The men working there were very thorough & communicated Everything so well that I felt fully confident that this was the right place for a newly widowed woman to continue returning. I was stranded with a dead battery at advance auto who couldn’t help me. I called express oil a few miles down the road and spoke with Kenny. He said he was able to help me so I told him I was buying jumper cables to get from advance auto to express. He told me not to worry about it he would come jump me off shortly. He was there to jump me off in a few minutes, and was able to get me taken care of and fixed everything I need. Super thankful for all they did to help me. The best of the best :)

If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars I would! We were out of town at a doctors appointment and heard a kitten inside the car. Come to find out it was inside the fender. We could not get it out and pulled into this shop in hopes they would have a tool to take the fender off and get the kitten out. Every worker stopped what they were doing to help! They went above and beyond to make sure the kitten got out. They would not even charge us for their service. Everyone was beyond polite and helpful! We will definitely drive the extra miles to do business here.

The plug broke off and they bought a special tool just to remove the bolt on my BMW, they repaired and fixed the issue at no cost. They are extremely professional and made sure the job was done correctly. I recommend them over the dealership. The gentleman who works there are the nicest guys and the most professional, that includes the BMW dealership Ive used in the past.

If youre going for an express oil change, Id probably recommend them for that... I had an alignment done, and it mostly got the car back straight. Possibly worth mentioning as well: If the place is understaffed, making an appointment in advance isnt going to do much of anything. Just show up. The amount of your time spent will be the same either way. Also I will say the staff wasnt unfriendly, so that was a plus. Lastly, would I go back here? Probably not, being that I change my oil at home. If I didnt, then Id likely go here to have my oil changes - they do seem to prioritize that service and are quick with that aspect of the business.

We stopped into this Express Oil to have our daughters oil changed. The technician checked to see that she had synthetic oil, and it could go longer before she needed it changed. We thanked him, and when we had gone to Oklahoma and back, and the miles were right in another month, we took it in to have the oil changed.They were very professional, and noted that since the mileage was close to 10,000 by then, it was time for a tire rotation, so I scheduled one the next day.I took it in, and the technician found what looked to me like it could be a pretty good nick out of the tire, but he said although it looks bad, he didnt think it warranted a tire replacement yet, but to watch it, and if it started losing air, to replace it. He easily could have convinced me to purchase a new tire, but instead told me professionally, that it could wait. I really appreciate this type of service, and will be back again, when we need service for my daughters car.Thank you Express Oil! From a concerned mother.

BMW! The best oil change place around!!! they are fast polite and do the job rite! The last shop which I want name almost cost me a new motor! They created a oil leak and a problem! Pulled up and theses guys got rite on it realizing the last shop broke the filter and it was leaking out the cap! No problem and no judgement they cleaned it up fixed it no extra charged! Never had to leave the car and you watch them do a great job with the best oil money can buy not forcing you to use cheep oil! Only place I will take my bmw for oil change Thanks guys see you soon

My daughter was traveling along I-85 and had an issue with a tire causing the car to steer improperly. We looked for a nearby tire service company and saw Express was not far away...but it was right at 6:00pm - closing time. As she headed toward the shop, I called the shop and they couldnt have been nicer about welcoming her and offering to do what they could to help. She arrived, they checked her tires and found an imbalance in the pressures. They took care of the issue right away and she was back on the road. The staff and Kenny, the store manager, offered first class service to us. We couldnt have asked for any more than they provided. Really great service.

I have come here for any service I need done on my car and for all my oil changes since I moved to the area. I’m very picky about who touches my car and when I had sudden issues they were professional, fast, efficient and really cared about keeping my car safe on the road for my daughter and I. When there was a minor miscommunication between us they didn’t hesitate to work with me and make it right. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to go to them only.

Mid road trip I was hearing a noise & my oil change light had come on even though my sticker said I wasnt due. Techs checked things out without being money hungry & sent me on my way w/ confirmation the car was fine. Reset the message.

As a female who does not know a thing about cars, this place made me feel extremely comfortable and did not take advantage of me like other places try to do.I went in to the shop, made it clear I am not articulate in this field at all and simply told them what I was noticing in my vehicle. Instead of making me feel moronic, they filled in the spaces for what I could not explain in a kind manner. They did not try to tack on more issues for their own profit and once the work was done they explained to me what the problem was so I could understand.They got it fixed the same day and the price was clearly explained to me so I was aware there were no hidden fees. I had to go back in (today) two weeks after that first visit with them due to my new tire going flat. I called and asked if they could look once more and provide insight. Kenny the service manager was understanding when taking my call and in person. He looked at my vehicle immediately, found a valve stem leak and fixed it. When I went to pay, he told me it was free of charge.Unbeknownst to them, I have had issue after issue with my vehicle since December of 2019 and have poured almost $2,000 into fixing brakes, tires, steering, and the lord knows what else. I was expecting in defeat to have to pay another big price for this cars maintenance but when he told it was free of charge, it meant the world.They are awesome and I recommend them to anyone who needs help, especially those who are nervous about this topic and dont know much.

