Lots of options for varying level of washes. Also a place to wash your vehicle yourself. Vacuums in the back. Usually not too busy.Once after I paid and then went through the automatic car wash, the whole way cycle didnt happen.... There was an attendant on duty to assist me to get my car washed the correct way...I am not sure if an attendant is always on duty because that is the only time I ever had a problem.

Washed car and pulled up to vacuum bay was waiting for car to dry off before I vacuum and worker comes over to garbage can next to my wet car and dumps dust all over my newly cleaned car. Then he just bumbles away. Car looks dirtier now than when I came in. Will never use this place again. Do not recommend. Unprofessional.

Attendants are very rude to customers and talk to customers with cursed words have no fff boundaries and dont know their place. They need better customers service or close down let some else run the place..

Your card readers and dollar bill acceptors need some serious cleaning cant believe how many times you have to put dollars in then they wont take them then you try your card and you have to try two different cards before finally takes it

Heated bays for self-serve wash are great for washing in the winter.

The car wash did not work when I pulled in. I called the number on the website and they gave me a code so I pulled around for a second time and it did not work. I called again and they did not answer. I then found the office assistant and he was rude and acted like he didnt want to help me. He said I took too long to pull in but I drove right in like I was supposed to. Its not like Ive never been to a car wash before. Ive never had any issues at any other car wash before. Definitely never coming back to this one again.

Most always an attendant on duty for any issue that arrises. Soap never runs out. Good reliable place with bays that are kept clean considering the high traffic it sees.

Today was the second time I got screwed at this car wash. Last year I went through, the car was soaped up then it stopped and said Thank you please exit or whatever and I called twice and left message no return call. I’ve used it several times since because it’s convenient but it’s not a great wash by any means. Now today I go through and it did that same thing again! I had to go around the blue bar to get out. It didn’t even start the soaping process!! I left a nasty voicemail we will see if I get a return call this time. Either way I’m DONE with them. There’s a new wash down the street that will get my business from now on!

I used this facility today to deep wash the exterior of my truck. Its heavily overcast today with light occasional rain so this place was was quite empty. Being the only one there I felt comfortable taking my time. I would not have done this on a busy day. I ran my truck through the automatic wash first and then spent over $30 in the self service bay - the machine was running the whole time. After the 3rd or so cycle expired, and with the facility still empty, an employee (older man with white hair and beard) came in and told me I had to leave because Im not allowed to do that there, take it home and do it. I politely said okay and that I would leave. He proceeded to stand there glaring at me for a few moments and then walked away without saying anything else. Keep in mind I just spent $40 on their machines. After leaving, I read through some of their reviews and it seems this facilitys employee/s have a bad habit of belittling people for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Its a horrible the way they treat customers and I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

No problems. Everything works well. And directions are clearly posted. Vacuum is $1 for 4 minutes. The main sign is pretty discrete and it’s hard for me to spot from the main road—I drive past every time and have to go back.

Always gives a good clean for my vehicle. Place is kept nice. The price points suggest always getting the most expensive one, which I do anyways. Wish they had a rewards card/membership deal for frequent users.

Of the 19 years of my family I’ve been to splash car wash has never changed its price now if you take your car through the drive-through of course the price is going to be different but as you wash your own car or truck by hand the price has always been the same two dollars. With all the carwashes that are popping up here in Ankeny I hope that the splash car wash does not up the price for competition keep your price the same

Splash is a fantastic place to do business. I know the both the owner and the manager and they are top notch guys. Never had an issue with the service and the property is beautifully kept. Would recommend to anyone!

Im from Waterloo needed to fine a car wash so I looked up one and found this one.Very clean and has a lot of options.So sinence then I went back. A few more times.AWESOME CAR WASH!!!

Car wash does a great cleaning job

A first rate carwash!! There are both drive through and bays to wash the car yourself. The prices are reasonable and the facility is clean and modern with an attendant available throughout the day. Vacuums are also available. The carwash is easy to see and get to from a major street.

I used to love this car wash and Ive spent quite a bit of money at this car wash. Recently though the prices have gone up. $11.00 for the top of the line wash, and $8.00 for the bottom level car wash. $10.00 is expensive enough for an automatic car wash to begin with but to increase your prices by $1.00 across the board is just getting greedy in my book. I also dont like the fact that there really wasnt a sign with a breakdown of what you get for each was by the wash bay that I had pulled up to. I paid $8.00 to wash my wifes Sebring and it was basically a spray of soap and a rinse. No blow dryer, or anything else! FOR $8.00! Youve got to be kidding me. I hope the owner reads this review... are you honestly that cheap that you cant at least include a blow dry at that price point? I dont expect everything with the bottom level wash but for crying out loud!Its also obnoxious when you guys come out and direct traffic. Ill choose the wash I want to use. I dont need you telling me where to go. Its pretty freaking annoying, Im spending my money there, Ill pick the wash I want to use, end of story.All in all I dont think Ill be spending my money at Splash anymore. The prices are through the roof and they blatantly try to scam you into paying $11.00 by making the $8.00 wash (only a $3.00 price difference) a glorified car rinse that you could do on the cheap at home with a garden hose. Most car washes offer the cheap rinse for $4.00 or $5.00 and they have a sign next to the pay machine telling you exactly what youd be getting. Splash overcharges for their bottom level car wash in an attempt to force you into spending $3.00 more on their fancier wash.

My husband and brother-in-law went to wash my fathers boat here. After spending nearly $30. They were told this wasnt a place to wash the boat, by a worker, because there were people waiting.... there was not one person waiting in line, the only other car in the parking lot was my husbands, and there were 2 empty bays. You may have received our money today, but you will never get our service again. completely unacceptable.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I’ll just start by listing the prices. $8-$11. That might not seem all that bad but you don’t even get an air dry until you bump up to the $10 car wash.. NO AIR DYRER?! What kind of car wash makes you pay $10 for 30 seconds of air drying? I’ve seen car washes that ranged from $6-10 and the $6 car wash option compares to the $10 one here. Please do me and yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Just thought I’d be cheap and wash my 2017 Camaro here for $8 and it took a total of 2 minutes and 13 seconds to wash my car front and back twice! Went home and had to scrub my car for another hour to get all the dirt, bugs, and dust off that the car wash couldn’t. Won’t be coming here again that’s for sure.

Aweful. The attendant that was there was extremely rude. We didnt park close enough to the vaccume so we were going to clean it out and move closer but when the guy saw us about to throw the trash away, he said no no no. You cant do that unless you vaccume. We said we were going to and he was very rude and sarcastic. Very unpleasant experience.

Worst car wash I have ever had. Just stopped today while I was in town. Had the $11 wash. A film was all over my windows when I went though the dryer. Wont do that again.

Just waited 20 minutes to wash my car through the auto wash. Still dirt EVERYWHERE. It looks like I did nothing. HUGE waste of time and money. So disappointed.

Prices are up there but you do get a clean car from the automatic wash.

I used my debit card to pay for my car wash. When I was finished, the read out said $4.75 but $10 was deducted from my account. I contacted them but they did not respond. Buyer beware!!
