Awesome same day service as a walk-in the day after Christmas. So many things could have gone wrong but Scotty and Lisa kept me up to date with all issues and any glitches in repair. The parts warehouse was late with delivery of repair parts but they kept me up to speed and made sure my repair was done before close of business. Scotty has three generations of family integrity to uphold and an outstanding vocational training on display....great job.

I was coming from out of town to Anderson to visit one of my friends, and my car started acting up really bad, I just knew something was wrong and it had to be looked at. A few locals directed me to Free’s Radiator & Auto Repairs and said that they were the best to go to. So I Immediately took my car there to get it looked at, and the service was excellent. They were so nice when I first got there, called me later that day to tell me that they figured out what’s wrong with it. They conveniently fixed it for me later that day which was great. My car was ready to go and I feel a sense of relief knowing that it was fixed and I was far away from home. So thank you so much to the crew at Free’s Radiator & Auto Repairs! Y’all are the best!!

My wife called and told them the problem we were having with my Nissan pick up. They said bring it in we will check it out and let you know how much it will cost to fix. They checked it out and said it would cost 200 to 300 to fix the problem. We said go ahead and do it. They called back and said well it might be 375 or more to fix. We said no we cant afford that. They said it will be $39.95 to put it back together. They never said there would be a charge to look at it. They have worked on my van in the past thats why we called. We will not do any business with them again. Very shady.

I took my Jeep there a year ago. I took it there for new radiator on referral. When I left in July my air conditioning magically did not work. After complaining service tech magically made it work on curb..Fast foward one year later, trouble with radiatior found BROKEN power steering cooler. ALL the wrong clips and HALF the bolts missing. #lady@FreesRadiator.

I have a fleet of 18 trucks (give or take) and Scotty at frees is the person who has been taking care of my fleet vehicle needs now for 9 months. He has been nothing but great to deal with this entire time.Can I probably get work done for less somewhere else? I honestly havent really checked but Maybe. Atleast I know with Scotty Im being told the truth about what my vehicles need, he always keeps me in the loop of whats happening, and they are very accommodating to get my trucks in & out quickly so we have very little down time. I know that with Frees Im getting the best VALUE for my money every time, not to mention they stand behind their work.
