I recently brought my F-350 Superduty in because of a god-awful noise coming from my left front axle. Brian and Bill quickly diagnosed the problem as being a worn bearing and hub. They quickly replaced the hub and had the truck back in my hands that afternoon. You cant find more honest, trustworthy people!

Terrill’s Truck alignmentthe following is the letter, with personal bank information removed, that I sent to my Credit Card Company for a dispute with Terrill alignment. I’ve never encountered a situation like this before and I assume the best in everyone. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out that way. Please read this and draw your own conclusions. On Thursday morning 7 June 2018 I brought my 40 Newmar, Dutch Star motorhome to Terrill Alignment for possible front end alignment. Bob and Brian Terrill (father and son) were pleasant and made an under coach pit inspection of my coach and saw that I had right front tire that was unevenly worn and needed replacement, and they claimed that there was repair work that needed to be done on my front end and that it would take a week or so to get the parts. I trusted them and we agreed to the following. I would go and get new front tires, then bring my coach back to Terrill a few weeks later on Monday 25 June. The return trip for repair would have been 280 miles round trip but I was willing to do this. Brian (the son) would have a little more than 2 weeks to collect all the parts for the front end repair. At Brian’s request I left $400 charged to my Visa card to offset parts costs. 13 days later on Wednesday 20 June, having not heard from Brian, I called Terrill’s alignment to check on parts status and confirm our appointment for the following Monday 25 June. He said that he had gotten no parts, and was having trouble finding and ordering parts for my coach. (This raised several flags in my mind, as my Dutch Star is a fairly common motorhome with many common motorhome parts) I asked him what Spartan Chassis, the Chassis manufacturer said, and Brian said he hadn’t contracted Spartan. I asked him why he hadn’t called Spartan since the chassis manufacturer ought to be the first place to go for parts, and why he hadn’t called me since we were coming down to the wire and he was no where close to being prepared for upcoming appointment on the following Monday 25 June. He was vague, wishy-washy and Brian said “LET’S CANCEL THE WHOLE DEAL AND I’LL REFUND YOUR $400 TO YOUR VISA CARD”. I agreed to this arrangement and figured that I’d get my refund and the issue would be over. This was on 20 June 2018. I checked my visa account several times and after about 10 days with no refund and no call from Terrill’s alignment, I called my credit card company and filed this dispute. Now for the rest of the story. Brian Terrill phoned me about 26 July, more than a month after he said he would refund my $400, and told me that he had forgotten about my refund and would I give him my credit card number. I suspected that my CC company had contacted Brian Terrill and he was trying to get let off the hook and recover as best he could. I told him that he was about a month too late and said goodbye. My dispute was settled in September in my favor and my $400 was refunded to my credit card. I’m just reporting the facts, you draw your own conclusions. Its now 26 September 2018 as I write this review and I’ve not heard a word from Terrill’s alignment.jmb
