Paid for a wash through the app and several lanes would not accept the code. Looked all over for a phone number on the building and in the app, none to be found. After arriving home finally found a phone number on their website, no answer so a message was left. 24 hours goes by and no call back so I drove back and spoke with an attendant that forwarded my message to management. Another week goes by and still no call back. I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back. Fool me once... you know the rest.

Really great touchless wash that is a bang for your buck. The top tier, 14 dollar wash is honestly worth the money and left both my cars coming out looking brand new. Its in a super convenient location and has a ton of stalls. Doesnt seem like you would be waiting long if there was a line. This place looks like it is run well and everything is very neat and clean. I recommend this spot to someone looking for a touchless car wash.

Really love this place. Always gets my car very clean and I never have to worry about it scratching it because its touchless. I also like the price, spend about $15 to get my car cleaned inside and out.

I washed this truck at this wash about a month ago, just chose the cheap wash for the first try. It did fine. This time I chose the best wash offered. It left my truck covered with some type of film. There is dirt still on the rear, the tube steps, in the door handles, wheel wells, the tires look as though I had not washed the truck at all. Very unhappy with this!

Great place and very affordable. I love that you can use your debit card at the vacuums also since no one hardly carries cash or especially change these days. Always gets your car sparkly clean.

Wow! Roger is such an amazing guy. Let me start by saying I love your car wash I come here all the time but last few times car has been dirty after I left. Roger made sure that did not happen! He showed the nicest most sincere apology for what happened told me I mattered and he appreciated me As well as hand washed my car. Nice convenient car wash. A little more expensive than similar washes but does a good job getting the car clean.

Fabulous car wash. A warm day in January and lots of people were lined up to get their cars washed. I only waited in line about 10 minutes. I used cash to purchase the second to best car wash that they offered. I dropped a dollar and the gas attendant Roger picked it up for me. He offered to sell me a code next time so I did not have to use cash. I used their vacuum afterwards and did the interior. Purchased a few wipes from their vending machine to clean windows and dash. Awesome quality and customer service. If I lived closer Id be here every week.

I purchased the executive wash and I stopped during the rockers which caused them to stop. I emailed the company and had a next day reply explaining why they stopped. She said to stop in and the attendant will take care of me. Roger the attendant was absolutely great. He even took a few minutes of his time to show me the sensors and to explain how they work. You bet Ill be using the executive in Ankeny every time my car needs a bath 😉 Thanks Roger!

As far as Auto washes go youre not beating this one. Does a much better job than any other auto wash Ive ever used. A hand wash is always best but if you dont have the time for that Executive Auto Wash is great.

Busy popular place. A little more expensive than other places in town but it does a thorough job of cleaning your car.

I have used there car was for 2 years and it does a great job as it is touchless si no worries about scratches. So now I got there app and purchased the monthly package so I can keep my Grand Cherokee looking new all month long :)

Tried this for the first time and put $10.00 in and got a receipt for a bronze wash and a $1.00 in change that I did not get. So I got taken for $3.00 and now Im wondering how a $7.00 wash cost $10.00? Fancy car wash but bad business. The wash wasnt bad to give them that much credit.

Always look for the executive laser Wash when my vehicles in need of that quick cleanup. Nothing but nothing beats Miracle car Wash in Dubuque Iowa on the West end but as far as a runner-up, I wouldnt definitely select this executive laser Wash.

Love that after i wash my car it sparkles, and when it rains, the drops dont run off they kinda bounce.

Too much product left on car! I can do a better job asking the car by Sonic in Ankeny for 1/2 the $$$.

Not recommended if you have a large SUV. Second time I’ve been through this car wash. Tried the $14 wash this time and back of vehicle still does not come out clean. Kids had drawn smiley faces and wrote messages on back window. That was all still there after wash. The vehicle was not filthy like you would see from someone driving a lot of gravel. It was just dirty from a long vacation. This should not have been difficult to clean and many other car washes would have done the trick. Very disappointed in this car wash... especially given the price.

Best car wash I’ve ever had, no dust and dirt left on the bumper like most

This place has taken my money 4 times this week for inadequate washes. It’s crazy. Never had this happened before. Probably why it’s happened 4 times because I keep giving them a chance and they fail.

Good car wash works decent for a touchless. One of the better touchless carwashes around but its not going to get the long term stuck on grime removed. All the equipment works and works as it should typical pricing for an Ankeny carwash.

Not really impressed. Paid $12 for a car wash and my car didnt get clean. Could still see the ring on my windshield from my wipers. Didnt catch my rear/side mirrors or front drivers/passenger windows completely either. Disappointed.

Get the 12.00 was and bring a couple of microfiber towels and some quick detailer and your car will be perfect! I wash my car there 2 sometimes 3 times a week!

The 3 times I have used this wash they have charged my card twice for the transaction. Not worth the hassle.

Dissapointed. Tried this for the first time yesterday. Did their cheapest package (7 bucks) and it was the most basic wash ever, and no drying afterwards. Other washes do this regardless of package and for less.

Overpriced. If you want a good Carwash in Ankeny go to Karl Chevrolet. Great carwash for a reasonable price.

Convenient car wash on the way out of town.

Expensive car was that doesnt actually wash your car. We have taken both our vehicles through on different occasions and always seem to have a layer of dirt still there after the wash.
