Mike came though for me in a big way when my thermostat took a dive on my way up the 5. All other shops in town were booked and knowing I was about to head up the mountain in high heat, he got me in and out quickly and allowed my trip to go on the same day. Honest service, fair price, and solid work. 10 Stars if it were possible.

OMG - Mike & partner saved my day, my weekend, my trip! I was in Redding when my A/C went out in 98 degree temps.. Contacted three auto shops, all booked.. Was suppose to hit the road in couple days..Took a chance w/out researching (Which, as a marketing expert, thats what I do..) and, swung into Genuine Automotive. They took me in w/out an appointment, fixed it, enabling me to keep on schedule with my 700+ mile trip back to Vegas so, I didnt become vulture meat broken down in the Mojave desert somewhere. Grateful for their service!
