Staff is friendly and helpful, when you can get a hold of them. In the office is fine, but over phone or chat functions are extremely painful. Internet services were good, but they cap you, or you pay more for “more data.” Doesn’t happen like that in the lower 48. Frustrating that its GCI or ACS neither are perfect, but my experience with GCI was acceptable. Not great, but not awful either. Just par. Hope their telephonic customer services improve in the near future..... likely still on hold when you read this....

This company doesnt do right by their customers. Weve had them forever for telephone and internet and they recently contacted us and told us that our plan is going away and the only way to keep service was to switch to more expensive plans which cost us about $60 more per month (though we were told it would be closer to $20 more per month). Strong-arm bullies.

Amazing customer service. Such a stark contrast to. AT&T. While it may have been caused by competition from the lower 48, GCI has stepped its game up over the last year or so. Ive switched all of my services to them.

Today will be the last day. I had enough. Compare to the other carrier services. You guys lost me. Always charging over data when I dont even use it. Enough.

I walked in there very upset because my husbands phone was having problems. They resolve them all and we are now happy. Thank you GCI