I have been here 3 times, and with each service, I have has great Customer Service. I was very glad that upon the first time I came, they were able to tell me about a tire that was going bad!! This car is fairly new to me, and it is great to be able to trust on Professionals to be able to assess your whole car to make sure you will be safe in it! Any types of comments or clarification that you may need, and I did have a clarification with a service, the Manager, Kenny, was very knowledgeable, and moved expediently on my behalf. He listened and wanted to clarify questions that I had right away and wanted to provide any work that was needed himself!! I did not make an appointment; when I arrived I waited about 10 minutes for someone to greet me and for me to tell them what I wanted done. Feel like the price was a bit much, but I dont know competitors prices. Thats the only two negatives I have. Everything else was great. Friendly people, semi-fast service and they were very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. Will probably go back.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but Im going to tell it like it is. One of the guys who works here is Jeff. He use to work for meineke on Clemson Blvd. He likes to fear of loss you into paying for more than what you came in for originally. You can have a bad water hose and he will try to convince you to replace more than that because he saw that there were other issues. Meineke said that he was fired, but he says that he quit the job. Last time I went to meineke, no one tried to fear of loss me into paying more. The difference? No Jeff. Watch out folks. I wouldnt go here if I were you. The main issue I had when I got here wasnt fixed correctly.

Had an oil change for the first time at Express Oil & Tire Engineers. Was pleasantly surprised at the service they provided with just an oil change. Stayed in the car while the oil was getting changed. Was in and out very quickly. Kenny was very informative and made several good suggestions.

We have gone to Express Oil several times since they opened. We have had oil changes and new tires put on each of our 3 vehicles. Kenny and his technicians have been wonderful. They are fast and honest and we would highly recommend them. Their prices are fair and they stand by their work. Most recently, our daughter got into an accident and had quite alot of undercarriage damage. We had her car towed to their place. Kenny kept in good contact in regards to the status and reviewed all the issues and price before hand. We continued to have an issue soon after getting the car back. We brought it back a second time and they worked diligently to diagnose the issue and repaired it without charge. They have been very good to us.

Came here to get an oil change for my company vehicle, I had gone other places but they lacked consistency and solid customer service. This place took great care of me and the vehicle. They worked with my LeasePlan to get me the new tires I needed and a proper alignment. Dealing with the lease company can be difficult and time consuming but they took care of all of it, kept it easy for me and I feel much safer driving with my family in my vehicle now. I will continue to come here for all my vehicle services moving forward.

First time experience here and decided to check them out because they are close to my new job. From the first call I made to find out about their services and availability I felt genuine concern and desire to help. My heat is not working and I have two little ones. When I finally made it in, they took my car immediately and started working on it. Kenny, the store manager was so so kind. He was clear about the problems, understanding that things are tight when you start a new job, and he took care of my car. These are good people that care about what they do and who they do it for. I decided to try getting my oil change here for the first time and I will be returning to have my engine maintenance done here from now on. Kenny was very professional and courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. Also it is the cheapest price I have found in town by quite a bit it, even cheaper than doing it myself. Oh wow! I love this place! It is hard to find places that have good customer service anymore. It’s very refreshing to come here and feel as if you are their best customer! They are all very professional, courteous and fast. You don’t even have to get out of your car! One of the guys, Octavious, even showed me my air filter and how clean it was! Don’t waste your time. I called them 3 times, they finally picked up. I told them I had about my problem on my truck they said bring it in at 1. I pull up, walk in, stand inside for 5 minutes. No one even walks up to speak to me. 5 employees looked at me through the glass. So I walked out and left. They obviously don’t want my business.

Only been to this place once. I think that Kenny has a lot of friends writing reviews for him. From my understanding this location has not been open long and I may been wrong but not going to waste my time researching it or ever going back.My son was driving a car, had a problem and I told him not to continue to drive it and to find somewhere to park it. He found this place unfortunately. My son got me the information about the place.I called Kenny and talked to him about the car because it was still under warranty. Kenny assured me that he had worked with many warranty companies before. I asked him if he was good at his job and could handle this job. He said he was the best. I agree, he was the best sales fake I have met. I then asked him if he would add to cover my 50 deductible and he said he could take care of it. I knew then he was trouble.I gave him the warranty company info, my info and he said he would call. He never did. Finally, he admitted he called his boss. I then knew Kenny was a wanna be boss and was not as he claimed.He called and said he could not get the parts and I asked if they were a qualified repair facility and he said yes. Then I spoke to my warranty company and they had never heard of the place.To make a long horrible story short, I had my car towed from there, when I got there my car was in the back with the window down and keys in the ignition. Guess it had been there all night like that. Kenny confronted me and I just told him he was full of it and was not even qualified. He tried to sweet talk but I said I don’t want to hear it and just want to get my car. I took it to the dead end street at the entrance of the area to get off of their property.No masks were being worn, guys were out back smoking and talking.I waited on the tow truck and we left!Maybe it was just Kenny, never used the oil change service before so I can’t rate them. For Kenny, a big fat zero, yes, zero even though only a 1 is allowed.It’s an oil change shop not a major car repair shop, transmissions were not even on the list on the website. And what exactly is a tire engineer? They don’t make tires. Discount tire rocks for tires!My only good I can say about this place is it was very clean and a new facility. The last good I have to say is GOOD BYE!!! I will never go back there again. Change your own oil! Better quality and service.Lastly, there is a special day for women but men have to pay full price! Is that equality? Maybe the men should get a day or just go somewhere else. Kinda baiting women and leaving us guys out. I’ll just do mine myself.
