The Best Customer Service!!I had to call after hours as my air wasnt working. The phone was answered by a live person (!!) not a voice mail recording. I explained the problem and she said she would have a technician call me. Within 10 minutes, I had a call from the tech. He walked me through how to do a reset on my digital thermostat and the problem was solved. Thats not all though - even though he fixed the problem over the phone, he let me know that he would be happy to drive out and check in person if I wanted him to. For the record, I live out in the middle of nowhere. I assured him that it wasnt necessary and if I had further problems I would call the office the next morning.This is just the kind of people they are - friendly and willing to go the extra mile. My unit was installed 5 years ago and cost a lot of money; Ive never regretted the purchase and Ive been incredibly happy with every interaction since the install.If youre shopping around for a new furnace/central air unit, look no further. All the staff I worked with was professional and courteous. There was a small issue with installation, but they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about DuWayne and his crew at Bryant! I was left by my home warranty company with a furnace with a cracked and dangerous heat exchanger with no ETA. I contacted Bryant and DuWayne the owner was out same day to take a look at what could be done and how quick they could get a new furnace.Upon his inspection the vents had been done wrong in the house causing the crack in the first place as well as our AC was far too small. (I mentioned we had issues with it the past summer)He got us on the schedule right away for just a few days and made sure his guys brought us a few space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime.The guys were super professional when they came, they covered all flooring with cloth and treated me and my family with such respect and caring at getting things done the right way.They arrived right before 8 and were done with everything by evening. They all worked so hard to make things safe for me and my 18 month old son. We were able to set up financing and get the peace of mind that it was done right and was safe and we no longer had to worry. The new system runs so quiet and is paired with a Smart Thermostat that they installed.Again I cannot say enough praise for Bryant Ankeny, its no wonder they have won so many awards! High efficiency boiler was cycling through on/off but not heating the house Christmas eve morning. Called my usual company but they didnt want to come out until after Christmas. Considering it was 15 degrees outside, called Bryant. They were at my house by 8 am. They diagnosed and fixed the problem (dirty flame sensor) within about an hour and at a surprisingly reasonable price. Definitely dumping the old company and using Bryant from now on. Customer service matters!

Had a new AC installed a couple years ago. Very professional service on the install and worked great. But this weekend it wasnt getting cold. Called for service, and they sent someone out the same day. They found a coil leak inside the unit but didnt have the part readily available. I didnt question it or have to push. But they called a couple hours later and said they wanted to fix it the same day. This is obviously a company dedicated to top notch service. I cant say enough about how professional they are and their commitment to excellence. Very highly recommended!

DuWayne took his time with us and determined inefficiencies with the way our ductwork was originally set up. He conferred with the service supervisor and set up new heating/cooling install 2 days later. The install took all of the day and well into the evening. The guys couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. So far so good with the new furnace- looking forward to checking out the central air when it’s time! They were prompt and a Monday night when I got home and realized my furnace was down. The serviceman wasn’t familiar with my furnace and never worked on one, but he didn’t let that get the best of him. He said he would have to call a teammate and they would troubleshoot it together. They put it on speaker and I was included in the conversation thewhole time. Every question I had he answered and was will to teach me even though it was getting late. Never once did he try to hurry me or make it feel like he was in a hurry to be done. He even called the sales rep. up and they met with the sale night even though it was 11:30 PM. They care about the clients and comfort until my furnace could be put in 5 days later. They offered me heaters to keep it warm. They treated me like family. I watched them the whole time learning what they were doing asking questions of which they were willing to teach me. They didn’t have to do that, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even went out of their way to fix the venting on my water heater that had too much of a down draft and could cause CO build up in the house.

Great crew. Dylan came out late on a Friday after our A/C died. Helped us get through the weekend. We werent previous customers or anything, but I still felt like their after-hours rates were very reasonable. I had them come back the following week for a full furnace/air conditioner replacement. Great communication, quick, clean - easy to work with.

