Most trustworthy and professional auto repair shops I’ve ever used. Don and Beth are straight up people. If they can’t do something, they’ll tell you. If you can get by a little longer they’ll tell you so. They have never tried to sell me on a repair I don’t need. Just good people all the way around.

These people have worked on my cars and cars in the family for years. They are reasonably priced, honest, and have their own tow truck so if the misfortune happens on the road they can come get it. They have offered me rides and made sure that I could get to where I was going. In all the years me and my family have dealt with them we have never had a bad experience.

I had a complicated electrical problem with my Honda Crosstour. They were detailed in diagnosing the problem. Went out of the way to save me some money. I appreciate their competence and honesty.

If youre in Anderson SC I wouldnt recommend ANY other company. They offer the best prices as well...my Malibu showed engine reduced power and not even the dealer could figure out the problem. Not only did they come pick up my car but fixed it. From the person that actually comes to tow it, their receptionist, to their mechanic, everyone is PROFESSIONAL, friendly, and fare.

I got behind one of their trucks on Pearman Dairy Rd in Anderson and there was not 1 brake light on that tow truck. Which is super dangerous! Can u imagine the damage or possible death that could have occurred because of that?! And if they can’t keep their own equipment up, how do you think they treat your car?! I will be reporting them to the Dept of Transportation because that is a clear violation!!!

Don is honest as the day is long. He does great work and wont so unnecessary stuff if a simple fix will do it. I have trusted him with our vehicles for almost 15 years - lots of different makes and models - he will tell you if something really isnt what he works on but so far I havent found one he hasnt been able to fix! I truly recommend you take your vehicles to him.

Second time I have used these guys. 1st was an old classic car that broke down a few months ago and now today when my wifes car did and we rolled it into a gas station to be towed back home..They are fast, punctual, helpful, carefull with your car and absolute professionals from lovely woman in dispatch to the two different haulers I have had. I was very impressed with the honesty of the shop and the speed of my tow. I called the shop to ask if they were able to work on my Kia Hybrid. I have learned not everyone can/will work on a Hybrid. I was told up front that they could swap out the battery for me(the car was dead), but that they may not be able to do any further diagnostics or work. I would much rather have this information than have to pay to have the vehicle towed twice.I then arranged to have their tow service come out and take vehicle to Kia dealership. I was told it would only be $50 (was getting $75-100 quotes from other services). I was then told the driver would be out in about an hour. Rick, the driver actually arrived in about 25-30 minutes. He was very friendly, polite, and efficient. My vehicle arrived safely at the dealership (a few minutes after me). I will definitely be using them in the future.

If youre looking for someone to promptly $%&* up your vehicle, then look no further, because youve called the right people. I had them move a 2003 Saturn Ion to a repair shop for me, and the driver winched the vehicle down too quickly, visibly scratching the Hell out of a bumper cover that had recently been painted about a month before. I called their office, and the driver tried to claim the damage occurred after I put the vehicle in neutral, even though the crunch sound of the bumper cover hitting the gravel occurred while the vehicle was still in park. Would highly not recommend, and would give zero stars if Google would allow me.

2.5 miles down the street and they tried to charge me 40$ for a jump off. Called around someone was willing to jump me for 25 driving 9 miles to get here. Could’ve saved a lot of time, and used the help.

Weve used them twice recently. Once to get our little vw bug to the shop and second time to take it to a more competent shop. Dustin was our driver both times. Such a nice guy, and he got to us sooner than expected both times. Wonderful experience.

All my fluids were low after an oil change despite paying for fluids to be topped, they warned of us of our right tie rod and tire damage due to the tie rods, but did not warn us about our left tie rod, and their prices are very high in my opinion. I mean $300 to replace spark plugs for example.So we fixed right tie rod, replaced both front tires, and got an alignment; only to have to replace left tie rod just a couple months later, replace the front tires again, and had to get another alignment.......Maybe they wanted us to run back to fix the left rod?! Idk... They had said we have a coolant leak also, but yet the ground has been completely dry under our vehicle since we can remember.. They wanted almost a grand to fix the leak..So this is my experience and it wasnt very good but rather very costly..

My 2zz-ge is idling happily now. They did exactly as I asked without hesitation. Thanks guys

I have dealt with them for many years and they are the only people I would ever trust with my trucks. They are the best.

Note: This is very long.I always do my homework on what needs to be done before I take my car to the shop.I took my 1994 Honda Accord there back in February, and again in March.In February, I had a problem with starting my car and the cooling sensor had come off. When I went to pay and pick up my car, they said I had a transmission problem. (A problem I had not even experienced with my car.) I didnt experience a problem with the transmission until approximately 2 weeks later.I took it back mid March, and I requested to put on the distributor I had purchased and asked them to either clean or replace the EGR Valve. I explained to them the symptoms of the car, and the mechanic dismissed me saying those wouldnt cause these problems, and instead replaced a different part.I ended up taking it back In two (2) weeks and told them that what they had replaced didnt work. I again asked them to change the distributor and either clean or replace the EGR Valve. They tried to tell me that my car didnt have an EGR Valve, to which I asked, then why is my sensor code saying there is a problem with it? They didnt have an answer. They took off the part they had replaced and put the old one back on and credited me for my next bill. They finally replaced my distributor, but still did nothing for the EGR Valve.On my way home from picking my car up, I noticed my car was worse than ever! Unfortunately, it was Friday, they had already closed, and they are closed on the weekend. So, my only option was to call them on Monday. When I called them, they transferred me to the mechanic who worked on my car who tried to claim there was a problem with my cars computer and that I needed to take it to a transmission shop to determine if it was the transmission or the computer.I decided to go ahead and get a new car because there was no way I would be able to afford paying a transmission shop.I sold my old car to my step-dad to let him and his friends work on it and he could do what he wanted to afterward.Come to find out, they put the distributor on incorrectly and they didnt reset the timing belt. They also unhooked a sensor or cable that connected to the transmission that caused the transmission problems.One of my step-dads friends also flushed the system and cleaned the EGR Valve. The distributor has been connected correctly and timing has been set. So far, there are no problems. If I had known my step-dad and his friends would have done a better job, I would have gone to them first.Now, I understand that many people have gone to them and never had a problem, but I am apparently one of few who have had a major problem with them. I suggest if you have an import such as Honda, Toyota, Isuzu, etc., take it to someone else. Especially if your car has a computer.
