After using GCI for years I got fed up with the bad connection, loss of service etc. Switched to Borealis and had great results! My remote camera feed to my computer now works on real time----no slow download!! GCI was a nightmare! Over charged , poor service, long waits on phone to talk to someone etc. Its been 1.5 years since I switched. My business is running smoother!
I recently switched from Gci and I must say I am extremely satisfied with their customer service!! Dawn answered the phone one day and she was nothing but polite and helpful!! Trash , we have been waiting two freaking weeks . We were trying to avoid gci but they like money . You call them they come hook your net up . These guys you have to wait. They just took a dish off our roof too . Acs has unlimited if your in their area of coverage . Gci here we come . I’d rather pay more then wait. My cameras work fine with gci. I do hate high bill but I hate poor customer service even worse. Then she lies and says she’s waiting on my wife to get approved by landlord. She told my wife they were waiting to hete from my landlord
Calling for information on internet service is hassle! Youre constantly being told to go on their website and you can review the packages online, but you are calling to purchase internet! So obviously you dont have internet service currently if youre calling them to purchase some, so how do they expect you to go to their website!
I got the platinum plan and my family can barely watch movies because the internet is really slow.
Tried to call this company to set up home internet but phone rang for 3 minutes without anyone answering and no option to leave a message. Their phone number is also an emergency no. What good is an emergency number if no one attends to it?
The wait is a bit longer, but the service and pricing is phemonial, compared to the overpriced internet of GCI. This company is awesome!
Great service at a better price than GCI. Only downside is the equipment install. You cant use the normal cable/internet plug ins.