Had a tankless water heater installed along with few other minor things done at same time. Dewayne was great to work with and answered all the questions we had. Added in connections for water softener at same time. When installers came for water softener, they needed a change to the connections and Dewayne sent someone out immediately to get the right connection added.

We had Bryant Heating and cooling come and give us an estimate for a new cooling system. Once we received an estimate and called and set up an appointment they came out within a few days. It only took them 2 days and the work is wonderful. They were efficient and our renters said the system works great!!

We had Bryant Heating and Cooling do an inspection on our furnace to make sure everything was working great prior to using the unit for the winter. They were able to come out a few days after we called them when other servicers told us it would be MONTHS. They were very respectful of us and our home and explained to us issues that had not been disclosed when we purchased the home. They worked with us to get our issues resolved and forecasted future issues (old old old water heater) and provided a proposed resolution before the issue could occur. would absolutely recommend and our family will continue to do business with them in the future.

What a great bunch of people here, the girl in the office and the guys that came out to do the work! One of the hottest days of the year and I had no air working. Bryant was my 2nd call today but they sent someone out here within probably 30 minutes and had the a/c back working, cleaned and putting out the cold air in no time!! These guys did a great job making sure my new furnace was working and I understood how everything worked. I even ran into one of the installers a week later and he asked me how things were working out with my new furnace and was able answer a few other questions I had. Great Experience!

I used them for the first time and was totally got ripped of after paying them over 700 dollars and the unit still broke. I had them come 4 times in 2 weeks, the last time they came and said we need to replace the whole unit which will be around 5-6 thousand dollars . So we had a second opinion from modern mechanical and they said no replacement was necessary and they fix the problem. Bad business and integrity for Bryant heating and cooling. Everyone please Be ware when using them.

After the initial check I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of everyone I spoke with. I decided to go with them based on their product line and prices. They installed everything without me having to worry and showed me how to work the new panel. They worked hard to keep the house clean and even swept the area after they were done to make sure the house was in as good (if not better) condition than before. Dylan and Dan were friendly, professional and made me feel confident in my choice. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called simply looking to set up an appointment to get a problem with our furnace looked at and much to my surprise I was able to be squeezed in that same day. The lady I spoke with on the phone was amazing! Sweet, professional, and very explanatory with my questions. Then Dylan arrived and was quick to discover the problem as to why our furnace wasnt working. Took him less than 10 minutes to fix it. He explained the problem very thoroughly to me and was quick to answer and explain all my questions. As I have all new hardwood floors through my home I was greatly appreciative that he slipped some covers over his shoes as soon as he walked in the door, he even picked up his small mess around our furnace and wiped off a few cobwebs. He offered and explained the service agreement that Bryant offers also detailing all the perks with the agreement. The price was great compared to what I was quoted from other companies so I was more than happy to pay for his service. Sometimes being a woman means you have to deal with service people talking down to you like your an idiot, but my experience with all the employees was amazing! I will be certain to use them from here on out!!

One year ago they charged me $850 for a diagnosis and to install a $50 gas valve I found at Grainger online that takes 20 minutes To install ,And their excuse/explanation for the charge was its a Flat rate everybody does it we need to cover the cost of business / My Father had a Hvac company and Never took advantage of the town after I confronted them on social media they refunded the money minus the service call/diagnosis and I put my own gas valve on thats the facts I WONDER HOW ETHICAL OR MORAL THIS WAY TO CHARGE IS ? WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER/COMMUNITY YOU LIVE IN . I WILL ALWAYS CHECK AND REFUSE ANY COMPANY WHO TRIES TO QUOTE FLAT RATE UNETHICAL !I wonder how these guys sleep at night knowing theyre breaking their customers/familys/old people/ bank account and year budget and you know its how we all do it now HOW AWFUL SHAME ON THEM 😡

