The customer service I received was great! Everyone was very kind and even upgraded my rental for me. On the rental car, one of the tires kept going low, but they had me go to their tire shop and it was fixed after 20 minutes, so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Other than that everything else ran very smoothly.

Staff was super friendly. My son left his phone in the car and we didn’t realize it until after we did the after hours drop off. Called the next morning and they put it up for us. Even called later that day for a follow-up. Great customer service.

I rent cars and trucks several times a year for various reasons. Enterprise nearly always makes sure I leave happy. The check in for both checkout and return is very easy and the online reservations make this even better. The vehicles are always clean and pretty well maintained. I have always felt confident the vehicle would perform as intended. My only fault is that more often than not, the car I reserve is not available and an alternative is given. This was the case with the most recent rental. In fact, my vehicle was not on the lot and all of the other vehicles offered, I would have picked initially but cost too much. One of the managers did not hesitate to give me the pick of my choice at the same rental price as the car I reserved. Thanks for effortlessly replacing the missing vehicle with an upgrade.

I got into a wreck with my car and got stuck in New Castle Indianapolis. I came to the enterprise the next day after being stuck in Indianapolis for a day. Kendra Daniels-tubner Took great care of me. Got me into a car within a little while of me being there.she was great at handling my car insurance company and Was very nice to talk to . She handle me with me the upmost respect. And got me into a car and got me out of there so I wouldn’t miss another day of work. She deserves all of the good things that come her way. And if I ever get stuck in Indianapolis ever again. I know which enterprise I’m calling. She deserves a raise and I’m not talking chump change of a raise.Wish I could give more than the stars I gave . But 10 out of 10 best Experience with enterprise

Great service. We got a new Toyota Camry with 67 miles on it. We drove from Anderson, IN to Chicago, IL and back. Beyond the cost of the rental we only spent $40 for fuel. The mileage was unlimited. Very pleased.

Long story short, I will no longer rent from enterprise after using them almost exclusively in my business travel throughout the past 15 years. On my last rental, I returned the vehicle after hours, locked it and placed the keys in the overnight drop box. After doing so, I realized I left my sunglasses clipped up on the sun visor. Unable to get them out because the vehicle was locked, I called the next morning after they opened. They looked and called me back that they’d found them. Having already left town on personal business that morning before they opened, I asked if I could come in Monday to get them. Yes, no problem. I get there Monday and they bring me the glasses. Instead of being the $300 pair of Maui Jim sunglasses I left in the vehicle, they bring me a $5 pair of drugstore sunglasses. I told them they were the wrong glasses so he went back in and came out with a box full of sunglasses, none of which were mine and all equally cheap to the pair they initially brought to me. So apparently they’ll return your property to you as long as it’s something inexpensive that they don’t want. I know it’s not the entire staff, likely just one person in this instance. I also know I was at fault for locking them in the vehicle but that doesn’t give someone the right to make my property theirs and that’s why they’ll no longer have my business.

This is really a bad place to rent a car. The insurance company booked it for me and they ask for a 50.00 deposit and I did not mind and paid it. When it was time to get it refunded they give me 5dollars and some change and I called them and ask them why and they said they upgraded it at my cost which they never ask if I would want that. They charged me anyway so I complained about it and they finally agreed to send it to me but I did not recieve they made me bring a bank statement in to prove I did not recieve . They could not prove to me they did that pand I am out the money. THIS WAS AT THE ANDERSON STORE GARTH JONES

I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile for good customer service. A car was being sanitized from a prior client and not available for us to leave for our trip, and the rep upgraded us at no charge for the wait to the next level car. I was forced to wait outside for my rental car in 30 degree weather outside for over 45 minutes!! I had not brought a winter coat because I wasn’t planning on being stuck outside that day! I complained to the employee because I was sick and on my way to pick up antibiotics already and didn’t need to be stuck outside in the cold and windy 30 degree weather. All he could say was sorry. Sorry?? Really?? Pathetic!! I know that covid is here but making someone do that who is already immunocompromised is asinine!! #DOBETTER #ENTERPRISE

I usually the best experience when I rent there. This time I did not find out until I went to pick up the rental that they did not have the car that I reserved. They did give me free music and comped some gas but I think that they should have given me a discount on the price especially since I was renting it for 10 days.

Easy pickup and easy return. Only thing that bothered me was when picking up the car I was told there was a $200.00 deposit on the car. Nothing was said while booking on line about the deposit. The deposit was returned promptly on the car return. Just think it should be told to the customer to make them aware.

Love this place and the wonderful people that work there. I have been renting there for the past year and every time I go in there, they are so accommodating to me and my family. I just spoke with Courtney, who I have been lucky to get each time, and she is amazing with great Customer Service. Some time the prices may be much, but when you get great Customer Service, it is worth spending, knowing you will get great and quality in rental cars there.

