacuum to get non-coolant stuff out and fill with coolant. Sounds easy, but wasnt as tried working with multiple other companies. IF you can get an appointment (as they are busy) with them, work with them.

In the past I used to love to make maintenance appointments just to talk to Buzz, who has subsequently retired. For many years my favorite tech Greg, came to the house on a yearly basis but I am told that he too has retired this past year. I miss him.This weekend I noticed a reduction in the heat output of my furnace and called for assistance. The call was answered by Kenny and he helped me over the phone. Over the last 10 years they have installed a new boiler for our hot water heating system, an all new, whole-house AC system, and replaced the old hot water heater in our 35-year old house. I had a 24 year old 80% efficient gas furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. Indoor Comfort removed the old furnace and replaced it with a 96% Bryant furnace. They also removed my 24 year old air conditioner which will be replaced with a new Bryant unit in the spring. The workmanship on the furnace installation was excellent. We were having our roof replaced the day Mike came and he stopped and touched base with the roofers allowing everyone to get there work done without any hassles. For about a week, I’d been having scratching and banging in my furnace pipes. Finally called on a Sunday. Greg came out. He was absolutely fantastic. I bought my house and moved in July 2018. Apparently the previous owners either installed the furnace themselves or had someone else do it who was not proficient in heating/cooling. It was a scab job. Greg made some corrections and thoroughly explained everything so I could understand it. So appreciate Greg’s expertise and attention to detail. Ken explained the problem, showed a phone video of the fault, led us through our options regarding warrant repair versus replacement. Indoor Comfort does the regular maintenance on the system and is responsive and responsible. They are well established and well regarded for a reason.

We have the bi yearly health check for our HVAC unit. We had Greg come out last week to check out our AC unit and found some setup issues with the unit (not installed by Indoor). Absolutely amazing experience from Indoor Comfort. We had a whole home humidifier installed, and everything from the initial quote to the actual installation was professional and awesome. Super reasonably priced and great customer service. The guys who installed our humidifier took the time to explain everything and even went above and beyond to answer an unrelated question about our gas fireplace. They also put down cloths on our floors so that they wouldnt get dirty while they were walking in and out! I would recommend them to anyone!

We have had an exceptional experience through the entire process of working with Indoor Comfort. We have a 23 year old furnace and A/C unit and were debating on replacing or keeping the current system until it failed. We had 7 different companies evaluate our current system and provide estimates for replacement. We decided to purchase a new furnace and A/C unit after having Greg (and 6 others) evaluate our current system and estimate replacement costs. Greg gave us two quotes for different systems (one Goodman and one Bryant). Compared to the other companys quotes, Indoor Comforts Goodman system was on the lower end while the Bryant was toward the higher end. It was still several thousand dollars cheaper than the highest quote and was similar in price to a quote for the same system from a different company. We chose to purchase the Bryant furnace and A/C through Indoor Comfort partly because of their professionalism and courtesy, partly because of their reviews and reputation and partly because they have the longest labor warranty we found.On installation day, the installation team was also very professional. They updated me along the installation process and were happy to accommodate my 3 year old son requesting to watch them for much of the day, asking countless questions. After they were finished they walked me through everything that they had done and educated me about the system.Everyone from Indoor Comfort that I spoke with from day one has been professional, courteous, and prompt. The installation and workings of my Bryant furnace and air conditioning system went like clockwork. They removed all my old equipment and always left them premises very neat. Corey and his crew were extremely professional. When the work was complete, they cleaned up, including vacuuming the neighboring floor and rugs. Corey walked me through my new Evolution system more than once, making sure that I had the online resources identified and showed me how to control the system over my phone. I had never heard of Indoor Comfort until I saw how highly rated they were on Angies List, so I had them come out for a quote. I would highly recommend Indoor Comfort and this crew, in particular, to do any work inside/outside my house.

Family has been or should I say had done business with Indoor for almost 70 years, 3 generations. Who ever runs this company is whats wrong with America. People dont care as in the past. Weve used Indoor Comfort several times. Our neighbors across the street suggested Indoor Comfort to us. Indoor Comfort serviced our ancient (but still functioning) boiler at least twice, our basement AC/Heater twice, and just now just worked on our attic air handler in the middle of a very hot day.
