Duane is very honest,and a man of integrity. They do a thorough diagnostic, and you can guarantee that they will fix your vehicle without charging you for something unessesary . I have used this shop several times ,on several different vehicles , over the years and have always been extremely pleased with the quality of work done on them.I will not use any other shop.

Duane at Anderson Transmission goes above and beyond to help his customers anyway he can. From being honest about what its really gonna cost to fix your car. To always taking the time to explain what needs to be done, and why it needs to be done. I have even had other services besides my transmission worked on their. If they cant do the work in house (like a smog cert.) he can make arrangements to have the work done for you while your car is at his shop, with a shop that can. So for me its a 1 stop mechanic service. I also like that his shop is owned and operated locally by him and his wife. And that the money I spend their stays in our community. Not to mention his shop has been at that location forever, and you know if you do have any issues he will be their to answer them for you, and will do whatever he can to make it right. And his shop dog is super cute!

Im only giving Anderson Transmission 1 star because I cant give them any less. They are dishonest and underhanded. They did work on my parents vehicle that was not authorized and then tried to charge them for it. When they refused to pay for the unauthorized work they would not return the vehicle. The owner is violent and physically assaulted my husband. If youre looking for a good honest shop this is not the place you are looking for. Also, Micah that left the previous review is an employee of this establishment.

Appreciate the fact that he checked my car out at no change, an hour of his time. I did get a $30.00 Burrito Bandito gift card for him and his wife.That being said, I did not appreciate the fact that he wanted 4,000.00 for a transmission only to find out from the Nissan dealership it was the front left wheel hub making noise. Total cost....278.40.Please be sure to get second opinion!!!

Dwayne knows what he is doing when it comes to transmission and other Automotive Services so if you go in just let him know who it is my name is Billie he is very fair when it comes to price and services I wouldnt recommend wrenchers at all I was stood up by him for two weeks because of my fuel pump went out and I took it in to have it replaced by another mechanic service

I used to work for this guy and he screwed me out of $5,000. Not to mention he mistreated me all the time.

This place is disgusting, the mechanics smoke weed whilst working on your vehicles, who knows how high they get, i find this to be a major saftey issue, i called Premier Towing and the guys refused to even go here because of how bad it is and previous issues, they tried to charge me 400+ dollars for a $30 (low end) to $80(high end) part and little labor. and because i said no ill take it else where or do it myself, the tow that was free, is now going to be 100$ and they hold my truck. disgusting, lieing, horrible customer service