Salesman greeted me with a smile, looked at Van on Lot to reserve for vacation and pick up 2 days later. I asked specifically if that was the van we would be renting for the week. Salesman answered yes. Next day, I brought secondary driver to lot to submit information, and was told that the van was leaving lot in 30 minutes, and that they were trying to call and find us a vehicle. Salesman offered more compact vehicle with no leg room for all passengers. I indicated this was unnacceptable. I left, and called back in to the office to speak to the manager, and informed him of the situation. He apologized, and indicated that He would call and do everything in his power to rectify the situation. He kept us updated, and Came through with a vehicle that was very comfortable, and satisfied all our needs for the trip, which came off without a hitch. Great Job for the manager. TIP: Get Reservation in early, and get it in writing!

Enterprise car rental is great my car was totaled they helped me through the rental process and when the person that wrecked my car the insurance stopped paying enterprise gave me the best deal they could and the midsized car I got was awesome I will only rent from them from now on and their car sales was just as good I will also be buying my cars from only them thanks alot enterprise car sales and rental you guys are awesome

If youre planning a vacation, dont count on Enterprise taking care of you. We reserved a van for a one-week vacation in Gatlinburg, TN. We showed up to sign the documents, only to find they loaned it to someone else. What?!? They didnt even have the courtesy to pick up the phone to call to make certain we still wanted the van?!? NO!!! They just gave it away to someone else. Now we are trying to find another van, just 2 days before leaving on vacation. I will never do business with this company again and I suggest you do the same. We are a frequent flyer with Enterprise in Okeechobee, Florida, and have come to expect great service. I guess it just goes to show that Enterprise doesnt always hire good people, nor do they care about their customers.

I just wished that I had known that my $ 291 rental fee would have ended $ 517. I was quoted the first price and charged the second with me warning. Otherwise it was a good experience. When I called with my inquiry about the cost I received no help or explanation.

I have rented from this location on more than one occasion. Yesterday morning, I was scheduled to pick up a truck. Things did not go exactly as expected, but everyone there worked together and made sure I got what I needed. Ty, the location manager, called me today to make sure I (we) were happy with the transaction. Customer service is extremely important to me. Our company rented a cargo van and 12 passenger van for a trip from IN to SC almost $2,000. The once we got to SC we rented an additional minivan so we spent roughly $2,700. The passenger van rear air did not work. I took it to Enterprise in Myrtle Beach and they could not figure out the problem either. We used the passenger van to transport an Ambassador and national leaders from Africa and had no air. Once we were home I called and told them my concerns and ask for some sort of refund they gave me $125. Which I did not feel was acceptable. The cargo van kept saying there was a low tire which we checked every time we stopped.I am done with Enterprise and have moved on to Budget.

I used them once before with no problems. This time was way different. First, I came in and was ready to sign for my reservation, only to be told they tried to call me same morning and informed me they didnt have any cars?! I never even received the call they claimed to had sent me. And asked me if it was fine if I picked up next day!? Told them i couldnt cause I need this car for work being mine is in service. After waiting another 30 minutes, not horrible, somehow they all of a sudden have a vehicle for me? Cool, no harm no foul, went to use the same card and license I used last time I rented from them and was told cause I have a out of state license and a debit card that they couldnt use it!!! What!?!?!? I told them I used both before and was told they were audited and cannot. Which makes zero sense cause what if I flew to Orlando and went to get a rental with the exact same set up!? Will never use their service again period!

The rental was fine, the people behind the counter were fine also. The only complaint was the rental was not cleaned well. It was dirty on the outside and the windows inside were so bad I had to clean them all with windex to drive safely and be able to see. This is not the first time this has happened at this Enterprise and why I am writing the review. They need to do a much better job prepping and cleaning the rentals.

For too many years I have driven my own car on business trips. Recently I began renting from Enterprise and I am kicking myself for not doing this sooner. The cost is less than I originally expected, the service is over-the top-amazing, all of the vehicles are newer models, and the convenience is priceless. As a result of this, we even began renting for long-distance family trips. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Was taken advantage of being a first time renter, from an accident which I didnt do.Paid the first 4 days of there insurance, which in my understanding threw me off.(wasnt explained good/really didnt need)Ended up have the car extra longer after 4 days, from car being in shop getting repaired.I though the insurance was dropped after the 4 days, nope it wasnt, they added it all everyday after untill return(wasnt explained good) which also ended up being around 300 dollars, and what they do, take it out of my account without talking about it (saying I agreed too it, which I didnt) behind my back.(robbed me)Never going here again, its sad.

Enterprise provided a car while mine was being worked on in shop. The service was exceptional - making sure I had the car when I needed it, reviewing the cars features, calling to check that everything was going ok with the car a couple days later, and following up to make sure Id received my deposit back after I turned in the car. They really went beyond any experience Ive ever had with a rental car company. Definitely felt that they really cared about me as their customer.