Update to 4 stars: had a good phone conversation with the owner. I think the issues are due to user error on my part and a bit of miscommunication. Thank you Duane, for the discussion.Ive had decent service with this company. I had a mini-split installed in my garage by this company. They came out to check out the garage, I had a great conversation with the owner and salesman. The salesman suggested putting the system on the back wall. I felt it should go on the side wall because the back wall was in a 10x10 area (essentially an extension of my single bay on a 3 car garage). I felt Id get better coverage if it were on the side. After it was installed I was concerned it didnt work properly and I was told it was probably due to my lack of insulation in my garage attic. That made sense..so, I upgraded from R11/13 to R49... This system still doesnt cool may garage appropriately. I set the thermostat to 78 when it was 90 outside. I ran the AC for 2 days... and my garage was still in the upper 80s... It is cooler over by the system... but, that doesnt help the actual garage. Very disappointing.

I am very pleased with my experience. From the initial call I made to the owner of Bryant Iowa, LLC requesting a quote – to the finish, when the Dan and Jeremiah drove away with the old, outdated equipment, everything was done exceptionally well. It’s the little things that really make a difference. Equipment placed squarely in the space, adjunct pieces straight, neat and clean. The detailed explanation of system operation and giving me the opportunity to program the thermostat myself with oversight. All of this makes for a great install and a very happy customer.I certainly recommend Bryant Iowa, LLC to anyone who needs a new furnace and/or air conditioner system.

When our geothermal unit quit working, I called Bryant and they were able to take a look within 24 hours. After explaining all our options (both temporary and long-term), we settled on a temporary solution, knowing it was a matter of time before we would have trouble again. Not much later, the compressor went out. The technicians spent 14 hours in one day removing the broken geothermal unit and replacing it with a new one (in not-so-cool temperatures and without damaging my walls). They were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting us back to comfortable temps inside as soon as possible. I would highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. Had just purchased a house and original owner had replaced the furnace but the install was suspect and not up to standards. Bryant came right out probably an hour after I called and got everything fixed up. Great professional work!!

I reached out to this company today via their website for assistance after my furnace started acting up. I wasnt sure what to expect, but they were out within a few hours afterwards and were able to diagnose my issue pretty quickly.It costs 80 bucks just to have them out, and cost another 50 to perform the work to fix my issue after they diagnosed the problem (my heat sensor was dirty).To say the least, I felt the cost was kinda steep, though at the same time, I felt like I got a good lesson on my furnace as he was training another tech at the same time, and they did some additional items and really seemed to know what he was doing. So that was enough to justify the cost for me.

The gentlemen were very friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing on my furnace check up was reasonable ($80). My only complaint was the estimate to run a new thermostat wire so I could attach a smart thermostat. The estimate was in excess of $300. It is a pretty straight run and I was expecting a lot less - maybe $100 or so. I told the workers I did not want it done. I called the owner because I thought I may have gotten a bad estimate. But he assured me I had been given the right estimate because of their base pricing. So now I will look for someone who has what I consider fair pricing.If you want work done, these guys seem to know their stuff, but charge what seems like a lot for their nonstandard services.

We have used Bryant on more than one occasion - both for a check-up on our REALLY old a/c unit and then had them do the work when we needed it replaced. They are always very timely and professional. They really know their stuff too! Gerald made sure that they fit us in before the summer heat kicked in again. Quality service at a nice price. I appreciate that Dan Burke goes above and beyond! Dylan and the other service techs do a nice job too.

Listen, there is nothing worse, than having to replace your air conditioner and furnace. It stinks when the current one breaks down, and replacement is your only option -- These guys made a Hot situation bearable, and treated me fairly, quickly and even wore booties while working in my home. I wouldnt recommend anyone, but them. I know you will not be disappointed.

Jake came out at 10pm on a Sunday to fixed our water heater. Jake worked efficiently and explained everything throughly. He was upfront about all cost so no surprise charges. He even answered the on call phone the first time we called and we called several different 24 hour companies and got voicemails with each one. Jake is very polite and I would recommend him to anyone.

During a heatwave our 20year old unit went out. Every place we called was a week wait before someone could come look. Not Bryant!
