I found this was a very nice environment to shop for cars and trucks with a qualified service staff.

HORRIBLE. Seriously, avoid using this service department if possible. Brought my van in for a recall which they did not get around to doing until the next day. But they had time to charge me $135 for a test I 100% did NOT approve. Then when we tried telling them we were not paying for an unauthorized test, we were threatened with the cops and told the miscommunication was “MY PROBLEM” .. major attitudes. Super rude.Also my car came out sounding like a broken down race car when it did not go in with those noises.Do not use them. Save yourself.

Had Recall. Took my 2010 Nitro to get the emblem on the steer wheel fix to keep airbags from going off. Went in the workers didnt even acknowledge I was there. Didnt even say Welcome, How can I help you. I stood in front of one of the workers for about 10 minutes. He never spoke. I started looking around found a door that said Service on it. I asked a girl in a office was that where I was suppose to be. Another girl asked why was I there. I told her I had an appointment at 1:00 for a recall. I had paperwork in my hand she look as if she was reaching for it. I started to had her the postcard with the information on it. She said No, I need your keys, and Oh Is this your first time here. I said yes MAAM. She said if you ever have to come back pull your vehicle to the Service Bay. Then said it want take just a few mins. When she found out what I was there for. The piece didnt come off with her fingernail. She said it be ready in about a hour & half. Been waiting in the waiting area for an hour now. Nobody has been friendly.

F#@$n rip off. Instead of a full Tune up got spark plugs replaced for $800. Told me they were going to do a full tune up bc at 137,000 miles. Instead just ripped me off, will never go back