We rented a 12 passenger for our family vacation. The van was extremely nice, comfortable, and decent gas mileage! The only thing I would say to improve would be the information provided at time of renting and/or picking up. There was a $200 security deposit which I did not discover until after I received the email AFTER picking up the van. Otherwise - excellent experience!!

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes (6 pm to 6:38) to confirm my rental arrangements made by my car insurance. They are now closed and after a brief answer and hangup after 15 minutes no one has answered the phone. My insurance told me enterprise would call me to arrange a pickup since Im without a vehicle. After waiting a couple of hours to hear from them this is how I was treated. All while listening to the neverending message about how they are a family owned business and treat you how you should be treated. I was hoping for a better experience than this and would have at the very least preferred even talking with someone briefly compared to this. I will give them another chance in the morning when they open. Otherwise Im calling the corporate office and my insurance with my feedback.

Used enterprise to rent a vehicle for a very long road trip. The vehicle more than met our needs with the exception of not having 4 wheel drive. There were a couple of places that would have been beneficial on the trip. Yet the staff met our needs and even offered us a credit for one very minor yet persistent issue on our trip home. I was in a small accident & was in need of a rental for a couple of weeks. enterprise had a car ready for me immediately. they set rental up with my insurance company. all i needed to do was place a small deposit & i was off with the rental. i returned the car after i picked up my car.& they returned my deposit to my charge card within 4 days. enterprise was excellent. i would definitely use them again.

Another bad experience here. I was scheduled to pick up a truck tomorrow afternoon. Enterprise called me this morning asking if I could pick it up today for no additional cost. The explanation was that they needed space on the lot. I arrived at 530 as instructed and, of course, they dont have the truck. Now they plan to drop it off tomorrow. Absolutely a waste of my time with these guys yet again.

Had to wait about an hour to get a vehicle.They were short on staff but worked hard to get every one taken care of. The SUV we were supposed to get came back with a cracked windshield. Left with nothing in the same size category. They upgraded us to the full size SUV for free.Overall great coustmer serviceGreat experience

I had a rental car through this location while I waited for my car to be repaired after being rearended. It took over a month to get my car fixed. I had no issues with them until it came time to return the rental. At that time they stated that we owed $88/day for a 4 day period where they claimed State Farm had informed them my vehicle had already been completed & my rental agreement had been terminated. When I called my claims adjuster at State Farm she stated that there was no stated end date to my rental agreement & that Enterprise was giving me false information.

Excellent customer service for the most part but when I was emailing one of the managers back and forth I suggested that they get an alignment on the car that was rented to me and then I never got a response. Hopefully they get it fixed before someone gets seriously hurt. It was hard to drive on the highway with a car that wasnt aligned well.

I have used Enterprise because they seem to be the most stable rental agency in my city. The cars have always been clean and trouble free. This most recent rental had only one sour note, Id asked for a small pickup such as a Chevy Colorado / GMC Caynon and the lady i talked to said they could get me either a Colorado or a Dakota (which I understand has been discontinued). When I picked up my rental, I got a full size truck (Ram) which served my needs but wasnt what I wanted. My intention was to try something I may want to purchase in the near future as well as serve my need for temporary transportation. If you cant meet my request, please say so rather than promise what you cant deliver.

The young man waiting on me was very nice but completely clueless . After the second time of being told to hold on and them waiting on other customers I walked out. I will not go back.

My husband rented a car for 1 day so he could attend work training in Ohio without putting wear on our personal vehicles. He booked online and it gave him the option to pick up in Pendleton, In at 7:30 p.m. since he works late this was the best option for us. We made the drive to Pendleton only to arrive at an abandoned office building with 6 labeled Enterprise spots.We waited a few minutes and decided to try the doors of the building, they are locked. We call customer service and are told maybe the crew is on lunch, and they will be back in a few minutes... they were not. After spending over an hour and a half in the parking lot we finally convinced someone to cancel our reservation because clearly something is not right. We spoke with at least 3 representatives before someone believed there was an issue and the crew was not at lunch and we were not at the wrong location.Yesterday I called the number on the reservation (the Anderson location) and asked for an explanation and all I recieve is Im sorry, we dont know how but some people are able to book there and we dont get notified. They used to be a client, but that spot isnt open now.My husband and I wasted gas and time because someone cannot manage to shut off a pick up point on a computer.I would hate to imagine what would happen if someone was dropped off by a taxi at this abandoned Enterprise pick up location.

I have rented several cars from this location and find all the personnel both helpful and friendly. I only have one complaint. The last day for my insurance coverage fell on Christmas day which was a Friday. To keep the car, I would had to pay three more days of rental which I did not want to do since I was getting my car on Saturday morning. Therefore, I had to take time from Christmas with my family to have one of them meet me at Enterprise and then take me home that evening. Other than that, Ive always had a good experience with the Anderson Enterprise.
