Employees are always friendly. Facilities always clean. Ive never had a bad experience here and will continue to make it my destination for hair-cuts.

Usually get a decent cut for our boys. Sometimes one is better than the other depending who you get...but its quick & easy especially with online check in.

It was a great haircut! Everyone that I met said it was great! Nice people that work there. Only I would not suggest anyone get back massage/massage because not worth it. The haircut was a little expensive for me but I do not know what the average cost is here.

Pros: fast and friendly Cons: twice in a row I had to have a friend come fix my haircut cause the stylist went to quick and left stray hairs scattered

Booked online and waited an hour. Showed up and they said I had 17 minutes left and they would text when they were available. Waited 20 minutes after not receiving a text and went back in and they said I had to wait an hour and a half for the stylist to finish lunch. Waste of time. Quality haircuts elsewhere in Ankeny with less frustration.

Called in parking lot to find out the wait, they said no wait. Walked in an then told a hour. I had a 2 year old with me. Maybe decent place, just my experience.

Paige is great at her job and making the customer feel comfortable - my only suggestion would be that corporate should tone it down a bit on pushing products with a haircut. I get thats how they make money, but having the stand with said products in front of the store is plenty enough for getting that point across.All that in mind, Id still come back!

Bad haircut and cost too much. Had to correct girl 3 times each time she asked me what I thought. Evidently she can’t cut the left side of the head the same as the right. Won’t be back.

Worst experience so far. My brother went in for a haircut and I was right behind him. Did the normal sign in and waited about 10-15 minutes to be seen someone came in about 8 minutes after me and the lady with the half pink half green hair finished with her customer and then went to the person right after me. Am I completely invisible? Just lost some customer service by far in my book. Never going back

I went to another location tonight and had a really bad expierence. I left there there and went to this location. The two stylist working tonight were both amazing. I have 2 boys. The staff was polite, listened to exactly what each kid wanted. By the time we left it was 8:15 but I never felt rushed even though they closed while we were still in there. I will return and highly recommend Chelsie and Emma! Thanks a bunch girls!

My son and I stopped in for a haircut before we left for spring break vacation on 3/13/2018. 2 stylist were ready for us, my sons notes explained a side part, one of the stylist didnt have a look of confidence that she could do the side part, so the other stylist took my sons haircut, and i was stuck with the one the didnt know how to do the side part. My haircut is the worst looking hair cut Ive ever had. It was like the stylist was afraid to actually cut my hair. I have long hairs hanging on my ears (after using a 1 1/2) on the sides . There are multiple sections of long hair all around where she tried to use the clippers. The top of my head was supposed to be finger length and she used the comb to cut about 5 chops around the top of my head. The top of my head doesnt look like I even got a haircut. Ive been to this location many times, and Ill avoid using this stylist ever again.

I asked for a fade and she did it to one side and cut the other side one length and now my hair is complete uneven and bc of the the clippers u use I can’t fix it myself

Emma hooked me up with a clean fade. Wait was around 20 minutes. Once I sat down I was out in 15. Not bad! I’ll be back.

Went in, was treated well, got a great haircut, shampoo and dry. As a veteran, the whole deal was less expensive than just a haircut at their competitors down the road. If I get treatment like this every time, wont be going anywhere else! Thank you!
